Everyone at the front (in-house) we encountered was pleasant, helpful and in uplifting moods.The vehicle looks great, so much thanks to those on that side of the business (behind the scenes).The text messages stating where the vehicle was in its repair process or even where parts were (delayed/early), was new to us but really helpful. We were able to get updates and not drop what we were doing to answer a call. We were also more able to keep tabs on pick up date and time.One more of the pluses was the fact that the company was able to check our rental (enterprise) in for us and have them come get it so we could drive onto our next priority right away.

Stephanie was very helpful during my shop experience! Everything was completed in a quick manner, and she had great communication while my car was at the shop. The entire staff was also very kind and helpful as well.

Had front end damage including 1 headlight to repair. Told the estimator I would happily pay extra to upgrade both headlights so they would match. Near the end of the job I was told by the estimator "I don't have time for upgrading your headlights." Now the headlights don't match. Had the truck for 2 and a half weeks. I won't be returning as a customer.

The process with Carstar North Campbell was overall not to my satisfaction, primarily due to the amount of time it took to complete the repairs. I dropped my car off on July 19th and it wasn't completed until November 30th. Yes-almost 5 months to complete repairs. In all fairness, I have to state that 7 weeks of the 19 weeks they had it, they were waiting for parts, which is not their fault. Even with the part delays-the amount of time it took to repair this truck is not acceptable. We were told when we dropped it off that repairs would take 6 weeks once all parts were in. I will say, they sent out weekly text message updates and were responsive to emails when I reached out. Once the backordered part finally arrived, they took an additional 3 weeks to complete repairs. I assumed they would have bumped my truck to priority once the part arrived, since it had been waiting for long, but that did not happen. I finally have the truck back, and the repair work seems to be satisfactory, but I would not take a car back there again due to the length of time it took to repair it.

I took my 2023 Hyundai sonata to them on January 12 and today I finally got my car back and THEY ARE AMAZING!!! 10 out of 10 if I was able to give them more than 5 stars I definitely would they brought my car back to how it was when I first bought it !! Thank you so much you guys !! 5 star Shop for sure !!

I took my car here based on the fact that State Farm recommended it as one of their preferred providers. What I got back was undeniably the worst body work I have ever seen. Simply look at the 9 photos attached... Where is the quality checks? Does anyone even care? I dropped my car off at the beginning of October and didn't get it back until the 14th. The wheel repair was done by a third party vendor, I do not have their information otherwise I would give them a review as well. Other things that are going on which I didn't list are: the door doesn't close with the same amount of force, my driver window makes a terrible noise when going up or down. When they blend the paint don't expect them to do any sort of prep work prior. They basically painted over all the old, very minor rock chips. As far as the fender goes, why is their DA sand marks half way up the fender!? The repair area should be very small, if bondo was used it should have been allowed to cure completely before sanding, followed by a shot of primer and then wet sand; obviously none of this happened. My car has permanent swirl marks now. I would be hesitant to take my car back here even if they offered to redo it. Corners are cut here and it shows. I have reported this to State Farm and am currently awaiting their response.Update:After having my car assessed at another body shop it was determined that my car was not repaired properly. The rubber molding along the door was not seated correctly or replaced in some cases, the black chrome on the driver window was bent causing the window to roll up making that terrible noise. The new body shop replaced my fender, bumper and rim with OEM parts. Everything was fitted and painted to look as good as when I first got it. No overspray anywhere, polished to a mirror finish. After waiting for supplementation from this shop and the other drivers insurance company to cover the real cost to repair my car, I finally have it back. Moral of the story, don t go for the insurance company s preferred shop .Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

After getting tagged by the Kia boys, I know it would be a really long process, but Cornforth expected exceeded every single expectation. I got my car fixed in record time and it was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. They had my BMW for over 2.5 months and when I went to pick it up the quarter panel wasn t attached correctly, there was a new dent in the door, and my gas was completely empty. I had to go buy a gas can from Safeway to fill it up because it wouldn t start. They did not wash my car even though they had to paint it. They wrote words on my vehicle using their fingers and didn t wipe it off. After arguing with them they finally agreed to fix the dent they created, causing me to have to leave my vehicle with them longer. After picking up my vehicle the second time, the quarter panel still isn t placed correctly and there is a huge bag of pellets for a wood stove in my trunk. Obviously someone used my vehicle for their personal use and left the bag there, explaining why my car was completely on empty when I picked it up. Absolutely the worst repair shop I ve ever dealt with, I will never use them again. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

My neighbor hit my car and it damaged my rear view (right side) including the lights. Called State Farm and they recommended me this shop. I was impressed on how fast they fixed my car. Great service by the way. I m giving this one 5 stars!! Cori was nice and helpful!

My Kia was stolen & through insurance was brought here. Because of so many being stolen all parts were on back order & they were so good at keeping me informed weekly about what was happening & everytime I called they were so patient with me - because I was frustrated about the parts taking so long. I knew it wasn t their fault. My car was there from March 20thTo July 20th.They were consistently texting me with updates about what was happening. ThenI got the txt the car was finished!I went picked up my car & it s like a got a brand new car!! It was detailed inside & out- it was spotless. (The guys who stole my carreally tore up the inside)I would highly recommend them . They did an excellent job & their customer serviceis awesome!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery

We needed a front bumper replaced after hitting a trash can on the freeway, and this location was highly rated from our insurance. The whole experience was very pleasant and pain free; from scheduling the appointment, receiving multiple updates throughout, and picking up my car three days earlier than expected. Every person we interacted with was great as well. There is some damage to the vehicle and a crummy repair job from the prior owner that we will be bringing to these guys for repair as well because we are so impressed with this experience. This place is terrible, DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here. They will claim the very least amount of damages and make it next to impossible to have you're vehicle back to it's original condition. Cory, one of the adjustors, is not a nice person and makes you feel like you're the one who is at fault for their insured driver's mistakes. I brought my car here to have damages repaired caused by a driver that state farm insured. State farm claimed responsibility for the damages. But this shop said because I have no proof or video of the accident that they will only repair half the damage. I was not present during the accident either. They made the process stressful and left me feeling like a criminal. They forced me to pick up my "repaired" car immediately and that if I did not pick it up that day, then they would call in the rental car as STOLEN. Do not trust this business for anything.

I was not overly happy with this shop. I had an accident, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment for an estimate, which was fine because shops are busy. But then it took another 5 weeks to get an accurate estimate just to find out my car was totaled. If my car would have been a priority, I should have had that estimate in days, not 5 weeks. Then when it came to determining the value of my total they incorrectly rated my vehicle which brought my vehicle value down by almost $9k. I then had to go through the entire process with my insurance company and ultimately got a fair value for my car. But if I would have left it up to the shop it would have cost me $9k, all while not having a vehicle for 8+ weeks. $9k!!!Lastly any and all updates on my situation came from me calling and inquiring multiple times. Never got a proactive call or update from the person assigned to my claim. Not a good experience. The only positive is I ended up getting a great value for my car, but not due to the shops effort.I work in customer service and never give bad reviews, because I really want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this time I cannot.Service: Body & Trim

First class service working with Cori...Exceptional at updating timelines for when vehicle will be finished... little hiccup with white glove, but nothing they weren't willing to fix.So far, so good...Recommend
