OMG, I got much help in such a short amount of time from this place. The employee s name is William and is fantastic! I told him I need help with scanning my car because of my check engine light is on and he was able to figure it out quickly without an issue. This was the 4th time and 4th location of going to auto shops and it worked out! I walked out very happy. Affordable and great customer service.Went back again shortly after to buy an item from inside of the store. It was affordable and the customer service was superb. This employee s name is Kevin. He will inform you of everything their loyalty program has available.

Penny and William did not hesitate to help my fianc� and I when I had a tire blow right next to there store! William got up right away and got to swapping out my tire for me with no questions asked. Great people and great service

I came in, with my baby, to get my check engine light checked & was told they couldn't get in my car to plug it in. Didn't offer to send anyone out to even help me find the spot to plug it in. Was also told by the lady at the register that, "they were really busy anyway." Sorry to inconvenience you? I definitely will not return to this location. Very unfriendly and incredibly unhelpful.

this is the only place to get parts. if it's not in stock they will have it for you over nite. if you can order in the morning,you can recive it that afternoon. you can also set up a cash account and recive coupons every time you hit $100.00. with this account you get cash discounts at Shell gas stations, the first time you go and get fuel you'll get $20.00. they also have all of thies little plastic fasteners for your bumpers and any where on your vehicle.

Everytime I have been here, I get exceptional service, people going out of the way to pull up stuff online, recommend other places to get other things done... I'm totally impressed with the way this place is run. I should've written this review earlier, but you won't go wrong here with this top notch team.

I received the wrong parts...twice. I waited half the day and the wrong part was ordered. They don't even have the part I need available for order so I wasted half my day waiting just to not have the part. So I asked if they had a tool that would help with my specific problem and was sold a tool which ended up being for the wrong thing. I'm working the rear and everything they kept giving me was for the front. They even asked both times if it was for the front or rear. I have now been without my vehicle all weekend and am scrambling to get it put back together before I have to work tomorrow. I will never go to this store again.

Horrible and Very Rude staff. had my Girlfriend stop in to have a code cleared after I replaced some parts. She was told "That's illegal" and was told to "Go Somewhere else" well guess what I will from now on. Ran up the street to AutoZone and had the codes cleared with no problems. Looks like they get all my business from now on!

I ordered four iridium spark plugs online with a pickup from this store, but for some reason the box and all four individual packages has already been opened. The explanation of the reason was that someone just wanted to see them... To me it looks like a returned item sold as new.

This place seems a little bit more expensive than other parts shop, but the service and knowledge has always been amazing. Please support these smaller shops.

I didn t even buy anything but I had to put this review up to say thank you to Nick. You can tell he really care about his customer. I came in about a transmission leak and he took the time to answer my questions. Thanks Nick!
