Where do I start? The location is easy to get to and has a large amount of space for cars, trucks and more! Staff is friendly and service oriented. They answer the phone! They have new inventory every single day - leaving me options, which I like. If you need, they have financing options. I have told many friends to visit In-N-Out Auto Sales when they are searching for a new purchase. We'll continue to use this dealer for many years to come.

Went there to test drive and potential finance a vehicle same day, but was not given any chance or thought due to my credit score which was higher than I thought. When asked to still test drive the car ultimately was told no because I can t afford it. Ended up at another dealership who actually wanted to make some money and was able to finance a more expensive and newer car same day. They were willing to take a look at numbers with me and actually put in the effort to help me get a vehicle. I truly think the employees here should actually attempt to work with you rather than jumping to the conclusion that it would be a waste of time especially since it was very empty and they had no customers at that time but me. Would not recommend.

Boaz sold my son a great car. I'm hoping that after a few more sales they can get him more comfortable chairs. Really though, my kid loves his car and is proud to drive it around. We test drove lots of cars and really it was the salesman that made us feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger. Mostly cause he left us alone, but not too alone. Didn't feel like he was just in it for the sale and that he genuinely wanted the right car for my kid. I've already been telling people to go see Boaz. He put up with my humor well and also made us a great deal. The owner was also there and was super friendly as well.

I got my brother s new car a few hours ago. Since we arrived Jared was very friendly and kind. The car was accurate and in very good condition. Jared was very honest with us since the beginning and if I would recommend it? I ve had bad luck when it comes to purchasing cars in the past. Dealers tell you every car they pick up is a great reliable car a buyer is looking for. Then you take it for a test drive and can clearly hear or see some major issues with it that the dealer was unaware of.This wasn t the case with Alex at In-n-Out. Alex heard what I was looking for and what my budget was. He also listened to my history of problems when buying cars in my past. He met everyone of my requests but didn t push me to buy anything until I was sure it was what I wanted. I looked at one and thought it was just right for me and my family but Alex was honest about the accidents and how little maintenance it seemed to have had. I appreciated his honesty and looked at a few others. Sure enough he pointed out the perfect car for me and told me about the vehicle. It seemed to be the one I had been looking for after searching over a month to find. I expressed my apprehension about jumping into a purchase so quickly and he encouraged me to think about it over night. He didn t want me to doubt my feelings in anyway. For once a salesman who wasn t pushing me to purchase the first car I showed interest in.That night I thought about what I should do and researched the problems I could come across for the make, model and year of the car. They indicated the same things Alex had mentioned which were minor concerns.The next day I called Alex and told him I was feeling good about purchasing the car but wouldn t be able to make it down to his lot for another couple of days. He suggested putting down a small deposit to have the car taken off the lot for purchase.The whole time I dealt with Alex I felt like he was just there to support my decision but not make the choice for me. He was laid back and treated me like a friend he had known for years who he would only want what was right for me. His service was exactly what I needed in knowing I made the right choice. I ve had the car for a couple of months now and love everything about it. I m confident in its reliability and will do my best to keep up regular maintenance on it so it will last me years to come. Thank you Alex! I will be looking for a car for my son in a few years when he is 16 and I know the place where I can go for it!

I bought my car at In and Out 2 ish years ago and never had any major problems with my car only the occasional maintenance repairs 2 times, today I sent my car in to get the thermostat changed out. Firestone said I needed a flush so the mechanic at In and Out checked my fluids for me and said I didn't need any flushes and that Firestone was just trying to get money out of me. Thank you to the In and Out guys, you are why I keep coming back. You can trust them, no bs, saves you tons of money on repairs and they are very respectful I love em! Go get you a car from In and Out you will not regret it!

A pleasant experience. Josh gave us space to look at cars and was available to answer any questions. Carfax's were provided upon request. He worked to find us the best deal with a bank and was thorough and seemed transparent with the process. Jared was easy to work with and thorough on the paperwork side of it. There is always risk in purchasing a vehicle, but they helped us make decisions on coverage and vehicle history so it was as good an experience as it could have been. Thanks!

2nd vehicle from them. Alex is a great salesman, zero pressure, honest answers, and the paperwork is painless. They also have a great mechanic on staff who was willing to put the vehicle on the lift for us to inspect the underside. He also came in on his day off to make sure the oil and filter was changed using factory recommended parts and fluids.

I took my car to them to find out what was going wrong with why it wasn't charging and why it was overheating they said it would be $350 to fix I didn't have $350 they wouldn't take payments so I came to get my car when I left they did not tell me I did not have any coolant in my car cuz they took it out and I overheated. They said they were mad because I did not have them fix the car after diagnosis. They did not warn me there was no coolant in the car

sold me a lemon. i m 21 years old cashed out on a $11,000 vehicle, only drove it 4k miles and nobody will work on it because the transmission is fully blown out and theyonly offered me 1k to trade it in. super super dissapointed in this experience considering i am young and just lost out on a big amount of money especially in todays economy. seriously do not recommend going here , even heard from a friend they went thru something similar with this same exact dealer... pretty damn devastated.

This was our first time purchasing a car with In-And-Out Auto Sales. We went there to look at a 2016 Ford Fusion for our soon to be 16 year old son. Our salesman was Alex and he was great! He was friendly and answered all our questions. My son loves his car! We will definitely look here 1st for purchasing a car in the future.

We were considering the purchase of a Dodge Grand Caravan. The sales staff were very nice when we communicated on the phone or via text. I was told their vehicles undergo a 17 point inspection. We decided to have a pre-purchase inspection done by an independent automotive shop prior to test driving the vehicle (we live 5 hours away). A few minutes into the inspection an extreme engine knock was discovered in the lifters. Based on that info we decided not to pursue the deal any further. Would recommend having vehicles inspected prior to purchasing one.

I told the dealer Tony, that I was working with that if I did not have any problems after 3 months with the car that I have, I would leave a review. I purchased my SUV back in August. There were a few minor things that was wrong with it but I was ok with it. This is my second vehicle I got from this dealership. The first one was a Dodge Caravan back in 2020. I paid in cash when I purchased the Dodge and I went through the dealership with this one that I have now. I'll most likely go back in a few years to buy my kids their first car.

I didn't end up buying a car from here because I had too much negative equity in my current vehicle to be able to make it work, but I still wanted to leave a review.The people here are super nice. The car salesperson was around my age and he was one of the nicest car sales people I've actually ever talked to. All around just I really kind person, I didn't feel pressured at all. Listened to my description of what I wanted it in a vehicle and toured me around to help find me one that I liked the most.The finance team and owner were also really nice. Overall, it seems like a really genuine dealership with a family-like atmosphere. I was sad that I wasn't able to get a vehicle from them, but when I get my current vehicle sorted out and I'm able to buy a new vehicle I'm hoping to come back here because I really liked it. They did everything they could to help me, I would highly recommend them.

Buying a car is an experience most people dread doing. A lot of the car sales people out there are very pushy and sometimes put you in situations that can be very uncomfortable. That experience doesn't exist at In and Out Auto Sales. I have bought my last two vehicles from them and both times, completely different sales people, have been a great experience. Tony was my latest sales rep and he was awesome to work with. I knew what car I wanted but there were some cosmetic issues that made me pause. Only for a minute though because Tony and Jared took care of the issues and I have the car I wanted. Thank you again you two for making this a great experience!

Jared is an outstanding employee, he was extremely helpful when purchasing my new vehicle. He not only worked fast & efficiently, but also was very kind in answering my 1,000,001 questions. Give this boy a raise!!! Everyone working there was very helpful & kind, worked amazing as a team. We experienced an issue, which was not their fault, and the team went above and beyond to fix it. This place of business and folks who run and work here are by far the best I've ever come across or dealt with!I've bought a car from them and wasn't happy with it, they hadno problem fitting me into another. Then had a few minor problems with the next one. And they stepped right up and addressed the issues as well!Even sent a guy to my house to put a new stereo in my car too!These people are so not the so called car lot type. They are decent and reasonable and care about you buying a solid car..I cant thank you enough for being such real people! I really could not recommend this place enough. I purchased a camper van here a couple of years ago from Jim & Randy that has been a dream. They have mechanics on site who inspect every vehicle so they can communicate honestly about the mechanical condition & I found their assessment to be completely accurate. They were also an absolute pleasure to work with & gave me a great deal. So when I recently needed a new day-to-day car I decided to go with them again - even though it took 2 hours, 3 buses, & nearly 3 miles of walking to get there from where I live - because I so appreciated my first experience & wanted to give them my business. I was able to work with Jim again. We went on several test drives & I ended up with a fantastic Volvo I am thrilled about. Both times I felt that I was treated with honesty & respect & if I ever need another vehicle I'm going straight to In-N-Out. You should too.

Alex Gorton helped me at In n Out auto sales. I came in and told him exactly what I wanted. He made me feel like I was in control of the experience the whole time and helped me so much finding the car I loved. He was insanely friendly and so easy to work with. I purchased my scion tc from here. Jared showed it to me along with some other good options as someone else was looking at it at the time Jared even arranged a test drive for me. Luckily I was able to get it thank you in n out auto sales!

From the moment I stepped into their lot, the staff was so friendly and honest with us. Edgar was our dealer and he showed us all the best cars in my price range and gave us honest reviews about each. During the payment procedure he was very patient and did whatever he could to get us an amazing car. He was amazing and I will recommend anyone that wants to buy a car to see him first. In-And-Out is my new favorite car dealership!

I had to buy a first car for my 18year old daughter today with In and Out auto sales and I have to say that it was the best car sale experience I ve ever had and I have bought a few cars in my lifetime. Staff were very friendly and to the point, didn t have to play the usual back and forth games with prices. I was in and out roughly about 30 minutes. This company has the perfect name In and Out because that s literally what it felt like. Carlos and Jim treated us like family and I strongly recommend this car dealership to everyone looking to buy a used car if you want good prices and great customer service.Martin L
