I have always purchased tires from Costco. The other day I got a flat. I brought in the tire and was told it would take at least 4 hours to get to it. Nothing like putting an emergency in front of anyone! I asked if I could leave the tire for repair and come back, as my husband had put on the spare at home. The tire associate said that was fine. I got a call later that evening that the tire was done. Again, the tire associate said I couldn't get in to get the tire put on until Friday! This would mean two days of driving on the spare tire. I voiced my concern, and without even asking me how far I have to drive he said it would be fine. This doesn't even account for how incredible inconvenience and time consuming it has been not to not be able to drive on the freeway.I decided to take a trip to Costco tonight to see if I could get the tire replaced any soon, as I have a long day of drive ahead of me tomorrow. When I got here 2 bays were EMPTY. I asked if I could get the tire put on, which they had already fixed. I was told I could make an appointment. I told the tire associate that two bays were EMPTY and that the job should only take 10 minutes. I was told they would see what they could do. An hour into our wait (and a fair bit of time inhaling rubber fumes) the tire associate said he would go back to see if the work had been started and if not, he would start the work. It has now been an hour and a half and our car still isn't done!

Poor service, if you need a cheap set of new tires it s a good place. If you need any service on them this is not the place! They seem to be understaffed, overwhelmed and poorly managed. I went in to get my tires rotated for the first time after purchasing them there. The guy there said that if I didn t have an appointment they couldn t help me. Then when I asked if I could schedule an appointment later in the week the guy said they were booked weeks out and triple booked for the day! Better off sticking with Les Schwab!

Joe did a great job with customer service. It was super busy and he helped everyone as soon as he could. All of the members were very nice 10/10 service.

scratched up new rim, looks like amateur put the tire on the drivers side. my tire is loosing air after 1 DAY!!! I'm livid!

Very surprised! I just called the tire center that they told me as long as we had our paperwork with my husband's name on it they could fix the tires that they put on his truck I am recovering from surgery and cannot go in with him when though the member card is in my name, the man at the tire center confirmed that that would be no problem as long as he had all the Costco paperwork from the purchase of the tires. My husband went in and was turned away!! We run our own business locally here in the area and this was a very disappointing especially from this Costco that we have gone to for years and years under my membership. So see you later Costco tire Center, we are taking our business elsewhere.

Walked in to get all 4 tires replaced. Was told it would be a few hours and was ok with leaving my car and coming back to pick it up. Went into shop for an hour and my car was ready when I came out! Definitely returning when I need tires for my other vehicles. Thanks Costco Tire team!

They have the cheapest batteries that are as reliable as possible. Also they have a three year warranty that's unbeatable. Tire prices are excellent. If you have or want aftermarket wheels they might not be the place for you. Their target audience is stock tires put into original wheels. Their wheel selection is probably one of the more overpriced.

Not the greatest service. Got a call that my tires ($1400) had arrived to the shop and to "walk in" rather than schedule an appointment. My wife goes in the next day to be told that the tires had not arrived. I received an email within twenty minutes of my wife returning home saying that the tires had arrived and were ready to install. Wife returns a week later to get the tires installed. She waited three hours but our vehicle was ready after two hours. She had given the shop her number to call when the truck was ready, they instead "claimed" to have called my cell (I was out of town) and never bothered to call her. She eventually went in, waited at the counter, no one helped her, she went to the curb outside with her cart, and then someone poked their head out to ask if she needed something.

Great service. I had bought some batteries for my truck and I forgot my paper work. Luckily I was found with my Member number. Also if you buy from Tacoma and try to return a core to puyallup or vice versa, make sure to let them know because their systems only show what is for their location and not the other. Easy find once I had mentioned it to the service man helping me out that day. Also the new tire inflating spots are nice as well!

Just had a phenomenal experience at Puyallup Costco tire center. My battery died in the parking lot after doing all of my shopping, while I was waiting for AAA I went in to get a new battery and could not figure out which one I needed. I talked with Zach. and he help me pick out the correct battery. Then he offered to come jump my battery, but it did not start. So then he offered to change my battery for me. I told him he did not have to but he insisted he did not mind. So he changed my battery and my car started instantly. I am so beyond grateful for his kindness and his ability to go above and beyond. Thank you thank you thank you Zach! You are what customer service should be!

Installed new tires and had excellent service. Came next day for a torque check and they took care of me in less than 15 minutes. Very happy with the installation!

Working with Zack and George was terrific. They made the process very easy in ordering the tires and in scheduling the appointment. George was extremely helpful by explaining why my tires were worn more in the inner versus the outer portion of the tire.

Costco is amazing at most things they do, tires is not one of them. I had a flat on two vehicles, one I had from discount tire and the other from Costco and for the price and customer service I would choose discount hands down. I walked away from Costco after the price they gave me for replacing a tie that was 6 months old.

Got an excellent deal on a battery there. Discount tires has better prices for the same tires, hands down. The the staff there are s super bunch of highly motivated caring people.

Came in to exchange a battery and explained the year make and model of the vehicle I needed a new battery for. I was given the completely wrong battery and told " this should be the correct one". I expect that from autozone or oreilly's not costco.Luckily the guys up at the lacey costco took care of me!

Busy on the weekend, what do you expect from Costco? Ordered a set of tires online was going from a set of 265s to 285s, I did plenty of research and knew what I was getting and yes I know my rim size. The tire center called me on the week day and left a vm to call them back to set an appointment. I called back the same day on a Thursday, the fellow that answered said he had to get to his computer to check if they had appointments open for this weekend. He told me they were booked all the way through Sunday and I needed to log in online to set my appointment up for next week because his calendar doesn't go that far out. Went online to set that appointment up, oh you can't use your Costco log in, you have to sign up at the appointment website separately from your Costco account. Finally got logged in, low and behold there was openings open all weekend. I set up an 1130 appointment for that Saturday. When I arrived Saturday at 1115 (they said you should arrive early or else someone may be put in the bay before you) I ended up waiting 30 minutes anyways since the two gentlemen were helping people at the register buying batteries. Finally get to the register and the guy takes my vehicle information and states he can't install these tires since I'm going above a 4 percent increase in tire size and they will not install these on my rims but he can order me the 265s. I told him i have the trd rims and they should fit, he went on to say mine are 16x7 and these need to go on a 16x7.5. I said I know I have the trd rims they are 7.5. Dude fake punches keys in his computer and the screen doesn't even change and says no you have 7s. Irritated now I just tell him I'll just take the tires and I'll have them mounted somewhere else. Long story short if the guy on Thursday did a little customer service and actually set the appointment up, took my vehicle information and told me I couldn't instill these tires on my car since I was going above a 4 percent increase I would of told them I would have just picked them up that day on my way home from work since I already paid for them. I could have spent my Saturday not driving to south hill and wasting mine's and their time. Two stars for the price, still can't beat Costco on the price...

Warning light came on to check tire pressure. I was getting gas at Costco, so I drove straight to the tire center. Nail, fixable. Fixed and out within 30 minutes. Awesome!!

Wasted 3 hours. Les Schwab was able to find and fixed the hole in my tire that the Costco tire dept. couldn't find. Costco blamed the wheel and told me to go to a wheel repair shop.

Free tire rotation and nitrogen air top off when you buy your tires here. Often have great sales on good tires. Service is fast and friendly.

Such a bunch of nice people. Took longer, but they were very busy. Fixed the tire and noticed needed alignment which is done elsewhere.
