Had to replace glass on our Mini Bus door for our Child Care Center. After two other companies weren't able to do the job we were referred to Glassworks. Bruce and the crew were so easy to work with and did the job so quickly. We Will definitely refer people here in the future.

I have worked with Glass Works of South Sound for years now. They have done everything from highly custom shower glass enclosures to vehicle windshield replacement and just about everything in between for us. As general contractor I have worked with many other glass companies but nobody beats the service, skill and integrity of this company. They show up on-time, communicate effectively and always offer a fair and honest price for their services. Call them today, you won't regret it!

You can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their customers. Even more when you re NOT a customer.To be clear, I haven t hired Glass Works myself.In fact, my intro to them wasn t what I d call a fun situation. One of their drivers accidentally hit our kids basketball hoop driving down the street (they are too narrow, tbh), and it knocked the hoop to the ground and damaged it beyond repair.The driver promptly stopped and came back. He could ve easily driven off and I might not have figured out who did it, but he did the right thing and came back to assess damage and talk to me.I got the company s info, called and left a message for owner, and let them know the situation.George asked that I send him the info on the hoop, and lo and behold, three days later a brand new replacement showed up on our doorstep.I can t tell you how much of an impression this left on me, having been treated poorly and brushed off by companies in the past when they don t make things right.From now on, George and his team have earned my glass business because of this one proper act on his and his employee s behalf.They do right by their customers, and that s the kind of business I want to work with.

Bruce was very friendly and helped to fix my windshield quickly. They quoted me more than half the cost vs. Surrounding shops. I am very happy to have gone hear and would recommend their service.

Took 2 of our vehicles in for windshield repair. Work was done on time and reasonably. When a rock from the lawnmower decided that our large picture window was a good spot to land we again called Glass Works. Bruce repaired the window again, on time and at a reasonable cost. We again called Glass Works when another rock took out another of our picture windows. George (Dempster) Bennett and Alan came out for the replacement. Quick, again on time and again reasonably priced. We decided then to start replacing our 3 other picture windows. Dempster ordered them and he and Alan replaced them the windows are beautiful, work was professional and clean up was done. We will continue to use Glass Works of South Sound for all our window needs!Services: Glass installation, Auto windshield replacement

The best customer service you could ask for, I got a pretty bad rock chip I knew needed fixed right away on my way from Roy to Spanaway and No one in this area could get me in for weeks. When I called he told me to just come right in .. I had my Toddler and 5 month old with me and He even helped with my babies getting into the shop and had my repair done and Us on our way quickly.. He was so enjoyable to visit with and extremely welcoming to my kids.. 10 stars I wasn t out to get a big rock chip today but I m glad to have met a new friend and we will know exactly where to go next time. They definitely care about their customers I was in and out in 30 minutes to fix a rock chip and they only charged me $40 and on top of that they smoothed over an old messy chip that was already filled not by them for free to make it a lot less noticeable the chip they filled is near invisible now I'd definitely come back they made an inconvenience on the road almost stress free

Bruce did a fabulous job on my window chip repair! They've done two repairs on two different car windshields. Both times scheduling was easy, they got me in right away and got the job done quickly and well. Also friendly and down to earth and affordable out of pocket.

I Had a rock chip in my windshield, Called multiple places and they were all booked out until next week. Ended up reaching out to these guys and had it fixed the same day. The rock chip is nearly not visible anymore. Awesome customer service, work and out of all places I called they gave me the best price hands down. This is a very underrated shop, would highly recommend and will be coming back if I need more repairs done. Shout out to the man George

Had an awesome experience today with this business. The front door of our business was not locking properly. We originally spoke with Bruce who was great and then worked with Walt who was incredibly pleasant, quick and thorough. Our door is working awesome! Recommend them 100%!

I had a small job order (under $50) yet this company did not treat me as less valuable as a customer. They gave me outstanding customer service, communicated timely and effectively with attention and details. I'm truly grateful for their kindness and they have gained a new loyal customer. Called these guys to inquire about a slider that wasn t sliding very well in our house. We had another glass company come out previously and tell us at the wheels cannot be replaced and needed full replacement to the tune of $3500. Glass Works came out, showed up on time and was very professional, determined what parts we needed and came back a few weeks later to replace the wheels at a very reasonable price. We would definitely use them again. Very courteous and always communicated with us on our options for even a small job.

I was replacing a roof and one of my guys broke the sliding door I call a different glass company to replace the glass. Because I don't live there I got to wait for the person to arrive. They said 12 to 4pm, they called me 4:15 pm to let me know they won't show up I was not happy with it but ask them to give me an exact time for them to show up. They said 8 to 9am. They call at 11am to let me know they're on their way.The same day I went to Glass Works and they were there in the afternoon. 100% recommended.

I call this business to replace a glass door. They gave me an estimate over the phone but was told that an accurate estimate would be done in person. I was very happy for the fast response cause I needed this done ASAP. When the person came we were told that it was going to be more, which we understood. But then he said that the person that does the estimate was out of the office and that we would get the actual price in 2-3 days and then after we give the ok it would take 3 weeks to get the glass. I understand that we are living in Covid times, and that supplies are hard to find but we are still waiting to hear back with how much it will cost. With the lack of professionalism we decided to go elsewhere.

We had first tried a different company that took 2.5 weeks to get someone to come do an estimate and were going to take another week to set me up with an install appointment! I found glass works online and decided to give them a call . They came out within one day for the estimate and came to install quickly and professionally within 3 days!!!! After all was done the other company was ready to come out, too late! Thank you for quick professional services! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

After having a horrible experience with speedy auto glass, I came to ask for help with a crack in my windshield. Bruce was very polite and immediately helped me, instead of trying to sell me a new $500 window like the other glass shop, Bruce repaired the crack. Will definitely be back here. I couldn't be more impressed!

After a long search, Glass Works had THE shower door we were looking for. Before we placed our order, Walt came out to measure and walked us through the pros of cons of a couple of other door styles. It was clear that he knew the "ins" and "outs" of shower doors which helped set my mind as ease with placing our order. It took a bit longer than anticipated to get the doors in but once they came in, the installation was smooth AND I was 100% positive that it was done with attention to detail. Walt and another installer took their time, leaving our house at 7pm. They stayed until the job was done. Also our contractor intercommunicated with Bruce on the order but Walt made it right even though it wasn't Glass Work's fault. I will definitely recommend this company again and again and will use them in the future.

I broke the outer pane of our sliding glass door in August 2017. I called 3 different glass repair places for bid. Glass works was the lowest. We had to go out of town for a trip and didn t actually get around to calling them until late October to order the window. They found my quote very quickly, ordered the window, and it was installed about 10 days later. The installer was very friendly and professional. It only took him about and hour to complete the job. We were very satisfied with the results.

Walt and the crew from Glass Works installed a shower door for us. The price was good, their customer service was great and they provided a highly professional install. They were very pleasant to work with on this project. I highly recommend Glass Works of South Sound.

Walt is an amazing glass installer. Super nice guy! Does exactly what he says. He did a great job on our Puyallup house shower enclosure. He is also going to be doing my next shower enclosure on our new house. Would definitely recommend!

After getting a rock chip in my window in the morning, I called these guys to see if I could drop in. Not only was I welcomed and helped, they contacted insurance for me and got the repair waived from my deductible. They did a great job on a complex chip in a short time. I am going back for window screen replacement (I noticed they did this too) and they have my business from here on.

The crew at Glass Works did such a great job replacing a pane in our office we called them back to replace our old single pane sliding glass door. From the first call to the last visit, their staff, response time, price, and everything else were top notch.

Great service. They were able to squeeze me in for same-day service to fill a windshield chip before it spread. The chip is nearly unnoticeable now. I highly recommend.
