Very caring and professional! Steve not only helped fix my 2023 Subaru Ascent but also worked very well with my insurance to save us any hassle. They went above and beyond to procure parts. My Ascent was returned to me in a timely manner, in a very clean and in "like new' condition. I confidently recommend Meyers Auto to anyone.

They were to me within 15 minutes! The entire process took less than 45 minutes. They hooked up my suv , brought it to my new place, and unhooked it all very quickly. They even had a new person and were still efficient! Both of the gentlemen were kind to me, too

I have had my vehicles fixed 3 times here over the last 8 years. (damn deer lol) I would highly recommend them to anyone!I will say though if they are waiting on parts.. its not their fault!Thank you guys for taking care of me and everyone else you provided services for. I wish more businesses would uphold your level of customer service!

Steve was absolutely incredible to work with. I felt that he was extremely trustworthy and honest, and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. The work they did on my car was impeccable and then they thoroughly cleaned my car afterwards. As a very busy and stressed out vet student, it meant the world to me that they cleaned my car. They helped so much in this stressful situation.

Their the best body shop on the Palouse in my opinion. Fair pricing and quality service. Their professional and friendly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and they are honestly my go to guys for towing and body repair.

I spent half my morning calling around to try and find a tow I called myers and they were so so friendly they jumped on board to help me so fast and were so kind! I can t not even begin to express my gratitude to them so how kind and quick there were to help us out! They showed up super fast and were nothing but professional!!

I can not speak enough about Myers, they are amazing! I went to them after being involved in a hit and run. They were so fast on getting me in the same day I called for an estimate. The customer service was amazing and they treated you like family. I didn t know anyone in the area and they were kind enough to give me a ride home when I dropped my car off. I would 100% come back in I needed anything else done to me car. The work turned out amazing possibly better then when I bought the car. I had my truck repaired here after finding a light pole that had jumped in back of me when I was backing up in a snowstorm (amazing how new vehicles fold up and bend). The repair was done through my insurance. I had to wait one month before they could get me in (it was a long winter here in Moscow/Pullman) but once I dropped my truck off, it was done in 4 days. The staff is awesome here. Down to earth, friendly small business owners who have a passion for paint and dogs (the dogs are part of staff Haha) I was very impressed with the body and paint work, and when one of my taillights wound up being crooked a couple days later, they didn't hesitate to replace the clips that hold it in and get it sitting right. My experience with Myers has been nothing but good, and I would definitely return to them for repairs in the future.

They did such a great job on my Subaru, it doesn't even look like I got in an accident! Customer service was great too. The morning I dropped off my car, Myers Auto offered to call Enterprise on my behalf when Enterprise didn't show up on time. I am beyond satisfied with the work they did on my car. My car came back to me in pristine condition. I wasn t expecting to see my car vacuumed and washed so that was such a blessing. The staff was so kind and helpful! 1000/10. THANK YOU MYERS!

I was hit on my morning commute and my car needed the fender, wheel, and driver's side door replaced - plus a lot of paint and alignment work. This happened during one of the first snowstorms of the season on a day when an extremely high number of accidents occurred in the Moscow/Pullman area. Myers finished the job faster than estimated and the car looked better than before, inside and out.Steve was thorough, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process even while the shop extremely busy. Myer's managed to source a tail light for my older car (1985) that is no longer produced. They did an exceptional job of getting the dent out of the body, it looks better than it did pre-accident!

Not sure the name of the lady who answers the phone but the entire company is a issue. My car was sent to this company to be looked at after a break in and since the jump the front desk lady has been absolutly nothing but rude, condesending and not helpful, they then shipped my car to spokane and after a month I call the dealership who said Myers tow truck driver dropped the car off, left no information, no phone number to call and dipped. Once I spoke to the lady in spokane she told me they couldnt look at the car due to this, this break in fix could have taken 5 days due to myers its been over a month and will never think about doing any type of buisness with them again.

First of all I was distraught I wrecked my truck and Myers listened and empathize with me. Then gave me a timeline and that they would work with my insurance. They held true to the timeline. I went to Myers as it was the appraiser for my insurance after a small fender bender. I was impressed with their quick efficiency and ease of getting a quote. I was even more pleased when I got my car back from them after having them do the repairs. Their staff was wonderful and efficient. They were easy to work with and completed the work on time.My car looks better than it did when I bought it! I will absolutely send my friends to Myers if they need any body work in the future.Service: Body & Trim

charging over $130 simply because an employee touched/unlocked my car but didn t get to tow it away is absurd. only reason I give 2 stars is because the employee was trying to be nice about the situation & let me know when not to park where I was.

I ve had several occasions to have Myer s Auto Repair restore my vehicles over the years. Each time I m pleased with the result that Steve, and his team, produces. I ve never had to return them for further adjustments or further repairs for missed items. In this latest incident, the front end had to be cut off and replaced on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. (Last time, he had to replace the rear end of this vehicle.) When you think about all of the subsystems involved: coolant, electrical, power train, metal work, paint, glass work, etc., it s amazing the number of skills required to make the repairs happen correctly. It was also nice to receive Steve s regular status reports to let me know how things were going. Thanks, Myer s Auto Repair, for your great work and professionalism. I had an excellent experience here. I am from out of state and sustained some damage on my bumper that cause my fog light to come out. I was referred here by another shop in town and I am so glad I went with them.They fixed it /and/ removed this sticky gunk from a "bra" that peeled off previously, in only a few hours, for under $100.
