Our experience here was beyond extraordinary! Ryan was super helpful together with his boss. They did everything to make sure we get approved for our Colorado! I would definitely go back here in the future if we need to purchase another car. Mr.Kerry from finance was super cool and funny. He did everything to give us the best price that will help fit our budget. If you are planning to purchase a car soon or in the future, Larson will be the best choice.

Ryan is awesome and is not your stereotype salesman. He actually never tried to force a sale and was completely transparent with us. If we didn't want to buy he wasn't trying to sweeten the pot to draw you back in. He was honest, reliable and knew how to connect with the customer in a friendly, professional way. Ryan is amazing! He and Eduardo made my car buying experience so wonderful, I am into a new vehicle that is much better than I could have hoped for and they made everything so easy and smooth for me! Abu in finance was phenomenal as well, he was so happy and helpful with the entire process. Ryan took me out for a test drive and I was immediately overjoyed, thank you so much to all of the Larson team!!

Stuart is a great salesman! He was very informative about the trucks we looked at and did everything he could to get us the best possible price.Stuart got us in and out of there quickly!I will be using him for all of my vehicle purchases!

Ryan did everything in his power to make sure I left the dealership with the car that was best for me. He made sure nothing was wrong with my car and got me the best deal I could find. His personality made my experience at the dealership so much enjoyable. I highly recommend customers come to him if they have any questions.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Ryan at 1620 River Road. He was absolutely AMAZING! From the initial phone call in response to my inquiry to driving off in my new car, his service was outstanding. He was swift, knowledgeable, and walked me thru the entire process. He constantly updated me with what was going on and made sure I was comfortable. The entire process from start to finish took only a few hrs. If you're looking a for non-aggressive salesman who has great customer service skills, Ryan is your guy!

I wish I could've given this place more than 5 stars! If your looking for a vehicle, ask for Bryan and Eduardo, they were very professional, respectful and straightforward! My husband and I went in with hopes and dreams, hoping to find a vehicle that best fits for our family. Bryan and Eduardo both accommodate and helped us out tremendously! So if your looking to buy a vehicle, please visit their dealership, you will not be disappointed! Also to Paul at the finance, thank you for helping us as well! The whole staffing were amazing!! We will definitely visit them again soon or nearby future!!!!

A big thank you to Rodney and Abu!!! I rolled in to trade in my car for something newer and better for snow, at around noon and was out the door by 3:30pm, with keys to a car I absolutely adore. 100% the best experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

One of the best experiences I ever had buying a car. Everybody is super professional and always making sure your comfortable. Ryan is the newest on the staff but really makes sure he takes care of you. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Call and ask for Abu or Brian they will take really take care of you.

Eduardo and Ryan rocked! They both were so accommodating and helped me get the vehicle that I really wanted! I also wanted to thank Eric in finance for getting me the lowest best rate for my budget. Eduardo was awesome. Took the time to show us a lot of trucks that were were considering and was never pushy, unlike another place we went to. We came back because of Eduardo, and James was great, too.The knock I have: Seems a bit disingenuous to say they could only offer $12,000 for my trade in despite me showing the Kelly BB that it was higher. Sure enough, then I see they're turning around and selling my truck for $20,000. Hard not to be a bit baffled about that. But maybe that was just me being too naive about car salesmen to think they'd give me a fair deal on my trade-in.

If your looking for a vehicle go to Larson Puyallup first and save the headache and heartache. I applied on facebook for one of those bad credit auto loans. Within 12 hours the team at Larson reached out and assured me that this could happen for me. I was skeptical the whole time and they kept telling me with their history in the market, and their long lasting relationship with the lenders; they can get done what others can not. Well they were rite, I am now driving a beautiful 2019 Chrysler 300s. Trust when I say my credit could not get much worse. I couldn t be happier with my experience and a special thanks to Abu, Dan, and Bryan for digging in and getting the deal done.

I am a person that really hates the car buying experience. I can say that with a passion. That is why I go in knowing exactly what I want. I try to make it an easy sale and I don't want to spend a lot of time haggling back and forth. When it comes to Ryan and Abu. I have never met car salesmen that were more caring and helpful than them. My situation was very complex. They could have just given up and let me walk without a car. They made my situation thier situation and they made me feel very valued as a customer. They also keep it real. They don't give you the typical robot sales experience. I felt like I was dealing with people that were willing to fight for me to help me and my family. Although I did not like the amount of time spent trying to get a deal done. I will say that these 2 made my time well spent because we did not spend time haggling. Abu put in valuable time trying to find the deal and lender that meets my needs. I didn't get exactly the deal that I wanted but he worked hard to get me the car that I needed and a payment that I could work with even though it seemed impossible. Ryan and Abu were great to work with. If you are looking for a car and want a personalized experience, go see them.

Larson Puyallup has the greatest service I have ever experienced in car sales, no BS! Just straight forward approach! no side-selling stuff or anything like I got free stuff that costs me with other previous dealership that we had about 3grand!!! Abu and Dan and Brian gave super great service!!!

Wanted to like these guys deal started off well and they were accommodating and understood what our bottom line was. We reached an agreement that justified a very different definition of what out the door price was. If it had not been for the gaslighting after that with the floor manager trying to tell me that I just didn t understand and he heard his salesman say all the right things I might have let it roll off but the assumption that I was just stupid was a bit insulting. They also get kick backs from the bank so will push you into financing with them even if you are already coming in with a cash or pre finance offer. Might seem like they are trying to get you a better deal but it so they get paid off too.

Abu is the man!! I ended up in a newer car that I can have equity in before its paid off and it has that Larson difference to make sure my investment is worth it if anything were to happen. I was caught in a situation where I bought a car for close to 6k somewhere else that lasted 10 months, with no help from the dealership when things went wrong. After paying cash for that car I wasn't in a situation where I was able to freely loan for a car, and Abu made that happen on terms that worked out for everyone. Give this an a call!!

Great and friendly service. Everyone here seemed to be working all together to make sure I drove away with the actual vehicle that I was looking for. The salesman Dan did not push me into buying any old vehicle just to make a sale. Great place to go to find exactly what you are looking for.
