I recently had to do a very large engine repair on my 4Runner. Car clinic was fantastic every step of the way. They are thorough, easy to communicate with, and super helpful. I didn t feel taken advantage of at all, like I have at other shops. They are my go to, and they earned it. Thanks guys!

Great work by an honest shop, wouldn't go anywhere based on mine and referals experiences. Car clinic doesn't upsell on shop repair quotes so the honest pricing is a huge plus. Extremely thorough pre pruchase vehicle inspections and well worth scheduling before purchasing any used vehicle.

I've had my cars serviced here for the last 10-12 years, and this shop is dedicated to reasonable pricing, good communication, and taking care of their customers. There have been many small jobs that they could have charged me a lot for, but instead they provided some of the cheapest rates or even serviced the car free of charge. Had my transmission drained and filled. Never a good thing when it's your transmission. They were amazing! Had a show and tell for me to let me know how it was looking and I am so thankful to them! Great customer service and absolutely satisfied with our service.

Highly recommend the crew at Car Clinic. They were able to get my car in within 48 hours of me contacting them. The alternator in my v6 Camry was replaced in about 4 hours. The repair came back about 100 dollars less than estimated. Very good overall experience and will definitely be going back for any future car repair needs.

I suffered a low speed collision with my front truck tire into a wooden retaining wall that knocked the steering wheel out of alignment and caused the TRAC light to come on. This place performed a $200 diagnostic and estimated nearly $4,000 in total damages which was a shock considering how slow I was going. I took it elsewhere and they found no such damage, only the need for a realignment (which was more inline with my expectations). Total repair cost was 10x less and also guaranteed. Someone's not being honest here.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Haven't completed our first experience with them yet, but they so far have proven to go above and beyond. They will be getting all my business when it comes to vehicle related issues. After a nasty 2 week stretch of dealing with a dealership that had no idea what they were doing, The Car Clinic had a knowledgeable mechanic diagnose it within 24 hours of having the vehicle, compared to 2 weeks at the dealership with, "We think it could be A B or C."

I had a great experience with the Car Clinic!I had taken my 97 GMC Sonoma pickup to the dealership for a coolant leak, they couldn't find it until I showed them, then they estimated $1100 (I don't think they wanted my business)Took my truck to the Car Clinic, they called within a couple of hours to say it would be about $400, and they could do it today. They got my car in on a busy Monday and I had it back Tuesday afternoon. Sadly I have a cracked radiator and it had to get replaced but the work was done so fast and well. My Compass is back on the road and running better then ever. I should also mention that their pricing seems really fair. I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. They also were good about keeping me in the loop and letting know what was going on. Super friendly too. We Will always bring our cars here for repair.

I'm new to Puyallup and was about to buy a used car. Based on the many positive reviews I had read, I called Car Clinic and Trucks Too!, spoke with Scott, and asked if it would be possible to get a quick inspection of the car before purchasing it. Although they were completely booked, they took me in on the spur of the moment, gave the car a quick once-over to ease my mind... and then didn't even charge me! A nice welcome to the neighborhood, indeed! Thanks, guys!

This place is great! My Subaru was having AC issues so I brought it in. They assessed it and gave me a call back an hour or so later to tell me what the issue was. They had the whole thing fixed and ready to pick up by that same afternoon. Problem solved, quick work, fair price, and friendly people. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back for any future needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I came as a drop-in for a leak in my old Toyota and the team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Their shop was really busy this day, but they still inspected and fixed my car in between other project, They also found a loose plug, did a courtesy-fix, and answered alllll my 50 questions. The price for the work was very affordable and I left with a "Thank You" mat under my feet. :-) Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

First time customer of this great shop! After a brief delay getting my car serviced (simple misunderstanding), my car was completed and I'm very happy with their work. After observing how Weston treats his customers, I will be back to this shop for any work that my Subaru needs to have done. Prices are by far the best in town and I've shopped around to several shops. Top rating for getting the job done right and at a very reasonable price!

This is my first review ever. I don't usually review businesses but I felt like Car Clinic deserved and awesome review for the service they provided me. My new-ish Subaru's A/C compressor went out and the mechanic told me that he felt like I should email Subaru and plead my case with them. After they quickly replaced my compressor I listened to their mechanic and got in contact with Subaru. They paid for more than half of the costs. Their awesome customer service saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Furthermore, I had to get service done on my A/C and they took my car in quickly, got it repaired and said it was covered by their warranty so I didn't have to pay a cent. They've always been incredibly respectful and efficient at what they do. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I completely trust them with our automobiles. They are very honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't. Very accommodating as well. I can almost always get in within a day or two. When my truck broke down a mile away Car Clinic was able to give me the number for a guy that towed it for a fair price and they looked at it the same day. They had to order a part for it (it's an '87), but had it fixed and running smoothly the very next day. The cost was well under what I was expecting and the guy gave me instructions and advice on how to break in my new clutch to keep it running for as long as possible. Most fixes on my truck I do myself, but I will absolutely bring it back here for anything I can't handle. They treated me fairly and with respect, and didn't judge me for my horribly messy truck interior.

Great Work always does a great job on my cars. They have repaired 3 of my cars and im going to continue to take me cars to them. Very professional and great spirit, and comfortable environment. Bottom Line Up Front: I live in Lakewood and I will be driving the 30+ minutes to Car Clinic for both of my vehicles' needs so long as I live in the area.I took a used vehicle there to get it checked prior to purchasing. From the first interaction with Weston up front I felt confident that I was dealing with real people that were not only knowledgeable about vehicles but cared about TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE. The guys at the shop have a great dynamic and all seem to have fun together and (at the very least, appear) to enjoy what they do. They went above and beyond my expectation in evaluating the vehicle, took me out on the floor to walk through potential issues, and at the end of it all, the pricing was more than fair.I talked with several customers who had been coming to this place for years, for similar reasons to what I stated above. The waiting area isn't a separate room, so I heard all of their issues/troubles and was thoroughly impressed with Weston's ability to ensure folks got taken care of, again, in a personable, not overly professional/fake manner.GREAT SHOP, GREAT EMPLOYEES.-Mark

Was referred by an old youth kids family that's been coming here for years. I can see why. Very helpful and good prices especially compared to what the dealership has quoted me. Weston at the front desk is a down to earth good guy and I trust him. They are always busy but it's worth the wait and they somehow worked me in when it was an urgent matter.

Most of the mechanics that I ve come across that had done excellent work for me were auto mechanics that I couldn t keep because they had personal issues to tend too and business relations between us would eventually dissolve. Weston s Car Clinic proved to me that I can maintain a steady business relationship with them. I can honestly say that I was happy with the price I was charged for my brakes on my 2007 Lincoln Town Car. Weston did something that is quite rare with auto mechanics he gave me the parts to my car that was bad. Now, to me that means a lot simply because it represents honesty and integrity from a mechanic. I ve seen it myself where mechanics would pull some old parts out of nowhere that weren t even from the car and show or give to the customer as proof that, that part was the issue with their car. Weston was not only honest he was punctual and informative about what steps I would need to take next with my car. I do see myself coming back.

I've been going to Car Clinic for about three years now! LOVE THEM! They are honest and are not going to try to nickle and dime you. I grew up in a small town and my dad was my car guy. Anytime I've called to ask my dad what needs to be done and how much it should cost these guys are right on target. It is nice to have a new car guy I can trust. I highly recommend you give them a try!

First I had brought my van to another repair shop right down the road and a mechanic told my my car was overheating due to a simple hole in a hose and it wouldn't take much to fix it..unfortunately I did not have the time to do it that day. I brought it back to the same garage a few weeks later and a different mechanic looked at it and told me I needed a thermostat, new radiator cap (!!!!!) and that my head gasket may be going... I left and called the closest garage (Car Clinic) and took it in. It took them less than ten minutes to figure out it was a clamp on a hose that was missing and fix it. BEST PART- they didn't even charge me!!! They have made a new long term customer very happy!!

Kind and prompt service. I ve now gone to them twice so far and each time they have been forthright and honest while being reasonably priced. While on my initial visit they took a little longer to finish the work than they had anticipated they let me know immediately. From here on out I ll be using them for all of my car care needs.

My mom told me she met a woman who said Car Clinic is the only place she will trust with her car, so when my car started leaking lots of antifreeze I decided to go there. They said a cap had come a little loose, just enough for the fluid to leak but once they filled the fluid and tested the pressure everything was just fine. I appreciate their honesty. They didn't even charge me. Car Clinic has earned my trust!
