It all started with the owner being able to take my car the minute I explained my car. Other shops were weeks or months out. He said it would be done in a week. But it turned out a part was on back order. Not his fault, just a minor setback. Whe the car was ready. He came in on a Sunday to give my car back. I really appreciate him giving back my car on his day off. He went above and beyond. One small minor thing was the window was tinted a little bit different than all the other windows. Cos me $60. But he was $5000 cheaper than all the rest. My car looks like new again. Thank you and I will bring my other car in there soon

There are not enough stars to express the satisfaction this shop has done for me . Yes they perform great work, yes they sent emails or texts about the progress of repair, and yes they are personable. All the positive things you want in a quality repair shop. This is the place, if you don't want to concern yourself about how you car will look when it is done. You WILL be happy with the results. Great job guys. From check in to check out.

I have summed this business a few times, first he did my car, did my fathers car and now my girlfriends car. He did an amazing job, was fair commutative, walked us through the process and saved us tons of money! Another body shop said we needed a hood and a fender, and he saved both with attention to detail. There is no indication our car was in an accident, Seediq the owner great guy and will definitely not hesitate to use him again! Did I mention a quick turn around? 10 stars!!!

I am with an Amazon DSP, and this shop has been phenomenal with fair pricing, timely repairs, prompt communication, and overall hospitality. We hunted all over Pierce County for a body shop this reliable, and are very fortunate to have found this one. Repairs that other shops had quoted significantly more for, are successfully completed here for much less, and for the same quality (if not better) of work. I would keep it our best kept secret, however we owe our shared appreciation towards this shop!

Al star auto body is the kind of place that you don't think still exists. It's a locally owned shop reminiscent of cool retro movies where the owner is an upstanding member of the community who is the epitome of integrity and takes pride in their craftsmanship and is also humble and fair. They did beautiful work on my car, it looks like it just left the dealership. They also went above and beyond and thoroghly cleaned the entire vehicle. The whole experience was flawless and they seem to treat each job with the same care and quality of service they would for own mothers.The prices are fair and honest, and I never once felt like there was any angling for more money orr trying any upselling tactics. And the waiting area is clean and comfortable. It even smells nice inside, most car shops make you feel a little musty when you sit in them, lolI had some setbacks and some last minute timing on my part, but even though I inconvenienced them a bit, I was treated with nothing but respect and understanding. Best auto shop around, I am recommending to all of my family and friends!

I purchased a black van from the auction and want to paint all the van white. They did all the work with a very reasonable price. I got an estimate from another place and it s almost double than All star. Happy with the results.

Had to bring vehicle back multiple times for him to make it right which he never made it right. My car is in worse condition than it was before I brought it in. He repainted the doors which are now peeling, the door lock works funky. Many issues with my car after taking it here. Very disappointed with this business. Would not recommend to anyone.
