Purchased a beautiful 2024 Mustang GT from this dealership, our salesman Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about mustangs and was an amazing experience overall. Everything went very smoothly no issues will most likely revisit this dealer in the future. We also got this Mustang the ford glass coating and that process went smoothly as well.

Mike helped me put in my Maverick order back in July, fast and easy. Woody helped me out with checking out the vehicle and he was awesome! I definitely recommend Woody if you ever go to Korum Ford for any car purchases. No extra hidden fee or anything like that. He got me first in line for Finance and everything only took 1hr!Only hiccup was Finance was not able to provide me with the receipt for my purchase since she printed it to the wrong building. And couldn t print it again for some reason. Got a signed paper instead.. Other than that everything else was great!

Had to get the anti-theft software update, so the wait wasn't too long. Very nice and professional customer assistance! Even helped me find where they parked my car when they were done. The smallest things can make a big difference! Overall good communication, was straightforward, and professionalism.

Amazing service, friendly staff, no pressure sales. Bought the most beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee from them yesterday. Higher than expected offer for my trade in! They stayed late with no complaints and gave me a very fair deal for such a great car! Highly recommend!

Bought a used car here paid for the extended warranty but they always argue and try to charge me . The manager of sales promised us when we paid $3,000 for warranty we would not have to pay a penny no matter what happened to car but I guess they have this scam going where if your willing to pay they will charge.

We drove from Wenatchee to look at trucks and found many places that high pressure salesman. Marc G at Korum automotive group was so easy to deal with. We had a couple questions and the General manager Brett S was also incredibly nice and easy to deal with. They both made the whole process easy and worked with us on price and life time warranty we could get. They have our business for life.

This place is a major rip off. Brought car in for manufacturers recall... repair was supposed to be free for engine issues and they charge you for diagnosis of $360 then slap on $100 for use of tools used to diagnose????? That was not listed on letter received from Ford motor co. This company is run by money hungry snakes. Scam to get people in the door to charge $360 minimum. One worker said the notice Co. Sent to every ford owner! It's a scam people. They don't fix your car.

Have took my vehicle for a recall and the folks in the Service Department have been very helpful, I got a loaner which is a 2023 found that there was no stick they help with the basics and set up my cell with the car

Will never buy another new car from them again. Once you sign on the dotted line you are blown off even when there are outstanding items that they are still required per the contract to do. Extremely poor customer service and no one talks to one another. Coming from a high end luxury car Brian made statements of promises and excellent customer service that have yet to come to fruition. Never again.

Update from my previous review. Bought a truck here about 2 years ago and have spent over 8k and 2+ months of shop time due to pre-existing conditions that they covered up at the time of sale.Not only that, they actually sold me a warranty that literally DOESN'T even cover my vehicle. Either they don't read what they're selling or they just don't care. Literally months of time and thousands of dollars because of these tools. Avoid at all costs.

My first time being there for my Sonata recall. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The recall service itself was very quick and also got a car wash! Didn't get the car wash from my Auburn Hyundai dealer. Definitely going back.

I had an appointment to get a new remote key programmed. When I got there I was told my car is too old for them to do it and that I will need to find a locksmith. I'm still looking.

Went to sell a car. When I told them I had already gotten offers from 2 other dealers they seemed to have lost interest and didn't even make an offer. This leads me to believe either they don't like to compete or know they can't compete and want to pay lower. Either way ended up getting top dollar from the Larson group.

TL:DR - Took car in for routine maintenance and they missed obvious problems. Did not respond when trying to contact them.Took car in for a tune up, originally they quoted about $400 for the tune up. Brought in the car, and they said $400 was just for the spark plugs. Spark plug should not be $400 to change out. They are about $10 a piece and take very little time to swap out (I've done spark plugs before - very easy).I opted instead just for an oil change, and to have them look over my car for any maintenance issues. I've always taken it to the dealership for routine maintenance, which was in South Dakota when I lived there, and then the Ford in Tacoma when I first moved up here. Always had a great experience, and they give you a sheet of everything they inspected even during routine oil changes, such as battery, tires, belts, brake lights and headlights, fluids, etc.They called me back and said they looked over the car and everything look good, but I needed a new tires ASAP.They missed my bad battery, my cracked valve cover, and my third brake light was out. These are things I would expect them to find during a routine inspection and were very obvious. Also, I got a second opinion from two different places on my tires, both said my tires were more than fine.I have zero confidence in their maintenance facilities when they can't even find very obvious problems. Tried to contact the dealership and never heard back. Will never go to any dealer owned by Korum for either my future car care needs or when looking to purchase a new vehicle. If you need to go to a dealership, it's worth it to drive elsewhere.

I picked Korum to look for a newer vehicle. We've gotten three Fords from there in the past and this time a Lincoln MKZ.Easier to pick a dealer first, then found a car we wanted. Less hassle and we're very happy with their Service Dept.

The fastest I've made it in and out with a new car. Signing the contract is streamlined. Most of it is digital. It took longer to get the car washed and detailed than it was to sign the contract lol. Salesperson was nice, polite, no stress, no hassle. He really cared. Finance officer worked with us and met our goals. Wow just wow

Went in expecting to buy a certain vehicle, which didn't work out. Woody spent a long time with me and my MIL to find the vehicle with the perfect fit for our needs. Excellent service, we were treated wonderfully. He was very patient with us, not once did I feel rushed or pressured. We left with a vehicle that I was not expecting to like, but it ended up being perfect for us. Frankie was very nice and helped us pick coverages that fit our needs, again not feeling pressured into anything. We left very happy and love the new car! Thank you guys! Will definitely make the trek out there again next time our family needs another vehicle, the experience was well worth the trip. Will recommend highly to friends and family. Best experience at a dealership I've ever had.

Bought used truck from these folks a little over a year ago. They've always been really good as far as service went. Got a check engine light and tried to schedule an appointment to get it checked out. Two week wait!! Okay. Took it in and the hours later got a call from Karen (very helpful) and she said her tech couldn't do the work because it was a Dodge. I checked codes and it was just a Nox sensor and some DEF issues. Anyway, called Coopers auto on Canton asked if they could do the work, they said sure!! Said they fixed it. Check engine light again. Took it back.Well, after snapping 2 screws on the Catalytic Converter they said I would have to pay to have it towed to Tacoma Dodge, which I did. Turns out that the truck was originally sold in Canada and the extended warranty I bought at Korum is useless!! 3 trips back and forth to them and $4500 in addition to the $3300 spent at Coopers, guess what??? Still have the check engine light on!!Now, Brett Solomon and Todd Miller managers there won't return my calls!! The only one responding is Karen and now she just keeps saying "it's above her." I will update if anything gets resolved, but I'm not holding my breath!!
