This is the 2nd jeep my family has bought through Wysup and we are more than happy with our experience! Taylor is a very nice and helpful person who doesn t mind my million questions when buying a new vehicle! We called him up and said we needed a bigger vehicle and he came through the same day!

The Wysup service department takes great care of our vehicles and offers excellent customer service. And in the event that there is an issue with the work or warranty, they are very communicative and take care of things right away to get me and my family back on the road. We appreciate the mechanics and service from Wysup.

I started my search to trade in my 2008 2-door Wrangler several months ago. When I decided to start test driving it took a couple weeks to get up the nerve because high pressure salesman make me run away and never look back (even if I like the product). I went several places in the area. Thong at Wysup followed up once then left me alone to decide. It wasn't my only deciding factor, but it sure helped. Loving my new Jeep! Thong and the rest of the crew at Wysup made this a great experience!!

Micheal and Kristi at the service center are fantastic! I work for Enteprise in Pullman and we take all of our dodge and jeep recalls to them. They are kind, professional and have great communication skills. Highly recommend!

Zero communication between departments and bad information given. If I ask your parts guy how much the service install on a part will be they should say "just ask the service department" before giving a false estimate. Paid 400% more than what they suggested the install cost would be. On top of that, of my 3 visits each one made it apparent that interdepartmental communication was an critically weak spot for the business.

I went to Wysup on a whim on my search for a new car to look at a used Highlander, and had an AMAZING experience purchasing the car. Taylor was so kind and eager to go above and beyond to help out and make the process simple and enjoyable, and it was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. As the car was used, there were a few things I wanted to get touched up and checked, and Taylor and Wysup's mechanics were so helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. Cannot recommend Wysup enough.

My family has always had a wonderful experience here. I bought I car from here just a few days ago, and I am thrilled. The service was wonderful, the car is in great condition (especially for a used car), and the price was more than fair. Shout out to Taylor for making this experience great and for being s patient with me (a forst time buyer.) Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience!

Just after dropping my baby off at college, and getting ready to head back to Boise, I found myself with a car problem.I showed up at Wysup Chrysler about an hour prior to closing, truly expecting to have to find a hotel for the night.Mike, at the desk, was so kind and compassionate. He got my Pacifica in with technician Justin straightaway and Justin quickly got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it on the spot!Mike explained the computer glitch in a way that was easily understood. All of this happened in about thirty minutes from start to finish and then I was on my way home!I couldn t believe it!!!As a single woman, I often feel nervous in these situations, but Mike took such good care of me. I wish I lived in the area, this would definitely be my go to dealership based off of this experience! I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade from Wysup in Pullman a few weeks ago. Everything went extremely well. I was able to use my USAA car buying service to purchase the vehicle and the dealership honored the discounts I received with no problems at all. Randy was the salesman that helped me through the paperwork and everything. He is a nice guy and really down to earth. At other dealerships in my past I was hassled through the entire process, but at Wysup it truly was a hassle-free experience. Randy even went out of the way for me by driving my Jeep to my apartment (it is a manual transmission), so that I could start learning how to drive manual on the backstreets of my neighborhood. I highly recommend Wysup for anyone thinking of buying a brand new vehicle!Recent Update 3/4/2019: I tried going to Pullman Wysup for a warranty repair of a piece of trim that broke off the wheel well of my Jeep on the rear driver side. I told them that I believed the trim had defects where it was mounted to the wheel well, and over the short two years that I have had the Jeep it finally broke off from wind resistance, weather, etc. They told me they believed it was pulled off and would not honor the warranty. I elevated it to the manager and was told to contact Chrysler Jeep customer service. The manager told me I had a good chance to get a good will repair done through them. I called their customer service and was immediately turned down by their customer service for the warranty claim as well. The woman on the phone said they do not honor warranty claims for anything caused by weather, and would not give me a good will repair. This is a Jeep for crying out loud! It's supposed to withstand weather! It's sad they won't honor a good will repair for $200 on a small trim piece. Needless to say, I will no longer be purchasing any vehicles from Wysup ever again, nor from the Jeep brand, and I will no longer be taking my Jeep to their dealership for servicing. It's sad this company was willing to give up a customer over a $200 repair for a trim piece that should not be breaking off after a short 2 years.I dropped the star rating from 5 stars to 3 stars for poor customer service for warranty repairs.Recent Update 3/13/2019: After a few calls over the course of a week with the manager of warranty repair, Wysup was willing to cover half the costs of the $200.00 repair so I would pay $100. I talked to the owner Michael Wysup and verified that this is the best they could do for me, because Chrysler is not willing to make good on a repair that should be covered under the 3 year basic warranty. The 2016 Jeep basic warranty states "The Basic Limited Warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair any item on your vehicle when it left the manufacturing plant that is defective in material, workmanship or factory preparation. There is no list of covered parts since the only exception are tires and Unwired headphones. You pay nothing for these repairs. These warranty repairs or adjustments including all parts and labor connected with them will be made by your dealer at no charge, using new or remanufactured parts." I believe that the mounting was damaged in the process of manufacturing and slowly damaged further from normal wear and tear over the short two years I have owned the vehicle until it broke off, because there is no outside damage to my vehicle. I told Michael that I would not take the half off repair deal, because this is a matter of principal. This is a matter of poor quality and worksmanship. I will continue driving my Jeep around Pullman to display the poor craftsmanship of the Jeep brand, so people can see its low quality, and I will no longer be purchasing any vehicles from Chrysler due to horrible customer service in warranty repairs.

The ONLY place I will take my Jeep to. Growing up in Pullman, my grandfather used to take every single car and truck he had to Wysups, he trusted them with their service and I do too! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I hardly ever need to wait for long because they are quick but efficient! Glad I have a place close to home that I can trust with my vehicle!

Wysup Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is absolutely wonderful. I've used their services for many years and have always been pleased with my experiences. Their service department has always been very helpful with servicing my car and repairing anything that I needed.Chandler Wysup is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We bought our first pick up truck from him and he went above and beyond making sure all of our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. He also searched diligently to find us exactly what we were looking for and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. I loved my car buying experience at Wysup!! They made everything from finding the vehicle to financing such a breeze! The truck was used but you wouldn't be able to tell by how pristine it was. We are so happy we were able to get everything we wanted. I cannot thank the staff enough. They definitely made what could have been a headache of a task so easy.

If you are looking for friendly service, and a wonderful experience buying a vehicle, Wysup is the dealer! They go above and beyond to make it easy to buy a vehicle. They preform the way dealers used to many years ago, making sure the customer is treated with respect. I shopped around at many dealers within a 500 mile radius and it was worth the drive to shop at Wysup. Other dealers were rude and acted as if they didn t need my business. It was refreshing to find a dealer that welcomed me into their business. The service after the sale was also excellent! My salesman called several time to make sure everything was ok with my experience, and with my new Rubicon. Keep up the good work!!

We have purchased several vehicles from Wysup and the experience is consistently stellar. Although we like to buy local, we make an effort each time to shop around (got to do our due diligence, right?) and compare prices. Each time, we end up back at Wysup because it's the best deal and they work hard to earn our business. Our salesperson, Chandler, was very professional (knowledgeable without being pushy, how refreshing!) as well as responsive. He made the entire process enjoyable and easy. Highly recommended and we will purchase again from Wysup.

Our experience at Wysup was amazing! They were very helpful! Tony was our sales rep and he was awesome! Super nice and easy to talk and work with. Sometimes you dread car shopping at dealerships but Wysup was very helpful, never pushy and the buying process was smooth as butter! Very good experience at this dealership. I had searched at other dealerships regarding a purchase, but it became clear that I wanted to purchase from Wysup again. Chandler was my salesman, and he was so helpful, respectful and professional. I am impressed with his knowledge and he made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. Over the years, I have dealt with the crew in the Service department a fair amount as well. They have all been friendly, fair, and easy to work with. Just overall great customer service at Wysup.

My husband and I worked with Chandler Wysup and had the best buying experience we ve ever had! He was SO helpful and not at all pushy! We weren t really sure what we wanted and he was able to talk us through all of the options and narrow down what we were really needing and the fun extras both my husband and I wanted until we found the perfect combination of all of that! We also had to go in at strange times due to my husband s work schedule and he was always very flexible and willing to do whatever worked best for us! I d highly recommend buying your car or truck from Wysup!

We have purchased two vehicles from Wysup in the last three years. Michael worked hard to find us the exact vehicle I wanted to transport my family of six. Then on a whim one day, I saw a great used vehicle online and asked if the listing was right it seemed too good to be true. The car was an amazing deal and I had to buy it! Jen was a so great! I gave her my info, they found me the best rate on a loan and we surprised my daughter with the best car for her graduation present. We will ONLY buy from Wysup.

Just had one of the best used car buying experiences at Wysup. The entire process was smooth and easy. Chandler was very understanding with all of our questions and concerns and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. After having our transmission replaced we were told of another problem. possibly a throttle body issue or maybe a fuel filter. I drove the vehicle home and thought I would check the filter. Looking at the filter i saw an open vacuum hose and leaking fluid at the transmission transfer case joint. This was after 5:00 on Friday so we will be taking it back to Wysup today.UPDATE: Wysup's service department did a great job getting our transmission repaired. It was a faulty gasket between the transmission and transfer case. The hose I saw is the pressure vent hose and thus should be open.We have our vehicle back and it is running well. Jay and Mike kept me up to date as they were working on it. I will be coming back for more service work here. Thanks guys.

I was looking around for a new vehicle and Justin came out to help me. He put absolutely no pressure on me and just talked person to person about cars and the different detail and pros/cons. He was incredibly nice and helpful. I wanted to buy from Wysup because of how amazing and helpful he was, but unfortunately the vehicles were not quite what I was looking for. But of the 4 different dealerships I looked at, Justin was definitely a top tier salesmen who I highly recommend as he talks to you like a real person, shows you only what is in your price range, and puts no pressure on you.

Of all the dealerships we visited and cars we test drove, Wysup had the best customer service, the best prices, and the best SUV for me. Chandler was amazing to work with, and he was not pushy but kept in touch like I requested about vehicles that I was interested in while completing my search around Spokane and Pullman. He was very pleasant in the transaction of the sale, and took care of all our needs. The family-owned business made us feel like we became a part of the family, and I m SUPER happy with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee! Best deal on the market and trust me, I did a lot of research online and in person. It was great having a salesman that knew and trusted the product they sold and could answer all of my questions. We had a great experience buying our new vehicle from Taylor at Wysup! I'm typically someone who would rather drive the same car to it's death rather then visit a dealership. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler at Wysup. It was definitely the most fun I ve ever had buying a car. Everyone I worked with was helpful, fair and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate Greg staying late the fist time we looked at it and Taylor jumping in the following weekend when we returned to buy. I can t imagine ever wanting another car, I love my Jeep, but if it happened I would definitely go back to Wysup!

Buying a car is so easy with Wysup! We've worked with Taylor on our last two rigs and he's made the experience great. We love that he honors our budget and doesn't try to upsell. They always offer us a fair trade in on our current rig and negotiating the price of the new (to us) car is always smooth and quick. We'll be life long customers!
