Where do I begin. I fired Tesla and moved back over to an American brand. I couldn't be more happy.I'm in love with my new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve Hybrid SUV!I want to send a special shout out to Sean January. Talk about somebody invested into the knowledge of the product that he sells. I am so impressed by the level of care, patience and competence that the Korum team demonstrated. I was rather indecisive, and for sales professionals, that can be extravagantly frustrating. Nonetheless, Sean, Mark,.and Tricia showed me care and patience and I will never forget it.This has been the best car buying experience of my 47 years on the planet.

We started out 6 months ago looking at the 2023 Aviator.... didn't find the exact one we wanted, but Trisha Rice did an amazing job of following up with us. Periodically we would drop in the dealership to see what was new and that's when we found our 2024 Nautilus which we bought right off the showroom floor! Thank you Korum Lincoln for a great experience!

We love our new Lincoln Aviator that we bought from Korum Lincoln. Michael is an amazing sales person. Not pushy, very informative and helpful beyond our expectations. Even brought the car to us after we had a couple of add ons. We would definitely go back when we are ready for our next car.

We purchased a brand new 2024 Nautilus, not without some hiccups in the computer s set up/system however the dealership has been very good to help and get things updated to work well. My service advisor for both this vehicle and my previous Lincoln is Jaimee, who is a gem to work with, great follow though and top notch customer service a fabulous asset to the dealership.Our salesman was not super up to date with the new features, but another salesperson, Trisha Rice, stepped right in and helped us out tremendously she got my phone synched up to the car and explained a lot of the features of the car so well all in all I m a satisfied customer once again!

Our overall experience was exceptional. When we entered the parking lot my husband started opening doors on cars and looking inside. This very friendly lady, Trish Rice came out and asked us if she could help us find anything. I figured it would be like all car experiences and we would get harassed, but I was pleasantly surprised she took us to each car. We asked questions lots of them, and she found the answers to all of them. We never felt pressured at all. We looked around as much as we wanted to made a decision took a test drive. We then started the process of purchasing the car. Trish did as much as she could do with us gave my husband and I time alone to discuss and make our decision.Trish took the time to sit with me in the car and set items up and explain functions and gave me her number to call if I had any questions. Thank you Trish for a pleasant experience buying a car.

Korum Lincoln in Puyallup gave us the best experience we have had in purchasing a vehicle. They allowed us to do most of the paperwork at home or via zoom, allowing us not to have to spend so much time sitting and waiting at the dealership. The reveal party when we picked up the vehicle made us feel so special, and all the additional options that are offered can be a lot of fun to consider. Our sales person could not have been better. Trisha has been so helpful and thoughtful! Even calling after sale, making sure we are doing well with our new vehicle. She was so much fun to work with; I almost wish I had to buy another car! Highly recommend Korum, Lincoln, in Puyallup.

We are always treated with respect and leave feeling special. The staff are stellar and always go out of their way to assist. They pick up the car for service and drop it off and bring a Starbucks coffee. (Unless we re waiting for the car in the shop) they are such a great team. It was the best experience purchasing the vehicle too. We bought a Lincoln Corsair, Electric/Gas. We would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership, Lincoln in Puyallup, WA

We recently purchased a vehicle from Korum Lincoln and it was the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. Our sales representative Trisha Rice made the entire experience easy and enjoyable and we would not hesitate purchasing from Trisha / Korum Lincoln on any future vehicles. Also the General manager Mark Archer was proffesional and personable . Thank you Korum Lincoln for creating such a such a pleasant environment and great staff !

Jaimee and the team at Korum Lincoln always take great care of my MKS. I feel confident in their abilities. The waiting area is very nice.with Starbucks and goodies too if you need to wait. I would highly recommend Korum Lincoln and ask for Jaimee!

I dread buying cars or making large purchases. However, Korum Lincoln, and Michael Roberts, changed that experience! No hard sells and stress free answering all questions. I highly recommend Michael if you have any hesitations!

Thank you for always making each visit pleasant and enjoyable.Update 8/16/23- I just picked up my new 2023 Navigator, and as always, it was an amazing experience! Thank you, Mike, Frank, and Mark, for making everything work. You guys know how to make a client feel special! The car delivery was top-notch!!Extremely happy with the oil change service; it was completed within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, my car was cleaned, and the staff even filled up my windshield wiper fluid. Not to mention they are always professional and extremely welcoming! Highly recommend.

I recently had work done at Korum. Unfortunately I could not miss work to do so. I was able to set up in the lobby, conference call, and work away! Snacks, drinks and Wi-Fi were an added bonus! Truly the Lincoln Experience every time you are at Korum!

Took my '22 Corsair GT (PHEV) in today for a routine service and was surprised to be done and on my way in about an hour!! Excellent service and my service advisor, Jamie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! What a great experience!! Really top notch!!

After 30 years of service this was the last Lincoln/Ford our family ever purchases, leases, or even gets serviced with any Korum facility.Lincoln SUV was leased and returned at the end of August at end of term. Lincoln couldn t service the transaction and sent us to the Ford dealership next door to complete the end of lease. A new hire helped us, and verified with her boss; all documentation was completed. Transaction was finalized. Keys were handed over. Vehicle was inspected.And here, 4 weeks later, a Ford Saleswoman had the audacity to call and state that our lease transaction won t be finalized until we pay a $500 differential fee . She even threaten to report it to credit agencies? No explanation of the fee was provided on any of our receipts or documentation stating the lease was closed. This saleswoman even stated she needed to payment to receive credit for the lease.Ford sales did not lease to us. Lincoln did. This is an obvious scam from a lame salesperson at Ford. All documentation proves the lease is closed, signed by the Ford financial department boss. Report will be made to the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection for this shady tactic of asset extraction from leases.We will never send another $1 to any facility with Korum s name.

I cannot express enough how wonderful it is to deal with the folks at Korum Lincoln. I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to the newly opened facility for service and felt very well taken care of. They left my car in great condition under the hood & outside of it. The new facility is very well appointed & comfortable if you need to stay awhile. I'll continue to have my vehicle service there & will definitely buy from them when I'm in the market for a new car.

This is my now my sixth service appointment at Korum Licoln. They have been pleasant, helpful, and trustworthy. They kept me informed and delivered on what they promised. They also follow up after the work is done. They seem to be happy to be Lincoln dealers and have Lincoln customer - not always the case at Ford shops. The Service Reps, Jaimee and James, were great to work with. They have a beautiful facility that I hope we can expect at Lincoln dealerships.

The experience with this dealership is by far the best that my husband and I have ever experienced. Everyone we met there shows us that they CARE about their customers!! We had a very straight forward purchase experience through Mike Cook and definitely recommend him for any future buyers. Mike really sets the bar high in terms of listening to our needs & feedback, and providing useful information to help us make the right purchase decision. We highly recommend all buyers to take a look at all of the features that Lincoln put in their vehicles which is way ahead of the game comparing to other luxury brand. At the end of the day, we felt great walking out the dealership with our dream car and a beautiful flower and wine inside from Mike! We enjoyed every minute riding in it! This dealership even offers pickup and delivery service for oil change, how cool is that?! No words can express how thankful we are!

We are so unsatisfied with our 2020 Lincoln Corsair. It has been less than two years we purchase our vehicle and we have been experiencing so many issues. Since relocating to Washington State from Virginia where we purchase our Lincoln from Hall Lincoln. We believe we were given a Lincoln that was already having issues. Now in Washington state the dealership KORUM don t listen to your concern . Our wipers have been an issue and still has not been fixed. So far we were told that the shocks have leakage and needs to be replaced. The ball joints had to be worked on five months after purchase. This purchase has been a disaster and costly. Our experience has not been pleasant with the Corsair.

Korum Lincoln is an amazing dealership to work with. I did not purchase my 2019 navigator from them but had the pleasure of using their free pick up and delivery services done by Sean, he is great and very knowledgeable representative. All of the services that had to be done to my vehicle were completed in timely manner with updates and the most important Free of charge due to warranty coverage. If I ever get another Lincoln I will get it from Korum Lincoln!

First, getting an appointment is not easy. They were supposed to replace the batteries on my key fobs and also install the front license plate on my car when they had it for service but none of those got taken care of. Trying to Reach the Lincoln concierge is almost impossible as every phone call goes straight to voicemail and nobody ever returns your call. If there was another Lincoln dealer close to me I would definitely go there.
