I had my car repaired in one of the highest reputable places and I was not disappointed. I came through the door and was greeted with a warm smile, the staff was courteous and welcoming. They had a complete understanding of the troubles that I had experienced and had already took the initiative to call the rental car company so I would be able to part with my car and be worries free while they did a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle. The company gave me regular updates as to the inspections, parts that were affected from the collision , and what steps were taken to disassemble , reassemble, and even down to the last finishing steps of painting I was made aware of an estimated time frame for completion. When I came back for my car, not only did they fix and resolve the broken parts, the did a cabin cleaning and gave my car a wash. They were kind and considerate . With a hand clasp across the miles I thank you CARSTAR Team.

I could not be happier with the services provided by Cornforth-Campbell CARSTAR. I was recommended to them by my insurance company since they work with them and can honestly say the whole process was streamlined. They also work with the local Enterprise to coordinate transportation to and from the car shop and getting into a rental same day. I didn t know what to expect as far as the finishing repairs, but when I picked up my car I was impressed and you could nearly tell there was never any damage there.Highly recommend this car body shop (with or without) insurance as they will take care of you and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.Thank you to all for fixing my Black Widow!

The first place that I talk to said they couldn't give an estimate for 3 weeks. And probably another 2 weeks for the repairs. carstar gave me and estimate right away. Two days later I dropped it off and in one week I got it back. Looks perfect.

My vehicle was repaired after I was rearended. Luckily for me the damage was minor and repairs only took 1 week. The staff was friendly and professional. Only thing I didn't care for was repair was scheduled for one month after my incident. The location is very, very busy but they do good work and they keep you informed through the whole process. Laurie (or Lori) was my contact and she was excellent.

My car was recently fixed at CARSTAR and it was a great experience. I was informed of progress as it went along and my car was finished earlier than expected. They also cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They found some trailer keys in it that I thought were long lost. This saved me money by not having to replace a lock. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing body work.

After thorough research and visiting a few other body shops in the area, the staff at Cornforth went above and beyond from the moment I first entered. I figured my truck would be in good hands based upon the reviews as well. I knew it would take a few weeks and I was notified twice a week on the progress with my truck. You can see where the car hit me in the before pics. The pic with all the OEM replacement parts was great. They even painted it red for me. ;) Just kidding. They did an absolutely amazing job with my truck repairs. The real after pic is attached as well. The sun faded the pic out.

I took my car to Cornforth-Campbell back in November after getting rear ended and they got it fixed quickly for me which I greatly appreciated! Last week I was drying my car off after getting it washed and noticed some chips in the paint on both sides of the bumper where they had painted. I called and spoke to the manager and she asked me to stop by so the head painter could take a look. Once they both looked at it they said they would definitely take care of it and cover a rental car for me for the day while they got my car repainted! If I ever need body work or paint done again after a crash Cornforth-Campbell will just be my first call!!! Thank you Cornforth-Campbell!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

When I showed up to pick up my vehicle the driver side running board was left super loose on my vehicle. Had the driver side door also worked on and now some of the electronic controls are not working. Been trying to call the repair shop all day and no one is answering. Extremely unsatisfied.

I don't generally leave reviews, but they asked for one. My kia was stolen late July, no surprise there. The car was stolen from my house, driven one block before it was abandoned. It was reported to police as abandoned 6 minutes after stolen. When I picked it up, the ignition was broken off. When I recovered it, all the lights, radio etc. would work in auxiliary mode. When turning the ignition to start, all the power would cut out and the car would not turn over. Checked the battery, 100 percent charged and fine. The car was towed to Cornforth via my insurance. I advised Cornforth of the issue and that just replacing the ignition would not correct it. I believed and still do, that since the car had previously been a rental, it had some type of anti-theft kill switch installed. Two weeks went by, understandable do to lack of Kia parts. I got a message via text that the ignition was replaced but the car wouldn't start. Feel like I told them that. Oh well, onward. I got a message from the insurance that they put in a request to adjust the quote to replace the starter. You can test the starter or at the very least the car will throw a code if it is not working. Apparently they replaced both the starter and the battery which was fine when I checked it. I called back just before August 19th as my rental coverage through the insurance was coming to an end. I was told the mechanic was out of the office for a week on vacation but they thought it was a starter issue. I did not agree. Reminded them of my anti-theft theory. In the mean time, I found out that my rental would have been covered much longer, but Cornforth forgot to update the insurance that they still had the vehicle. Paid out of pocket for the rental a week and a half before I discovered this. When the mechanic returned, the theory was now that the engine was seized. I was told the vehicle was down three quarts of oil. Strange, had an oil change a week before the theft. No oil missing at that time. No oil in the driveway or on the road in the block it was driven. The mechanic could not confirm this and had to send it to the "Dealership". Seems it would throw a code or two and it could be confirmed by physically turning the engine over. The vehicle was towed to a small mechanic per Cornforth not the dealer. I happened to call that day and was advised. I called the next day and was told that it was confirmed the engine was seized. Again, voiced my disbelief that the starter, battery, and now engine were all destroyed in a block long drive. I called my insurance an hour later to share the information and confirm that my vehicle was now totaled for what was originally "minor damage" and a $1500 bid. The insurance rep confirmed this and stated they would call Cornforth on a three-way call with me to get the final bill and close out the claim. The person who answered the phone was very short with the agent and seemed to not know I was on the line. She stated that she did not know the costs of the work they had done and would give no estimate and of work done. She was very curt with the rep who seemed stunned. She then said, we have other cars we are working on other than his. She then added that the vehicle had to be towed back and the charges added up. An hour later, I took pictures of my vehicle in Conforth's lot. Call was at 4 pm. My car was locked in their lot at 5 pm. I still remain very skeptical that there was any issue with the vehicle beyond the initial ignition damage and some type of anti-theft software/kill switch. I have been provided no proof of the claimed issues. Their evaluation makes zero sense to me and I suspect they were unable to find the issue, so they ran up the bill a bit an then claimed an issue so expensive that the car would be totaled.

They kept me informed during the 25 days they had the car which was nice.Of no fault to Cornfort they were unable to complete the work because the chrome moulding was on back order. So I will have to wait for parts to come in so my new car will look finished.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I brought my car here several months ago to repair external collision damage. While the exterior damage to my car did up being fixed, throughout the process, a knob on the interior was broken off by either the people repairing the car or the people cleaning the interior. I realized this the day after receiving my car back, and sometime during that week, I brought it in to show the damage. They said they would order the part and contact me when it came in so that it could be repaired. However, after multiple months, the part still has yet to be replaced. I haven't even received a single call or email from them updating me on the status of the part. The only times I got into contact with them were the multiple times I called to ask about when it could be fixed. May just be bad luck in my case, but for the issue to have gone on as long as it has, I can't say I'm happy with the work that was done.
