When I walked in, I was greeted with friendliness. I went to get windshield wipers and a few bulbs but didnt know how to install them. I spoke to an associate Kriss who helped me install my bulbs and windshield WHILE educating. I recommend this store over others because they care!

The manager, I think her name was kris helped me so much! She was awesome! Helped me when no one else could or would! More I can get back to work with the alternator she helped me find! Best ever!

As a woman in an auto parts store, I would think they would be more helpful. But the man finally walked up to me was not very nice, he seemed a little arrogant and upset that I was wasting his time, when he should have a real customer. I was looking for a certain kind of brake fluid, and he just pointed at the wall and said they're all over there. So when I got over there, I started to look it up on my phone. At that point, he walked up and said, "well they're all the same, it doesn't really matter" I informed him that my car had to have a very specific great fluid as well as oil and other fluids that go in it, and that he was too busy to help me, so I can look it up and get all the correct information on line, thank you very much for nothing. He was the type that thinks all women are idiots in an auto parts store, and we don't really belong there.I do believe he was one of a kind though. I've always had great help at AutoZone. All the others that I have been to. And the other gentleman were busy, or they probably wouldn't have helped me.

I came through needing to find a substitute oil filter brand for my car and the lady who helped me was so so helpful and patient. She went by T and made me feel so comfortable when i wasnt sure about what i needed to get.

Went into Puyallup store for a rear wiper for our jeep. Asked for assistance installing. Three clerks helped but Oscar was phenomenal and would give up on the confusing install til it was right. Thanks to the whole team and especially Oscar

The store manager, Angela Baxter, helped me with wiper blades on an older truck I had recently purchased. She even offered to install them for me. Great example of Old School Customer Service.

Had a dead battery this morning.One auto store wouldn t install battery cause it was raining.Went it Auto Zone, Angie was there to help me with my dead battery.Rain and all went outside changed my battery out for me and probably was THE BEST service I ve had dealing with an auto parts store.Highly recommend any going to this store for help.Definitely gonna be my go to auto store again.Thanks again Angie and Auto Zone.

Sold three bad coils (used and also missing parts) to my father in law. Could be four, depending on what code flips next! I want to mention that Angela, specifically did not treat him with good customer service. After he had expressed his concern, she didnt apologize. Didnt offer to make any changes to make sure this wouldnt happen to the next customer. Nothing. This man is one of the kindest I've ever known. One, who works on our cars out of the kindness of his heart. That being said, I do not appreciate the absolute waste of his time that was caused. On another note, Napa was selling the same coils (brand new in box) for 20 bucks cheaper. So hear hear. Napa is where you want to go.

I always come to this one first. All the employees here are very helpful and patient with me. Was even able to pull much older receipts for my insurance company, helping my claim immensely. They will test/charge your battery, run diagnostics for check engine lights, all free.

This place is great. I lost a screw was trying to find another one just like it was having no luck in doing so. The gentlemen that was working said he would try to find it. Too him about 5 minutes he found it. He is like he said the master bolt and screw finder. Awesome place to go very helpful.

I just purchased a car from an owner that was a heavy smoker and I needed to get the smell out bad. Jeff was very helpful in helping me find the right products. Not only did he help me pick it out but he went in to remove the smell from my car himself! He did not have to do that but he did an I appreciate him so much. He went over and beyond and I would definitely recommend shopping there if you want the best customer experience. Everyone else was also great !

Never in my life have we experienced such amazing service at an auto store. After we accidentally ordered the wrong part, EJ went out of his way to make sure we got the correct part ordered and made sure we were taken care of, giving us confidence we made the right decision coming here. Employees are nice enough. But the store should work on keeping up on their inventory system. I really don't like driving all over the place just to find out they actually don't have the part that they say they have. Waste of time and gas. And I need that part. Also. Wheel bearings are typically replaced in pairs... Each local store only keeps one in stock? Common guys. Do you want to drive to two stores to get right and left headlights?????? Nope! You don't. Keep wheel nearings in stock im sets of two please...

My car totally died when visiting a relative near by. I tried jumping the battery but it didn't work. AutoZone was just a couple blocks away. I had excellent help choosing a new battery. I left with my fingers crossed hoping the battery would solve the problem. It did! But I couldn't get the battery safety bar to fit. I thought maybe the battery was a different size. When I took the old battery in for a refund I told them I needed a new stabilizer. I am sorry I didn't get the employee's name but he came out to my car and helped me fit the one I had on to the new battery. Now that is great customer service! Bravo for them and I was on my way. Thank you AutoZone! I will be back.

I had my Kia broken in this week. My car alarm stopped them from stealing it. After getting the recall updated I stopped into AutoZone Puyallup. They were extremely helpful in explaining The Cub twin hooks and even showing Mr how to install it on my steering wheel. I'm using The Club as another layer of protection. Thank you AutoZone!!

Since new management has taken over, this has location has returned to being my goto store.They are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and the store looks so much better. Keep up the great work, it shows.

Helpful, but not to happy to genuinely be at work. Could change those attitudes when a customer walks in instead of being adamantly impatient with the customer over a couple of questions. Hence this is why they call it a job. Example of bad Customer service.

Lovely people! Had a bad turn signal bulb with a corroded socket, Ruben came out with me with a set of wire brushes and helped me get it working again! I highly recommend their services!

This place is Amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could. The guys here on Thursday night 09/29 were so helpful when my bike broke down.. I was short a couple bucks on the bolts I needed to get my bike back on the road so basically I was broke down in front of AutoZone . They helped me pay the 2 dollars 8I was short and lent me the tools I needed to fix it. Man they were awesome. I love this AutoZone so glad I broke down by this one
