The O'Reilly Auto Parts, located in the heart of Pullman Washington, is a great store! They have a huge selection of anything you could possibly need for your vehicle. The best part about this O'Reilly's, is the hard working employee DAVID! I've gone in there numerous times and David's helped me figure out everything I need to know and has great customer service skills!

Very grateful for outstanding customer service today by Jesse at your Pullman, Washington store! I needed hard-to-find windshield wipers for my RV, and was daunted by the prospect of trying to install them myself. Jesse greeted me from behind the counter as soon as I entered the store, asked me what I needed, searched in the appropriate aisle and the back of the store to find the two, unmatched sizes with complicated installation, then unpackaged them and installed them for me at my RV outside the store. As a senior citizen often frustrated by customer service other places, I was thrilled to find a place and an employee who really cares! Will definitely patronize your store for all my auto parts needs going forward.

Incompetent service I stopped by because one of my headlights was out and I needed help replacing the bulb. One of the workers replaced it for me, but it did not solve the problem. He told me there was nothing else he could do, and that it must have been a wiring issue that I would need to take into a mechanic (he also recommended I try Jiffy Lube, which I later discovered can not actually service wiring issues). $100 and a trip to the mechanic later, I learned that the only issue was that the O'Reilly worker had replaced the wrong bulb. Very frustrating experience!

Great experience there today! I am clueless when it comes to windshield wiper blades and I recently had just broken mine off and when I went into this store they not only helped me find the correct size blade for a reasonable price, but they even took the time to help me put it on for free! I m 100% going back there for any more problems that I run into in the future.

Ryan is an incredible and kind salesman. I have been to THOUSANDS of OReilly's and this one deserves an award. Customer service, stock, knowledge of job, and kindness. Will be there for all of my car needs. Great experience

As always, staff was super helpful and really nice. I've never really had a bad experience at ANY of the O'Reilly locations. I prefer here over Auto Zone and Motion.

Came in for a new headlight after one of mine burned out. Fantastic service. Helped me install the new bulbs and doubled checked they worked. Will definitely be back for anything else I need.

I bought new head light bulbs and asked the clerk to help me install them. He came out and looked at my car then said he needed to ask a more experienced person. The asst manager came out and was very rude, telling me they dont have time to help me. Even though I was the only customer there. A few days later I took the bulbs to a car repair shop and told them. The shop owner said, "those guys aren't mechanics and most of them dont know what they're doing". Well I guess it's true, but he didn't have to be so rude about it. Cant recommend due to poor customer service.

My car died, I asked them to test my battery. They told me the alternator was bad and I needed to replace it right away and that that they had alternators I could buy. I took my car into the dealership a week later, nothing was wrong with it. They were trying to get me to buy a part I couldn t replace on my own that didn t even need to be replaced. Still thankful I waited to take my car into the dealership

Like the employees they are extremely helpful. They wil go extra far to make sure you get the right parts. Even if it means leaving building to look at your vehicle and the part you might need.

So glad they are open on Sundays! They knew what part we were describing, as our horse trailer, with horse inside, sat broke down on the side of the road.Very fast, helpful and friendly, and they had the part there waiting when we got there to pick it up.

This place was doing so well for a few months but now the place is going back down and even faster than before. A lot of the male workers are cocky know it alls when they don t actually know much. Manager talks too much and doesn t respect his workers. The other guy who s the assistant manager is better than him.

I went in for a battery with my 3 year old son and ask if they could put the battery in for me and Brian was really professional and kind he did it for me I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I do thank you Brian

Argh! Grumpy O'Reilly worker. I got caught by sale sticker prices too. If your not a member, or the clerk cant figure out the register, you will pay full price for your item. Example: I look at antifreeze rack. Lowest priced jug is extremely cheaper. I grab and bring counter to pay $8.63 as advertised in large print. Guy comes out of aisle coughing and mumbling something he only understands. ok, i will pay and be on my way i think to myself. Start process to pull my account on his screen, 2 min later he says we gotta move to next register. Again i think to myself, Ok, Im supposed to learn something in this moment so be cool. Well he starts rambling on about his day and that the computer guy is gone. This point its pay $7.00 more for my product or argue with some random person in the world that is upset about his own decision making. I paid the $7.00. I will leave it at that. But all other O'Reilly locations have treated me very well. I just caught one on a bad day.

Went to get my battery tested and replaced if needed bought a new battery for 150$ and the next day the car died again went back in and the guy who installed the battery admitted to knowing the battery wasn t the issue and refused to give me a refund saying my old battery was still bad. Complete joke won t be shopping here ever again would rather drive to Moscow or anywhere else and get help.
