I took my truck in for a regular oil change and air filter replacement. They got my vehicle in two mornings following my first phone call, and even finished my truck within a few hours of dropping it off.They make use of an online system that gives continuous updates on every single step of the process, and even include photos and videos of the whole process. It also allows the technicians to make specific comments on each step and give general comments on other things. It's incredibly helpful.Finally, I only encountered two people, but those I did encounter were incredibly friendly. The service was top notch.Overall, this was one of the best and seamless encounters I've ever had with an auto shop and places like this deserve as much attention and love as they can get.I couldn't suggest this place more.

Highly recommend. Friendly customer service and honestly the quickest service I've ever had for a "non-routine" maintenance issue. Drove in early morning and car was done early afternoon. Can't get better than that. I will be a repeat customer in the future.

I recently had my van in to have it looked at because I had a noise I was concerned about. I was given a variety of different answers, but it was 15th Street Automotive that figured it out. While they were working on it they found another issue that needed to be fixed which was clearly a safety issue. There are places you can pay more or less than here, but the value you receive is key for me. I would give them a try.

So I had a check engine code, took my car to dealer and they couldn t take me in so I called 15th Street and they were able to not only take in my car but work me in before the booked appointment day. They could have taken my code and do what I had approved after researching what the code was, so I was prepared for sticker shock, well to my surprise they suggested a different course of action and didn t try to make a buck.I am impressed with the friendliness and honesty.The repair price was very fair, service was great and I now will only come to them for any and all car issues!!! I've been with them for 10 years or longer. They stand by their work and are fairly priced. I dropped 2 G's on my Saturn today regret nothing. They took care of my vehicle and I'm so so pleased with the outcome. My car is like I drove it off the lot in 2007. They are awesome and knowledgeable and actually care about you and your vehicle. Thank you 15th street automotive and I will always take my 3 vehicles to you because you all are the real deal when it comes to customer service and vehicle maintenance. I've said it before, and I will say it again.. 15th Street Automotive is an excellent local shop to have your vehicles cared for completely. From regular oil changes to full mechanical services, you should really consider them.

The customer service is very good, they have a shuttle in case you need a ride and the prices are good.1st time - So far they have changed the oil, they spilled oil on the manifold, I took back the next day, they cleaned it up and sprayed a freshner.2nd time they replaced a valve cover gasket.

Bad experience. I had a brake caliper that was sticking. They quoted me over $2000 for the repair. The part cost $60, installation and labor under 3 hours. I asked them for a more reasonable quote and they were unwilling to modify their quote or accommodate a more reasonable price. I picked my car up and will never come back. Would not recommend this place unfortunately, it s the definition of aprofit center.

My car broke down Friday, last minute had it towed to 15th Street Automotive because it was close to my house ( I had no idea what to expect or really what I was doing - not savvy with cars ) and they made the entire process seamless! Miranda, Tommy, and the technician (didnt get his name) were great. They got my car fully diagnosed on Tuesday, worked with me on the most important repairs needed and explained exactly what those things did, were transparent and honest with the things that could wait, got everything ordered and my car was done by Wednesday! Love that their work comes with a 2 year labor/parts warranty. Will DEFINITELY use them for my future car needs.... hopefully it just isnt only when I wait too long and then my car breaks down Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Fast, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kept me informed, did what they said, the initial check-in and the checkout were conducted very well. I can't evaluate pricing bc I just moved to the area and this was an emergency, so I didn't have time to compare, but I felt the price was fair. Even if it happened to be a little higher than another place, I would gladly pay it again for the service that came with it. 15th St Auto was also recommended to me by two AAA technicians. I scheduled an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle that we were considering buying. The dealership delivered the vehicle for inspection and 15th Street Automotive called me about 15 minutes later. They said there was an extreme engine knock in the lifters. Based on that information we decided not to buy the vehicle. I was ready to pay the inspection fee of $75, but they said there was no charge because they only had it on the rack for a few minutes. I was very appreciative of the inspection and their professional opinion. I was also grateful that there was no charge. I will return here if I have another vehicle in the area that we are considering buying.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I've taken my vehicle to 15th street Automotive twice now, once because they were the best all around quote and warranty their work and once in emergency situations. Both times they treated me with the upmost respect and patience, going the extra mile because they care. Both times they have followed up to see how my vehicle was doing. They warranty their work outside of just their shop which is amazing, their prices are fair. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them as well as recommended them to any one I can. I have been a customer of 15th Street for almost as long as they have been in business. Steve and Carrie are wonderful owners/operators and have outstanding service. I first stumbled on to them when I was looking for an AAA repair shop and am glad I did. I've brought all my vehicles here as can be attested to when I had to clean up old vehicles from their system a few months ago! Even with a simple oil change they look for anything that could be a potential issue and give a priority list ranging from "this could be a problem in the near future" to "this really needs to be done now". I've always appreciated their work and they and their crew are just great people.If you are looking for a shop that treats you well, is up front about what work is needed, and has outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them! They were fast and efficient. Great follow up too as they reached out to check on experience. A month or so later when I noticed some squeaking, they warranted their work and fixed it right away with no charge.

I ve been going to 15th Street for years with all my vehicles. My grandpa took his cars there and we have always been very happy with their work. Had a alignment done on my Tundra and she is driving straight again. Made a appointment several days before and got me in and out. Large place with several bays and many mechanics here. The girls up front were sweethearts. The closest Big O tires was over a week out. Hard to find same day service in Puyallup

After getting estimates from other businesses that were all over the board, I ended up at 15th Street Automotive, and very happy I did. My estimate was actually higher than the price I paid when I picked up my vehicle. They could have sent me on my way and charged me the estimate price, but they have that honesty and integrity everyone wants from their automotive service shop. I recently put my 92 Ford Bronco in a different shop in Tacoma and spent $1,200 only to get it back in worse shape a friend of mine suggested 15th Street Automotive took it there and for $700 they diagnose the problem fix the problem and I am so happy. Best shop around! Morgan and Caitlin are SO nice and knowledgeable. They will tell you how it is, and not try and take advantage of you. Upfront and honest goes a long way in the industry. I take ALL of my vehicles here when they need work.

Have taken both of my cars here and have received quick and fair estimates. Both times they did exactly what I wanted and have not had any issues with the repairs. Also, the lady working the desk is incredibly friendly.
