Manager in charge was very understandable and kind. The manager and his team provided me with excellent service. My car had many issues and they did all they could to handle it. Much appreciated for all their hard work and effort they put into my vehicle. The manager went above and beyond with his services provided to me. Was very reasonable and understandable to my situation. Firestone in puyallup I highly recommend for any car services you may need. They will take really good care of you. Thank you.

Excellent Service at Firestone. Got me a great price on new tires and a battery. They got me in fast and service was fast. If I have issues I just call them and they will get me in for service quick! Techs are super friendly and took good care of my car. Top Notch Service and very friendly.

I m in my 80 s. Went to Firestone to get oil change and asked them to check everything plus put air in the spare as I was driving to Illinois in a couple of weeks. When they were done they gave me 2 pages of things that were supposedly wrong with car. Needed both new axles, needed new struts etc. Total of $4,000 for these repairs. I was concerned so I took it to another mechanic a few days later. He said the struts were fine and found no oil leakage on the boots. Also checked the spare and it had 8 lbs of air in it. I can only assume the technician saw an old lady and thought I would just believe them and have all the work done. I may be old but I m not stupid. Have gone to Firestone for years and never had a problem. Never again!!!!!

When we picked up our Jeep Cherokee we were immediately satisfied with the service provided at the cost charged. However, on the following morning the same problems persist and do not show an improvement in driving. We will be returning to find out why the problem persists. We will certainly give Firestone the opportunity to make good on their assessment of the engine and drivetrain.

EDIT: It has now been 2 weeks since I provided the requested information as requested after my original review. I have heard nothing from Firestone. They will not be getting my business again. Seems like a small thing to lose loyalty over, but if they can't do small things well, I don't expect big things to be handled any better.Bought the lifetime alignment, which was done quickly. However, my brand new wheels were scratched during completion of the alignment. Store was helpful and agreed that the scratches matched perfectly to the alignment tool. Opened a claim with their in-house claims dept., provided evidence, etc. Claim denied because "the damage presented in not consistent with the alignment heads used. These are designed to rest on the tires and float over the rims, if there is any contact with the wheel, it is with a rubber coating designed to protect the wheels". Alignment heads do NOT float over the rims, the MUST make contact with the wheel to properly align the suspension (numerous websites and Youtube videos support this). And any detailer knows it's possible to scratch anything even with a soft tool if they're not clean. I offered to collect more evidence for the claim, but was shut down. The shop agreed that the scratches matched perfectly with the alignment head. Claims person was unwilling to discuss any further, despite any evidence I could provide to PROVE my case, nor were they aware how alignments work. Very disappointed. At no point was anyone rude, but the claims person was never on my side, didn't listen to reason or observe evidence, and my property was damaged by Firestone and they will not accept accountability.

I went in for an oil change, and it was completed in a timely manner. But I was waiting for nearly 2 hours to pay and get my car. I asked the front desk how much longer, and he said I was next. I was definitely not next. Will not be coming back here.

Do you want Dealership prices at DIY quality? Firestone is your place! Multiple occasions i ve been quoted extreme pricing for problems with my car. And when i took my car to several other reputable shops in the area, those problems somehow just disappeared. They just didn t exist in the first place. My parents have brought their cars here and had several issues after getting their cars back such as unplugged sensors not being plugged back in, oil and grease all over their car from the techs not wearing/changing their gloves (i ve had this issue as well) , and trim screws missing.

LuisMarcello Garrido s service was top notch from start to finish. He provided helpful information with selecting the exact tire/sizing for my expectations. The alignment improvement was immediately noticeable. The invoice was on point and concluded as expected. I ve already spread the message and have two potential referrals for the near future. I have no hesitation about coming back for any tire/alignment needs.

I needed a oil change and scheduled an appointment online for 8 am this morning. Impressively they took my truck in right away and began work immediately. Didn't take long and I was back on the road again. Fair price too at about $75 for synthetic oil.

Went there Wednesday for an alignment they said it would be 3 hours. Decided to make an appointment for thrusday. Got in there first and they were done in 20mins. The problem is they messed up my car and didnt do an alignment. The guy spent 20 mins trying to get my tie rod loose but couldn't. He wrenched on it so hard that now my left side pops every time i turn. Worse yet. I had a -2 degrees of camber and he never adjusted it. On a miata the camber is independently adjusted from the eccentric bolts and not the tie rods. He never bothered. He Probably used up his allotted time and said F-it. They acted like they did everything except the toe. Then quoted me 1400 for new tie rods. Yeah right. Its 4 nuts and 40 dollars on parts geek. That place is a joke. No wonder why they ofter lifetime alignments. You have to go there 4 times for them to do it properly.

Needed a flat tractor tire patched, so I bought it to these so-called professionals. Was told in no uncertain terms that they would not even try to help me. Once upon a time, in 2017, in Mississippi, a couple greasy stump jumpers with their own shop rendered similar service in about 5-10 minutes. But the Firestone manager assured me that two of his techs couldn't possibly fix this tire in a matter of hours. More, I was also in the market for a new spare for my pickup (tire and rim). After learning of their sad ineptitude and lack of general business acumen, I proceeded to fix the tire my damn self in about half an hour with a couple of screw drivers and a patch kit. Needless to say, ne'er shall I darken their door again.

I have been a long time customer with Firestone. Took multiple cars there but I guess today they have lost my business for good. I made an appointment 4 days ago to get new tires. I was informed that the tires weren't in stock and they had to order it. I drive an hour to show up to my appointment and guess what...the tires weren't here and nobody bothered to call me. The manager tried to make it right and gave my different tires for the same price.But what disappointed me most is that they did not honor the 10% military discount. They said they only do it for oil changes, maybe up to $30. Sad to see that THAT is the max value they think our veterans deserve.

This Firestone is a little hard to see from Meridian as it sits down below the road between Les Shwab and Fred Meyer. Newer building with ample parking and access through the Rainier View Marketplace road.

Very quick and very helpful. I went here twice - once for an alignment and second for a tire puncture. I was very happy with the customer service and how quickly they were able to get me in and out. Didn't feel like the typical experience you get from certain car service places. I was very happy and will absolutely be back.

After over 3 hours didn t end up with their service because they said it wasn t fixable. So I took my tire elsewhere had it repaired to find out I had to return to Firestone because they kept my hub cap. They said it wasn t required to give hub cap back (doesn t make sense)

Service is horrible here. Got car diagnosis and spend all these money and issue not fix. The 2 technician KUMAR PAKAJA and MATT BROWN is a cheating lying technician. Sold me bunch of stuff not relate to the issue. Terrible place to work with. 1st appt they said it would take an hr to get an alignment (which I've done before). Arrived and they said no it would take at least 2 hrs so I had to reschedule. Arrived early and was told had to take 4hrs. So whats the point of an appt I asked. It's been 6hrs and still no call. I called and he gave me an aexcuse of their behind and will get to it when they get to it.

Got new tires for my truck from this company and got wheel alignment, on the way home found that steering wheel sets crooked and truck pulls to a side , so I had to come back to realign the tires, they can t do it at the first time, few months later got flat tire, drove in that place hoping to get it fixed but I was told to wait a day or two and make an appointment, how can you wait if you have only truck to drive and you have a flat tire you need to fix it right away, thanks to Les swab they fixed it in 10 minutes, now I get the slow leak and made an appointment, when I came in to fix it they are telling me wait time is two hours. Don't go to this place. They only want to steal your money .Took my 2020 chevy express van yesterday for aliment and tire rotation with appointment made.Drop off at 9am and i told the front guy that i will pick it up at 5 pm to give them enough time to do the job.Come back at 5 pm to get my van and i found they don't do anything on my van by that time.The lady on front told me to wait 15 minutes.45 minutes later they said is ready.After i paid Come out to go home. I'll check the tires and found they charge me for the tires rotations and don't do anything.I'll talk to the person in the front desk and they give me a deal of free oil change.When I'll start driving i found the van pulls really bad to the right that means they don't do a good job on the aliment.I'll try to bring it back next day so they can fix it and the person in the office told me i have to make an appointment but they available time would be in the next 6 days.Don't go to this place. You only going to lost your time and money

This has to be the worst spot you can go to to get any kind of work done. All young kids and don't know what they are doing. Took my truck their for an alignment and they did nothing, same problem as before. I took it to another shop and it was fixed as needed, straight, tight steering. Also have a life time warranty on my wife's car, took it there for an alignment, after a day there i picked it up with same issue. Ended up taking it to another shop and they said there's no way alignment could have been done since the control arms bushings are out and need to be replaced. Avoid Firestone at all cost, the company has ruined their reputation by hiring unexperienced people fresh out of school.Service: Wheel alignment

Made an appointment for alignment yesterday. Initial appointment time set for 12:00 noon. Immediately called back after making the appointment and asked to change it to 1:00 o clock. Drop the van off at 1 o clock and when they found out that I had lifetime alignment they put me on the back burner and put other customers in front of me. Later called to get an ETA as to when the van would be ready for pick up, and was told that they squeezed me in today and the van wouldn t be ready till after closing which is 5 PM most likely, closer to 6 o clock.The problem we have with this as we made an appointment for 1 o clock. When fire stone discovered that we already had a lifetime alignment, we were no longer a priority but we re pushed aside to allow New** paying customers priority.We get it, a business needs to make money.But this is still not right. Firestone down Meridian is a better choice. Kip Fraser runs a good operation over there.KIP FRASER s Firestone deserves A commendation and Mr. Kip Fraser definitely deserves a raise.

Such good care of their clients! I felt heard and understood. Even with my complex situation, they went over and above to help find answers and get the needed parts to repair my vehicle, even hard to find parts. Knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Would be my first place to go the next time my vehicle breaks down!

Scheduled on line appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Been going to this location for over 5 years. Got a response acknowledging my request re appt time and date but nothing else. Showed up and manager said since they did not confirm with an email which you would think would be at least the same day as request, I could not have work done. I will not be back. He did not offer to help with another appointment and said that next available would be a week away. Cannot believe it. They use to be very friendly but no longer. I bought my last set of tires from them as well and I will no longer do any business with them.

Set an appointment request online more than 24 hours ago, no confirmation response, just a hey we'll let you know when we have it scheduled or not. I follow the chat link in the email to find out what is going on. After 10 minutes we can only tell you it isn't confirmed and to call the store. Awesome, more time waste. I call the store and the gal asks if I am dropping it off. For an oil change that takes 30 minutes? .....NO....That's the only way we can do it. Why would you not notify your client and offer other times or even offer other times when I am on the phone? What a joke. Do not recommend.EDIT: got a call from the manager who apologized and helped to resolve the situation. Discussed how long I should be at the facility for an oil change. I ve been here over an hour, still not done. Staff in front complaining in front of customers about how people think their appointment should be upheld. Recommend avoid if you value your time and don t want to listen to staff complain. And when I get back in my car the tech literally left an oil print on my windshield
