A huge thank you to Ty, Dean, Chase and the Harnish Chevrolet staff. We initially stopped by to look at a used car we saw on their site, but it had just been listed and wasn t quite ready to show. Ty worked to ensure we would get basically first dibs on it if we wanted to come back the next day. We did, and he had it pulled right up front and ready to show. It ended up not being the right fit, but Ty listened and patiently helped us zero in on everything we were looking for in our next ride. After some pleasant negotiations on final price and features, that perfect vehicle ended up being a 2024 Trax and we love it. Ty, you re the man and we ll be back!

David is an awesome sales person. The experience working with David is what every car purchase should be. Here s some detail:1. He took the time to understand my personal needs for my next purchase.2. He took time to understand what I wanted to accomplish financially.3. The deal he put together was generous on my trade, provided me the payments I was looking for, and was well structured for how I will be using my car.4. The dealership made the process quick and easy. There was no waiting around. Between test drives to finance I was in and out in about 3 hours.5. They were generous with my trade allowance, beating out multiple other dealer quotes.6. David was attentive to detail and provided me a comprehensive delivery process. I walked away without any questions.This dealership knows how to treat a customer and make the process feel right. I couldn t be more happy with my new RDX.I wish I d visited this lot sooner vs. going to the Larson Automotive Group. Hinshaw s helped right a bad deal I d received from Audi Tacoma.I m looking forward to driving my RDX and purchasing another vehicle from David in the future. Let the countdown begin!

As an out of state buyer looking for a very specific pre-owned automobile, working with a dealer over 1,000 miles away can be a daunting task! The folks at Harnish Auto Family (Chevrolet) in Puyallup Washington were top notch! Sean Levesque (my salesman) has an amazing rapport with his customers, and although newer to the auto business, has taken pride in learning the automobiles he sells. His wonderful charisma has earned him a customer base for as long as he desires.Mike in finance made the transaction as painless as possible, and even explained some things I might have typically over looked.Thank you for all who were involved in the process: Jenna, Khrysten, Sean, and Mike. I appreciate all of you. Thank you for selling me a wonderful pre-owned automobile!

I was referred to Subaru of Puyallup by Krystiane Oliver. She told me they would take great care of me and they did. I came in on the last day of the month and was very limited on time. They fit me in at the last minute and had me out in my new car in a couple hours. Thank you Subaru of Puyallup! I LOVE my new Car!!!! Thank you Krystiane for encouraging me to take the leap :)

Just bought a 2014 Buick encore. Can t say it was the shortest day of my life we look ant an enclave but it was accidental being sold to two people at one time. Aaron our sales guy was working hard for us when he found out and had to tell us. We were moved to work with Ryan because we were so upset. Ryan went out of his way to find us a beautiful car! He literally ran around looking for this new arrival car. In addition he managed on a holiday weekend to reach my bank. He made the sting of the lost car right. Both Aaron and Ryan did a wonderful job! We are blessed to have a car that met our requirements for the loan we needed! Thanks Angelique irwin

Had a great experience here with this dealership. Kim was our saleswoman and she was awesome. Zero pressure, honest, and super helpful. I was there to help my daughter with her first car buying/ financing experience. We had a car picked out but it turned out that it would be one of those situations where she would be living to make a car payment but could have been done. But Kim did not push her in that direction, instead she found a car that was much more in my daughters range. It's a nice car and my daughter is very happy. Billy was great in finance too! Most dealers and sales people would have kept pushing her towards the more expensive car and when that didn't work would've said goodbye. Thanks again Kim.

I was looking for a used truck but couldn t find one which turned out to be a blessing! John van every and his team worked hard and made it happen!! Helped me get a 2020 3500 Denali long box which was hard to find in itself!!!! Best truck and customer service !!! Would definitely recommend! We had a great experience at harnish. Kim was very patient with us in the beginning. Finally when we ordered, she kept us update even tho there was delays. Vehicle still arrived in good timing. Kim was super friendly and helpful throughout. Boyfriends already talks about going back for a new truck. We will be going back. Thanks Kim!

Me and my girlfriend were able to finance a perfect, reliable car all thanks to Ryan. Even thought we were financially struggling from constantly trying to fix our old car. He is the best financial advisor for anyone who is looking for a car and is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions since it was our first time getting a vehicle of our own together that isn t beat up lol! He got us approved for a buick encore. He will go above and beyond to make sure you leave the lot with a car that you ll love. Thanks again, Ryan!! Very impressed with staff including Jim Triggs-Salesman. He was helpful in every step of our new car purchase. His knowledge of the features on my new car eased any questions I had. Kept us informed of what was going on throughout the purchase. All staff we had contact with was personable and friendly. Left there very satisfied with our experience. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my car there about a month ago. The salesman that sold me the car (Ken) said that he made sure that there was nothing wrong with the car. Now I'm having to get the transmission worked on and I had to get it towed to the Mazda dealership. They promised me that they would be able to take care of all my service needs. They know they sold me a lemon car. Don't buy a car here.

Bought a van in the middle of august and less than a month later it won t start. After 4 hours someone came to tow it to the dealership around 1:30. At 4:30 I called to see the status and they don t know where it is or if they have it. Called back before 5 and they said they know nothing and to call back Monday. I called 911 and filed a stolen vehicle report. I m 61 and a disabled veteran who is trying to move at the end of the month and as a amputee I wanted a reliable vehicle to drive across country. This is a nightmare they lost my car and they don t care in the least. I paid for the chip protection which they never scheduled (he s moving f him I guess) I paid for the maintenance package (they didn t put it in the system after a month) . I got a car from them in 2018 and no problem at all, 2022 is a new nightmare ish year. I have no idea what is going on my salesman Ryan informed me that this is all my fault (?) Will I get it back? Will it make it across country? If you re a veteran and they thank you for your service BEWARE it might be a trap

I bought my Equinox at this Chevy dealer with the help of my salesman, John Valentine. During the purchase, John was very professional and helpful but it was after the sale was final when John's commitment to his customers really was apparent. I had trouble understanding the high-tech sound system, pairing it with my phone, etc. He was never too busy to help me. The dealership was also very committed to customer satisfaction.

I bought a 2012 Chevy pickup at Harnish auto group Puyallup I took delivery of it noticed that the steering wheel was loose I called the dealer spoke to the salesman he said he would talk to the service manager to try to get it taken care of they called me back and said they were diagnose it but I would have to pay for the repair which is unfair it's a safety thing which I feel like the dealer should be responsible for safety issues with the vehicle upon delivery if I take delivery of the vehicle and the wheels fall off that day I am responsible for it no the dealer should be responsible just felt like they did not want to give me the time of day to fix an issue they missed. A week later I noticed that my oil change light came on if this vehicle even got inspected why did an oil change not get performed I only drive this truck to work and back there's no way I put 3,000 miles in 2 weeks or even three or even 7,000 miles since the truck takes synthetic oil Ryan was a good salesman other than the fact that he promised me a protective film on the truck I was supposed to get it in writing I'm not holding my breath on that one . I don't recommend taking your vehicle to their service shop they don't stand behind their work nor do they take care of their customers sales was great they took care of me other than that protective film like I said.

I (Tony) saw car online Sunday (04/22/22), sent a msg via Cargurus Sunday, got a call back from dealer in a hour on Sunday to schedule visit to see car...Went to appt and was met by Ty Menter who was a gracious salesman. He applied no pressure for the sale and we had a great conversation about the car, and started the process to purchase car...it was a smooth deal and he handled it like a professional. No attitude and no trickery. Smooth sailing and the dealer got me a better rate than my own credit union, by a full 1% less for my interest rate. Very happy with car/purchase and the deal. I would highly recommend taking a look at their vehicles and trying to get a deal done for yourself.Tony S

My husband and were treated very well by several people working at Harnish, including Reggie, Daine, and Paul. They were patient and informative, while we were trying to decide on the perfect car. We appreciated the no push attitude and helpfulness. Even after the purchase, they made sure we were happy and well informed with the new features. We would recommend this auto dealership without reservation.

Their service department is horrible. They overcharge and refuse to do a proper evaluation of our vehicle. They tried to convince me that I just needed to "trust them" and replace my engine (at $10,000) instead of just replacing the oil pressure sensor first. When I asked more questions about the diagnostic, the technician (Matt) refused to go into any details, just stating "we've seen this before, just trust me." I will never bring a vehicle here again and will not be purchasing a vehicle here either.*Update*We took our vehicle to a reliable mechanic who replaced the part we asked for repair and low and behold it's running as normal. AGAIN, I repeat, do not take your vehicle to this dealer for repairs. If they really cared about what I thought, they would contact me directly after reading my review.

I highly recommend you don t purchase a vehicle from these guys, once you buy, forget about getting a call or email back. From service manager too. No resposne. Do not buy GM, especially GMC. Absolute junk. Shouldn t have to keep bringing in one year old vehicle, absolutely not happy. Stay away from Harnish!!!

Absolutely amazing company to buy from!!!! The staff at Kia of Everett really took the time to listen to me and I know I m a pain in the butt to deal with! I really appreciate the great buying experience and I ll always be buying from Harnish stores!
