Ms. Kammeyer did a great job insuring my needs were met. She was very informative and helpful. I would rate her at 5 stars. The 4 star rating comes from the 1 hour wait time. It was a simple oil and filter change. 1/2 hour at best including 26 point inspection.

I was impressed with the teamwork. When I made the appointment, Stacey Palacios was very helpful and actually ordered the tires for me so it was already to go when i got there. Also the parts department was great to reserve the tires for me. Brianna Ball is always great to work with and i always ask to have her as my service advisor for my 3 cars.

Spencer was absolutely amazing! He provided top tier service for the purchase of myself and my wife s vehicles. We will be recommended him to everyone we know looking for a vehicle. Even when in a time of stress he calmed me and assured me he would do everything he could to help me. And he did that and so much more.

We have been complaining about and hearing a squeaking from my front tire for 6 years. We kept getting there is nothing wrong. I took my car in this last week and now they are saying I have no air in the air suspension. If they would have looked at it and cared about it earlier this would have been resolved. We have documentation back from 2019 and Kyle didn t care. Your customer service is terrible and I am going to start going somewhere else for service. We also got an oil change and air filter changed at a different time than last week. We had to go back in a few days later because they didn t put the air filter on right. Kyle said that there was stuff in my hose. No I know for a fact my filter was not on properly. So this is not our first problem with this dealership. It s been multiple things. The lack of caring or hurry up and get these out. The door is getting ridiculous. I will never buy from this dealership again.

I had a great experience bringing my vehicle in for service. Cortland was clear and communicative, giving me the information I needed to make informed decisions but never getting pushy. He has earned my repeat business. I believe the techs name was Joe and after him and his teams efforts my vehicle feels a lifetime newer.Only down a star on price. It's a dealership and you know it walking in, but that bill at the end is still rough.

Was a very expensive repair. Had to have a duramax engine replaced. Every one that I interacted with, from the front desk, shuttle driver and the Technicians were great to work with. All were polite, professional and personable. Please let them know what a great job they are doing.

Made an appointment to drop vehicle off a week prior. Repair included a different dealer/vendor. Arrangements were not made with other place until we dropped off the vehicle. Result was a two week span without our new truck. No updates, contact, or any information without us initiating it. Additional damage to paint finish that has not yet been addressed. Very poor communication!

I was told I had to do all recommended service to get free oil change. Wasn't told this when I bought truck. They replaced all my filters supposedly and my air filter was showing 62% life and still is. First 62% doesn't seem like it needs replacement. Second, shouldn't a new one be 100%? Just confused and not happy.

Replacing the battery was easy.I am NOT HAPPY that whoever did the work left their oily footprint on the floor mat.It is VERY VISIBLE. Every time I open the door, I can see it.Yes I know, someone will say that it will eventually wear off and you won't see it anymore.But I could smell it for days.This is quality control?Boeing is saying the same thing. We have quality control, and the door plug blew out inflight!Obviously, no one looked inside the car to see how the tech left the condition of the inside of the car. Oily footprint on the floor mat, did not put the seat back to its original position. Ugh!Unless it presents a safety issue, the seats should not be moved.It is arrogance for a tech to sit in the seat and immediately move the seat to his/her preferred position. OK to move the seat if it is a safety issue-but that goes without even mentioning it.Would not highly recommend this dealership. The work is ok, how they leave the condition of the inside of the car is another matter.

The USB port in center console hadn t been working for a few months. I m embarrassed to post this because I should ve rechecked this on day of service. I was told the tech just plugged in their phone and it worked. I was charged over $200 for diagnostics that weren t needed. I get that I agreed beforehand to diagnostics, but an honest repair shop/dealership wouldn t be charging for totally unnecessary services.

Brianna did a great job of not only keeping me informed but also going the extra distance to get some additional information that I wanted from the EV Tech.She also did some research on previous work that had been done on our Bolt concerning the battery. It was not until she did this that I became aware that our battery was replaced.

Communication was rough. Check in was less than pleasant. Once our service advisor was off and we were with a different person, it got better. Our vehicle warranty was bashed from the very beginning. I bought my GMC canyon at Puyallup GMC and they have treaded me pretty well in the service area, however I took my wife's Chevy Cruz (she had not purchased it there) in to have an oil service and rotate the tires. She also had an issue with the TPMS system. The service writer said that there were 2 sensors not working. Ok I gave them the ok to replace them. They said ok everything is good. I get in to go and the TPMS is still showing a fault.They couldn't figure it out. Not sure how this can stump a certified mechanic but....Now what has me a little baffled is that the cost of the 2 sensors was $140 each and $40 to install. Looked on line to see what oem sensors cost. They were listed for $35 for all 4. Some mark up I'd say. AND the system still doesn't work. Time to find a different dealer.

I went through the process of ordering a brand new Sierra 2500 HD AT4X AEV truck with the team at Chevrolet of Puyallup. Started off with Scott Briske who made the order process painless and validated everything I might want + provided period updates on the progress. Once the truck arrived, I had a great experience with Isaac Meeks. Isaac worked hard to find the right trade in values, great communications and perfect when it came to delivery. This will be one of many more vehicles with the team here and looking forward to doing business with them again.Oh and can I tell you how much I freaking love this truck! Smiles every time I get in this thing.

I normally deal with ERIN KAMMEYER, this time was no different. She has a great soul and a pleasure to speak with. This particular time I had a new mechanic, which forgot to reset the computer. Erin asked if I would come back in so it could be taken care of. She seems to be a great asset to the company in my opinion.

Even though I was advised it may take 4 hours to complete the warranty service, it actually was less than 1 hour. Very pleased with the effort taken to make my time waiting as short as possible. I bought my first new car from you guys and the service team was always awesome, i traded my car to another dealership for my truck and their service was really horrible, the whole experience made me realize that GMC Puyallup is the best, I will never buy from another dealership and I will only service my truck with you guys, all they way up to the point that I come buy my next vehicle from GMC Puyallup. Thank you for an ever pleasant experience, I missed it.

I have zero trust that the mechanic knew what he was doing there was many pieces not put back together correctly or missing. unplugging of my backup camera and dash cam shows signs of a shady mechanic I will never bring any of my vehicles back there.This review is based purely on the mechanics lack of work.the front office lady Erin was the ONLY great part of the experience whatsoever
