Brought in a used car I recently purchased to get the interior detailed and have the windows tinted. They did a great job getting everything super clean, even got rid of some problem moldy areas. The window tint looks great as well. Overall for the price and service, I'm very pleased! Thanks again!

Diamond detail does excellent work. I just had an interior detail on my 2014 Lexus 300h. It looks fantastic. I tried a different detailer in the false notion of saving some money. I won t do that again, Diamond Detail is more than worth it.

My truck was a mess after selling one house and buying another. They took my truck and brought it back to the beauty she truly is. I can t say enough! They removed the dog hair and got into the crevasses that collect all the debris you can t reach no matter how hard you try. They even cleaned under and around the fuel access. They truly take pride in their work and it shows. It can seem like a big investment for just cleaning your vehicle. All I can say that team at Diamond detail treated my baby with care and respect!!! Went the extra to truly bring her back as they could and refresh my 03 xtype. Holy smokes. My 4Runner looks brand new. And I will admit that I don t keep a clean car! I dropped it off before my vacation, and let them take their time on it. The inside is literally sparkling. The dash and seats are so clean they are slippery. I forgot what it looked like not covered in dust. The outside, they went above and beyond, even getting some scratches out! I highly recommend Diamond Detail. We will definitely be bringing our truck in also, and sending anyone we can. Had Diamond detail give my car a cleaning inside and out and I'm truly delighted with job they done the buffed out all scratches out of the black paint and seats and floor are like the day I collected her when new . Can only say well done to the crew who worked on it as ye done a brilliant job.

One of our service vehicles had a mold infestation and I didn't think it was possible to get it out. I brought my new Tesla in for a ceramic finish and interior clean and protect. The car was completed on time and looked great. I appreciate how the shop kept me informed on the progress and delivered the car looking perfect. I brought the car back and had the windows tinted. The job was done on time and the car looked great. Diamond detail Puyallup on meridian did the most amazing job the dent wizard down there is incredible highly recommended and I will definitely be doing more business with them they are fantastic people great great group of guys can't beat them like I said outstanding

The absolute best in the business. My car looks beautiful inside and out. They detailed my Dad s Mercedes and cars of a few friends and they always do impressive work and everyone is friendly. I had road tar that I had just accepted as permanent but they got it all. Ok.... so I've never paid to have my car detailed and when they told me the price I thought it was steep and almost didnt get it done but went ahead and got the detail. These guys are awesome! They kept me updated on how long it would be and there was no suprises with the pricing and the car came out looking brand new I reccomend this place to everyone, its worth the $$$ to not be whipping around town in a trash heap. Took my wife's new Model Y in for tint, ceramic coating and ppf. These guys did great work. At some point I'll be bringing my Boss 302 in for paint correction and ceramic coating. I highly recommend these guys for your car, truck, boat or rv!

I recently had the exterior of my new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander done at Diamond Detail. I bought my vehicle at the very end of June, and a couple days later, I had a cross country move to make. I drove 36 hours within 3 days from Ohio to Washington. There was a tremendous amount of bugs on the front end of my car. It looked atrocious. Picking up my car from Diamond Detail, it looked brand new again! They spent so much time and effort getting every single bug and mark off of my car. It looks AMAZING I am so happy with their work and will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

08/29/2023, 16:32. I just pick up my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport, Green.First off, I was treated very professionally and the drop off check in process was very good, no problems there.When I went to pick up my vehicle it was sitting outside in the rain and when I first walked up to it I wondered if it was done yet because it didn't really shine other than the recent wash I just gave it and the water wasn't really beading up or running of the car if it was ceramic treated. I walked around it and the RR wheel still had stains and the tire had a big dirt smudge on it. (I did ask for No shiny tire dressing)The paint is not very smooth even though they said it was clay barred and polished.The interior is very clean and looks great even though there are a few areas that were missed, and it looks like they just vacuumed the mats and sprayed treatment on them. They didn't clean the LR window inside and there is a spider web still on it from when I had it sitting. The headliner is sagging in places it wasn't before but I don't know if they wash it or steamed it.I am in the car industry, and I have all the chemicals and equipment to detail myself, but I was pressed for time and thought I would get Professional results or at least it would be a deeper shine that what I received.I feel like I paid $500 dollars for an interior shampoo and car wash. I was told they put on a 6-month ceramic sealant, but I think it was ceramic car wash soap and a towel off after the clay work. Griots one step by hand would produce a better shine.Probably won't use this place again and now I still have to buff my Jeep out. Live and learn to the tune of $500 bucks.I did fill out their survey they emailed me when I picked it up but never heard from them. I do need to call them for quality purposes at least.The employee Chris did walk out to my Jeep with me and walked around with me and tried to remove the wheel stain but didn't get it or the dirt smudge off. I brought my 2012 Toyota Tacoma in for detailing. I did the math and the cost of a top quality detailing is well worth the alternative of buying a brand new vehicle. The truck now looks arguably more shiny than it was when it was literally brand new! The interior is absolutely spotless. The seats were cleaned and look new also. The carpet was so thoroughly cleaned that it took me a moment to believe it was the same stuff as before. The canopy on my truck was also polished. Overall their work was absolutely top notch.I highly recommend Diamond Detail for auto detailing. My truck has that new look and smell again. Excellent work!Service: Auto detailing

I was in a pinch to get an interior detail service done to my Rav4, and I couldn't find a place that could accommodate with such short notice. That is, until I called Diamond Detail in Puyallup. Chris was super helpful with finding a solution and was able to schedule me for service the very next day. When my car was returned to me, the interior was absolutely spotless. Felt like I was stepping into a new car - great smell, spotless interior and stains removed. The service is more expensive than others I was quoted for, but I doubt that cheaper options would meet this level of quality service. Will definitely recommend them to my friends, and will most likely visit them again the next time I need an interior detail.

I had some food spill in the trunk of my car and although I cleaned it, the smell remained. Chris offered to just clean the area of concern and got me in very quickly. He showed me areas I missed and while I waited was able to quickly clean and spray enzyme to help break down any remaining smell. If this doesn't get rid of the smell completely he gave me options but told me to wait a couple of weeks to die out. I will definitely go back if I need to and will recommend them to others needing to detail cars.

Needed a spot on the seat cleaned. Quoted 75, ended up less, and they got the stain out. No complaints. Thinking I'll be bringing the other car here soon

Was my first time getting detailing done on any of my vehicles and they were very honest about the process and letting me know how things are done and what they could do. Chris was extremely nice, great customer service and my car almost looks like new again. Would definitely recommend

My car has had a rough life since driving it off the lot in 2014, having a young kiddo growing up with it just devastated the interior. I was warned that some of the stains might not come out fully, and I expected that response. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling inside and out. It looked like a brand new car! This crew is phenomenal and made the impossible happen!! I was BLOWN AWAY!!

I cannot say enough positive remarks about the service I received.My daughter just bought a used Toyota that was VERY rough in the inside. Diamond Detail made it pristine. Every stain except for an existing bleach spot came out. Every surface has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This includes several areas caked with dried on gum; coffee spills of years past; and carpets I thought were doomed for replacement.Absolutely amazing job performed by the team!!!!!!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

My wife had her car detailed here and we both thought they did an amazing job. They even got all the dog hair out. So, took my 5 year old car in for detailing and they, once again, did an amazing job. Inside looked just like when I bought it brand new. All personal items inside the car were taken out an carefully placed in a bag. Great time to see what "junk" I have left in the car and can "relocate." Great service.Service: Auto detailing

Great job very friendly my truck is a 2011 f350 it looks brand new. I had a small dent on the upper side of the bed so along with the detail I had the Dent Wizard remove the dent both did an amazing job. Thanks guys
