Professional people working at this store they know parts and are willing to help you without making funny faces. You can buy parts online and pick them up at this location or return the parts also .the store is in good location just off Meridian hwy

I looked high and low for stainless steel pipe plugs for a new water pump I was installing.... only place in town that had what I needed. Thanks, guys !!!

Went in for a rear window wiper... no greeting from employees(2 women and 1 man) that were visiting with each other. Found the wiper I wanted, went to the front to pay, and the man stepped away to help us. The two women never looked at us and never stopped their chatter.

This is my main go to store I have always been greeted and asked if I needed any help and even spent some good time searching for proper parts the first time so your not having to run back and forth because it's not the right part ,which is so frustrating when your trying to get something done. So I recently had my alternator go out on me and I knew it had a warranty so I called them and wanted to double check but they needed proof to validate the warranty, well I couldn't find my receipt and it wasn't on my account but like I said I knew I purchased it from them so they told me to bring it in if it still had the auto zone sticker (lucky it still did) they would take care of it for me. So I did, they swapped me a new one and made sure that it was on my account for me incase I had any issues and even made sure it was listed for the warranty thanks abunch I was in a big jam at that time and u guys had made it a little easier to deal with .....

Hannah helped me find the rights parts for my vehicle and had great phone service. Looking forward to doing more shopping at AutoZone l, I'm sure I'll be in good hands once again.

Javier went the extra mile to help us out. Even offer to replace the part when it didn't fit. He was very nice , professional and provided a level excellent of customer service that is rarely received.

Some dude picked up the phone and just dropped the call. after I said I was given the wrong gasket and charged 20 bucks more than it cost. Funny ngl.

Staff helpful as usual. Even my last visit when I returned their code reader thing and the gentleman's computer wouldn't connect to the reader to print out my results. But the guy got it working on another computer when the printer decided to snooze. He stayed calm and professional at all times and I left with my print out in a timely manner.

I am usually a big fan of AutoZone, but this time the guy who helped me made fun of my car, didn't help me find the part I needed, and was reluctant to help me check my lights (contrary to my prior experiences there). The other guy was more helpful, so I think it was likely due to a lack of experience and professionalism.

Went to get a new battery for my Subaru Forester. Marc G. Was so awesome. He took the time to make sure he got the right battery and installed it for me. He was very pleasant. Need more people like Marc G

I received some amazing service this morning from a honest and hardworking young lady and wish I can remember her name. I am the guy who shows up when stores open and was in need of a new car battery. I showed her my registration because I have no idea what I m doin. She recommended several different battery options, and whatever else I would need to preserve the life of my new battery. This young lady changed out my battery herself and got me back out on the road quick. She was honest when a bolt/nut was broken and she was honest when the j-hook that I bought there didn t fit. She gave me the service that I would want someone to give my wife, or mom or dad. Thank you for being kind.

The employees are always nice and helpful. You are able to borrow certain tools if you need them. I purchased a battery, they brought it to my car, and installed it. The battery also came with a 2 year warranty. They take $10 off for your old car battery too.

Friendly staff were very helpful. I walked in, they greeted me and I wandered into an aisle to find something. When I couldn't find out specifically what I needed, they were happy to direct me to the right one. They also cheerfully did the work to change the battery in my key fob, and my windshield wipers, without charging. Very comfortable experience for me as a woman who is wary of being condescended to at auto-related shops.

They are helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of tools to borrow/rent and the employees are knowledgeable. They are very friendly. They all know my name and say hi and greet me like an old friend.

Always a great experience here. There's one a lot closer to me but I chose to visit this location. Dominick, Anastasia and the other young lady give phenomenal customer service. Store is always clean and stocked.

They refused to return a part because I lost the card I purchased it on, even though I had the receipt. I bought it because they ran the check engine codes on my car and said that s what I needed but that turned out not to be the case.

I had a specific problem and needed a specific part, they helped me find what that was and how to install it. Not only that they reserved a part that wasn't at their store and had the other place confirm it was actually there so I wouldn't waste my time. I think that's the biggest take away though. I don't have infinite time, can't make more of it and they did not waste it. A+.

This location is near our home. It isn't the easiest to get into or exit safely due to where it is situated on Meridian. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the employees are a bit coarse and loose with the swearing while swapping stories. I didn't have my toddler so it wasn't something I'd take issue with.

I would have given them 5 but I needed headlights installed Auburn just happily does it and they..Puyallup.. charged me for a kit which is a glove and grease Really..anyway young man was superb I know everyone is looking to make a buck ..but really anyway yes I'll return always great employees

The store was clean and well staffed. I came in and knew exactly what I wanted so I didn't need help but once there were three people in line they opened another register. Honestly it was a really fast trip.

I don t know what happened to customer service or just service it self. I wonder why is it that I have to look up a part and it s part number to give the person behind the counter. This person wasn t friendly nor helpful. So now I m heading to O Reillys Auto to by the $120 part.I should have not given a star at all, but i was being nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, with virtually every common part or supply on hand. I had a dying car battery they replaced quickly and easily, and received a competitive price. I trust AutoZone to treat me well.
