This was our first time with Easy Street Auto. Amanda and her team are very nice and very friendly. It was very easy to make my appointment with them. When we took our Jeep in they did a Diagnostic on it, they took pictures and sent them to us. They always kept us in the Loop on what s going on. We had a great experience with them and their pricing is very reasonable. I will recommend anyone to go there.

I had my vehicles serviced here prior to the change in management and am very glad to still be in good hands for all my auto needs, as I am a single woman with no mechanical inclinations. I feel well taken care of regardless of my car s needs. Thanks, Amanda!

Great team they made my day when I came in, the technicians were very helpful and friendly, had me in and out in 2 hours also let me know what I needed to do next though most of the work I can do myself what I cant I will definitely bring it back to them 10/10 times over

I don't know how they got a five star rating. They did a lot of work I did not ask for or want them to do. It turned a $300.00 job into a $600.00.The problem is fixed but it was a very frustrating experience.

went in for brake replacement and check engine light. Super fair pricing. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Antonio fixed the issues in a swift and timely manner. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle in for service.

Juline and Lu were great!! We took our daughters car here to get the brakes done. They were extremely friendly, sent me a detailed report of what needed to be done and were reasonably priced. They did a great job in a timely manner and called us a few days later to see how things were. I also love that they are a woman owned company. We will continue to use them for our vehicles and I would highly recommend them.Service: Brakes

I had gone to Chris at Advanced Auto for about 20 yrs(?) So thought I would try the new owner. Only did an oil change, tire rotation, and tune-up. They were friendly and professional. I also liked the emailed checklist with pictures to determine other future service needs. And Amanda's follow-up email was a nice touch.

Let me just say that I don't really trust mechanic shops. I was looking for a good and honest shop to take my Sylvia to fix her up. (Yes, I named my rig Sylvia - Silver Aspen).Previous experience has shown me that I end up with another problem from the original issue not too long after I get Sylvie back from any shop I've gone to.Anyways my sister tagged me to their shop when I was seeking out recommendations on social media. Shout out to you, sis Shay!!I reached out, got a response, and made an appt to take it into the Puyallup location within that same week.Needed a reprogram from a shop that was able to read Chrysler codes for a replacement of my Throttle and sensor that a friend did and still experienced issues.So I informed the nice gentleman at the shop on everything (forgive me, I forgot his name).He informed me that a diagnostic would be done to determine the actual problem, and I would be contacted on the next steps needed. Their diagnostic is also one of the cheapest around that I've found.Amanda, who was my point of contact, was in constant communication with me on repairs/pricing.I was also in communication with the mechanic who gave me updates on repairs.I was quoted a higher amount originally, but after further troubleshooting, they found some of the repairs weren't needed, and the price was reduced by hundreds of dollars.I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday afternoon they're closed on the weekends, but the following Monday, they started work on my rig, and I was able to pick her up by Thursday.My Sylvia runs great! Check engine light is off ( for the first time in forever!! ).The cost wasn't some exorbitant amount that left me having to eat ramen for a month, and they've got a return customer for future maintenance/repairs in me.Shop and office looked clean and well kept!Staff is very informative, honest, professional and friendlyHighly recommend this shop for any car issues you experience!!!!
