I wanted to surprise my husband today. His window has been broke for some time and I used his truck today. Not only did the owner answer the phone right away. He went the extra mile to get the windshield today put it in and be done before my husband could be home Excellence all the way!! Gave me two follow up calls on the way to my place to let me know how long they would be. Great customer service. I am extremely impressed. It seemed to be one thing after another but with someone cracking my front passenger window and smashing my rear passenger window was icing on the cake. I was on vacation (flying out when it happened) and while calling around, I got no where really until I called auto glass guys! He installed my new windows the day after I got back. My kids are safe in the back seat again.I am so grateful, 100% Recommend!

Absolutely the best. I've had a nightmare trying to find a reasonable price for my very cracked windshield. The customer service from Erica on my initial call SUPERB. Trevor was a gem. On time, honest, informative and left me feeling like I'm not an idiot for not knowing certain things. Will recommend to everyone and yes you as well reading this review call them!

My car was broken into Sunday morning and they came and fixed it on Monday ! Very quick response time and amazing communication!!! Not to mention one of the guys came all the way down from lake Stevens ! Such a great experience for an unfortunate situation!! Will be referring everyone to them !! Plus amazing price (lowest price I found in Pierce County ) and quick !!! Maybe spent 20-30 mins on it ! And they vacuumed up all the glass ! I can t express how grateful I came across this company ! Thank you again !!!!The woman on the phone was super helpful and kind too !!!Everyone just made this so smoothly for me and stress free !!!

These guys are awesome! They made the process super easy and they were able to find my glass replacement and have it installed within 24 hours of when I initially called them. Trevor was awesome, very professional and very happy with the turn out! Definitely use these guys!!!

I had a Hyundai stolen and the rear side glass was smashed out. For those who have not had a Hyundai or Kia stolen, it takes FOREVER to get your car in and get the ignition/steering column repaired; literally months, if you can even get the dealership to call you back. Same for body shops and auto glass shops...with one incredible exception. More on that in a moment...I tried calling and emailing auto glass shops near me in Snohomish County. I struggled to find anyone who would reply. I only got 1 who called me back and they wanted a VIN to be sure they "had the right part." But I never got a call or another email. I didn't want to use Safelite, so I decided to check out Auto Glass Guys in Puyallup. The website had a "Text Me" option, so I used the text function and submitted my car information. I almost fell out of my chair, because they texted me back in minutes and scheduled an appointment with me later that afternoon where I was going to be, in Puyallup.Trevor came out and had EVERYTHING in his van. The tools, the glass, a vacuum, a trash bin, etc. Let me repeat that...Trevor came to me, I didn't have to leave it at a shop, which I absolutely love. He had the job done in less than an hour! Trevor did a fantastic job on my window, and it was much cheaper than I expected by going through his store.I urge anyone reading this, if you find yourself needing auto glass, don't call anyone else. Call Trevor at Auto Glass Guys. You will not regret it. Not only will you be supporting a local business, Trevor will treat you fairly and he will get the job done quickly. He comes to you. Plus, he guarantees his work for life, not counting another break-in. You get that personal touch the chain stores just can't give you.Before & after photos attached.

I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate this business/guy fixing my window. My family has truly been struggling financially this year more than ever and Christmas(for my kids) and bills are barely happening. We have one vehicle, and our youngest is special needs and in a wheelchair, so our van is a need--this last weekend someone decided to break into it. Fortunately we were able to get the steering column fixed but could not afford to get the window replaced. Someone had got in touch with this company somehow and they offered to replace it for us for nothing. I couldn't even believe it! The guy was incredibly genuine, personable and it's so hard to come by people like that these days. I can't say enough how much what they did is appreciated and to top it off, he did an incredible job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Trevor was very professional with great communication skills. It was wonderful to talk with a real person during the scheduling process. He kept me informed on the replacement process. He was on-time and texted regularly. He is obviously skilled and experienced. It was a pleasure working with the Auto Glass Guys.

Trevor was really nice and professional. He quoted me an hour for a service but went a little over but he promptly apologized and let me know it had been a while since he did a frameless window install. Price was fair and he even recommended a guy to do the tinting on my replacement window because he saw that my windows are all tinted. Highly recommend

Car got broken into Friday night and by 1pm Saturday it was replaced. Overall very pleased with customer service, pricing & how fast they came replaced the window! Definitely would recommend Auto Glass Guys.

When my window was shot out by a BB gun (fortunately I was not in the car at the time,) my insurance said it would have to come out of the deductible, and quoted me a price and a timeline of a week out. I asked if I could shop around, and immediately called Trevor. He was highly responsive, highly rated, quoted a lower price AND was available the next morning. I was sold, and I'm super happy I went with them.He and his team arrived promptly when they said they would, took less than the thirty minute estimate, which included vacuuming up all the glass the window left behind (there was a ton!)Window rolls smoothly now, and has a lifetime warranty against function issues in the future.Call Trevor! Can't go wrong with a friendly guy who knows his stuff. (You bet that I'm saving his number in the future for any glass repairs.)

Well Friday the 13th struck me with a rock hitting my windshield. With winter approaching I felt the need to get it replaced asap. I called around to a few places and was met with leave a message and we will get back with you. So I called Autoglass Guys because they are local and were very responsive to my needs. Trevor got me scheduled immediately and was a man of his word on the price and time for the install. I had a windshield that was long overdue to be replaced and thanks to some fine citizen who broke out my rear window while at an M s game, that needed to replaced as well. I called several companies the next day, but I couldn t get anyone to answer the phone since it was a Saturday. The auto glass guys were next on the list and lo and behold. My call was answered.Every interaction with this company from my first phone call conversation to the completion of the replacement windows was master class in professionalism. The price was reasonable, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

I called after my car was stolen and nobody else had glass in stock. Lucked out. They were able to help me same day. Also offered to help with other issues (locksmith, ignition). Highly recommend this service. Professional, prompt, compassionate, flexible. Excellent communication and a fair price.

I am so glad I chose the Auto Glass Guys to fix the rock chip in my windshield. I d been meaning to get it taken care of for a couple weeks. I happened to be in Puyallup, Googled nearby repair options and these guys came up. Their reviews were great, so I gave them a call. I got lucky, and they were able to fit me in right away.The technician explained to me that the chip I had is a difficult type to repair, and I could see why - not a definite spot to inject the resin. Thankfully, this guy is a pro, and he worked at it until it was done right, at a very reasonable price.If you need a chip repaired, don t go to one of those jenky free repair kiosks. Call these guys instead.

These guys are the BEST! Austin came to my house the day after I called and arrived on time. He assessed the damage and got right to work (I was afraid it was too big to repair). His advanced equipment pumped the resin into the impact area and spider web cracks so I can hardly see them anymore. When he was finished, he cleaned my entire windshield. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend The Auto Glass Guys!
