Fantastic service--I am really grateful for this fine bunch of professionals. I drove in and immediately was met with courteous, kind and nice bunch of guys. My tires were bad and I was advised about what can go wrong with the tires. I am happy to say I replaced my tires that day because of their direction and confirmed what they had said. I am grateful they cared about my safety and screened my truck for issues. The Truck runs fantastic thanks to the engine flush and oil change. These guys really care. THANKS to the guys at PULLMAN JIFFY LUBE. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Really a great bunch of guys.

This place is great. They had my oil change done in no time and asked if I needed tire rotated. I didn't, but I needed my winter tires changed to my summer ones. They did that quick fast and in a hurry. The people working were very friendly too.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My car was perfectly fine and just needed an oil change. They messed up adding coolant and now the cooling fan on my car won't stop running and the check engine light is on. Went back and asked to speak to the manager. He and the district manager both tried to gaslight us and lied to our faces about not being responsible. I paid almost $175 for my car to get damaged and now need more service from the dealership. Absolutely the worst possible service I've ever experienced.

Jiffy Lube mad a simple error noting the mileage on my odometer when I brought my truck in for an oil change. I ve called three times and spoke with the manager of their Pullman office informing them I have all paperwork for every service I ve had since buying it, including my purchase agreement which show 55k plus miles on it when I bought it so their 16 k miles was a mistake. A mistake which will invalidate my lifetime powertrain warranty. They have yet to fix this simple mistake which translates to thousands of dollars for me or, I should say for them once I contact an attorney.

I truly appreciate Jiffy Lube that even though they couldn't fix my car, they were willing to refer me to someone else... They were great when I asked them some questions about my vehicle. Even asked the mechanic if they thought they could fix the problem that I was having at the time with my car. Instead of wasting my money and time and their time, they referred me to someone else, (much to my surprise they were just as amazing at servicing my car) and was very courteous, friendly, reasonable in price, and extremely knowledgeable about my cars problem and fixed it-**Jerry Auto Repair in Pullman WA

Typically, I ask my husband to take my car to get an oil change because I'm tired of being mansplained to and upsold on services I don't need. However, this experience at the Pullman Jiffy Lube was totally different.I drove up and Zach greeted me, was very friendly, and showed me inside to the waiting area (Free wifi and coffee). Another employee, Jordan, walked me through all the recommended services. She was so great about telling me which services were more urgent and which ones could wait. Typically, this would not be the case and you're told you need all the services immediately.I really appreciated the time and effort that went into the service and all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely be going back to this Jiffy Lube. The customer service was excellent!

Terrible service, they did not place my air filter back in my car properly which cause my car to breakdown and need to be towed. They also messed up my oil change and had oil leaking from my car because they did not have a gasket on the drain. They are unable to do their job properly. Very friendly, as someone who is often nervous about getting my car services as I know very little about how the process works they were very kind, informative and helpful the whole way through. The staff was very fun and drummed up some great small talk. I'll be back as soon as I need another service!

Great service, great employees, but bad prices. The employees were super kind and did a great job performing the service. I was impressed by the speed they were able to complete the oil change! My only issue is price, I spent 92 dollars (after a coupon) for a full synthetic oil change for a little Hyundai Elantra. I could purchase my own full synthetic for around 30 bucks and a filter for around 15, so if you have the ability, I highly recommend doing it yourself as it will save you money, otherwise, Jiffy Lube is a good choice for a quality oil change!

Untrustworthy or bad at what they do. I took my jeep in for service a couple weeks a go to get it ready for a trip. They notified me that my rear brakes had "1m" of pad and they would need to be done very soon. "And by the way, we now do brakes!" I ordered my brakes before I left, and I just installed them today. My old brakes had 50% of brake pad left! Bet since i had the tires off i went ahead and changed them anyway. I wont be going back.

My experiences with Jiffy Lube in Pullman are always a good one. When I came in yesterday not only was I seen Immediately, but I was well informed of what to expect before they began their inspection. As I had told them what I believed the problem was they had listened in great anticipation to better understand what to look for. Turns out I wasn't far off the mark of what the problem actually was. It was my brakes. After a thorough discussion of pricing they had me in-and-out of there in less than an hour with high quality work. What I most enjoy about this establishment is not only the positive manner in which they treat the customers but in how they treat each other. A happy workplace makes for happy workers. That is why I will Definitely be returning in the future.. And a special shout out to Tyler and his crew. Job well done!!!!Service: Brakes

The service was to the point and quick. I had a Black Friday coupon in mail that had 20% off any service. Upon arrival I showed them a coupon and said we will deduct it but you need to show the coupon when you pay. Service completed I go to pay and they told me that the coupon is expired. But the coupon was good only for 2 days, I was on day 2 and clearly shows that the coupon was expires the day I went for the service. They wouldn't take it, The guy looked at my coupon initially should have told me it wasn't good anymore. In the waiting area I saw other customers with the same coupon so I wasn't the only one. The worker instead gave me some online coupon which was 10%, enough to offend me but not enough to fight it. Anyways, I will probably will still come here as it's local to me but I'm keeping my eyes peeled for Got You moments.

The service technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous! They were quick in changing my vehicle's oil and brought other possible issues to my attention. They let you decide what is necessary and there is no pressure. They give their opinion and help you sort out what could happen without the service. I came in for an oil change, I was given the signature service blend and charged 78.00 for the entire service . I just wanted an oil change but was given the service blend that consisted of other added services such as vacuumed floors, cleaned windows, checked wipers, etc. I received the receipt and noticed that half of the services were not done on my vehicle. I called and returned to the business and had to prove to the workers that services were not complete. Eventually the services were complete. Be sure to ask for just the oil change and not the service blend and triple check the services you were charged for. And then my service light came on 20 minutes after leaving :|Service: Oil change

Was told, after calling the day before to verify that the year, make, and model of my car could be serviced for an oil change, that the company has not released the blue prints for oil filters for this car. Called the dealership guys. They said that statement is false. You could just tell the truth.Spoke to the manage, who reinforced the lie. If you re a woman, don t trust them.P.S. this is after calling 10 other services between Pullman and Moscow who either had, or could order, the oil filter, but did not have any appointments.Service: Oil change

I went here for a signature oil change. It was a slow time so I was in and out pretty quickly. They showed me the computer screen asking me what oil I wanted and any extras and didn't pressure anything. It felt pretty pricey even with a coupon, but a few months later and my car is doing great still so I think they did a good job.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I take my 1992 Cadillac there all the time for check up and they always do things efficiently and everyone in the shop always has a great attitude! The energy shows and I would hope everyone makes above 17 doing the hard work they do!

Never has the oil needed for your vehicle. Was told I could go buy my own and they would do it. So I did, and even called before purchasing to make sure. Explained that I wanted to keep my oil filter because it was just replaced and was told that's OK. After purchasing and arriving back, they told me they couldn't do it. I asked they honor what they offered since I already spent the money. Curtis the regional manager was no help and doubled down on their corporate bs and would not honor what they told me. I was hesitant to go to Jiffy lube after seeing the reviews but I needed my oil changed right them and had never had trouble with other Jiffy Lubes. So I went. They were so friendly. I'm a mom with an almost 2 year old boy, which you know has lots of energy. They were nice to both of us. They walked me step through step what they did with my car and gave me a print off of where my car was at and what may need to be done. They didn't push me to get anything done except what I came into get done, which was an oil change. I appreciated that, i don't like being bombarded with what my car needs and my husband knows more about our car. So they gave me a print off to give me husband. No pressure. Just things that need to be done every 50,000 miles, our car is pretty old. Then on top of getting my oil changed, they vacuumed out my whole car and cleaned my windows. That made me very happy :)They have me as a customer and I am very happy with their friendly, fast, and efficient service.

Ryan is THE best employee I have ever encountered in a long time!!! I am a retired Pfizer manager of sales and He could be THE best pharma rep ever! He was so nice, so funny and SO helpful! I had a weird ticking noise in my engine and he knew exactly what it was! I went for my top off because he recommended it and the ticking thing stopped! How did this happen at Jiffy Lube!!!??? Usually they want to sell you an air filter, but Ryan, from Pullman Wa. Cured my tick filled up my levels on my return and I left the happiest I had ever left a car place! If you are a district or regional manager give Ryan a huge raise! If I had a Ryan on my team at Pfizer, he would be rich!!! So pay it forward Jiffy Lube! You have a winner with Ryan at Pullman ! I might steal him away with my managers still at Pfizer! He is amazing and my car doesn t ping! Off on a road trip and feeling safe! All my things were topped off!! Although 2 years ago, I gave this store 5 stars and that was true, but not any more after my today's visit. I handed the cashier a coupon of $15, but without any notification or explanation, my code was not applied to my total. I was not told anything (as I was driving my car to their garage and stayed in the car while charged my card in their office), but as I parked out out of their garage, I noticed my coupon was not applied. I found that there was only $-6.75, but that was not my coupon so I had to ask the cashier about it. I just received an apology and no one can help because the manager was not there so I have been given the choice to wait for the manager without any knowledge or clue if the manager will be in the store sooner or later of the day! This is unacceptable Jiffy Lube, you should figure out some ways to make your customer happy not to ask them to wait or come back. I will find another service for my future oil changes. In fact, I was planning to take my other car today as well, but not any more! I will sue the Mailbox Merchants Ads. company for misleading us with invalid coupons that comes to my mailbox. Today I went to Jiffy lube, and although I was not sure what to expect after reading the comments below, I went anyway (reviews are from 4 years ago, and place is under new management). After all, when your car needs an oil change it is not an option to not have it. I was greeted right away. The gentlemen were very helpful and it was a great experience over all. The customer service was above and beyond. They clean my windows and vacuumed my car. I paid 56 dollars. I am very happy with the service and we will defiantly be coming back. Thank you.
