Steve is very detailed and knowledgeable in all makes of BMW.Very genuine and honest person, can't say enough good things about him. When it comes to electronics and diagnoses he's absolutely brilliant, I would trust his diagnoses and repairs over the dealers any day.

My 330ci was running poorly and had a bad oil consumption issue so I took it to BMW Motorwerks to have Steve take a look at it. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it in just a couple days for a very reasonable rate. Steve provided great communication, took the time to explain the problem, and showed me the damaged part when I picked up my car. He also scanned my car for codes and gave me a report on his findings.My car is now running great and I have piece of mind knowing it's in good shape. I couldn't ask for a better experience and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car to Steve again!

Perfect results at a fair price. Mechanic is qualified and experienced in all BMW repairs. Worth a call, you will not be disappointed with his work and professionalism.

Since my service contract expired at BMW, I only trust work on my wife's vehicle at BMW Motorwerkz! Services executed are extremely thorough and explained in detail. Steve is considerate, concise, professional, and always forthcoming about what services or repairs needed immediately, or what can be delayed for future appointments. BMW Motorwerkz is a top-notch business, and I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone who wants fair prices and first-rate repairs and services!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Steve was amazing and I still go to him when I think something is wrong with my car. I had a bmw that would not run. I had family coming in from out of state to visit and needed my car fixed he got it in the shop and kept me updated on the progress and was very reasonably priced. I recommend him. The owner is accommodating and professional. My experience started with a prompt diagnosis followed by a detailed explanation of next steps and timeline for completion. The competition indicated a four to six-week timeline for transmission replacement. BMW Motorwerkz completed the job in three. Hello,My involvement with BMW Motorworkz was one of the best auto repairs that I have experienced.I own a 1994 Chev Corvette that while driving the engine would completely stop running and I was stuck. I was able to limp home after letting the car sit for a few minutes, then it would do the same thing stop running left on the side of the road.Learned about BMW Motorworkz from a friend. I was greeted and discussed the ongoing trouble I was having. The car was diagnosed, provided options on the solution then the work was completed on time and will great results.Part replaced:OptiSpark distributor component.NOTE: it was not cheep although, he found the problem the first time and did not have to return or be left on the side of the road ever since the repair.Since the repair the Corvette never experienced the problem it had before it was fixed by BMW Mororworkz.I highly recommend this shop and the skills required to get this done right the first time.Best regards,Dan from TacomaServices: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I would not recommend this one man shop, the person running it was not transparent about what he was doing and unorganized, he would not communicate status of car repair on a timely basis and it felt like he was hiding something, not completely being up front about what was going on with my car. In the end he was un-professional sending me an childish text message instead communicating with me face to face.His response to my review is a complete lie, I payed for every service that was performed on my car, I have receipts to prove it, I didn't pay for mis - diagnosis he made on my car and for repairs that were not done correctly, he knows what I'm talking about! He also left a bunch of hardware off my car when I got it back, he may fool other people about quality of work he performs but not me!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

My timing chain and vacuum leak problem was fixed and only took 1 day for each repair, cost me half the price of everywhere else I was quoted
