I don t typically write reviews, but Desert Valley Powersports and their staff deserve the praise. I have always owned Harley Davidson s and have never been into other branded bikes. I have been wanting a BMW Adventure bike for a very long time to enjoy the mountains and of course the closest place to purchase one was at DVP in Prosser, WA. The initial call I made to DVP, the gentleman (unknown name) I spoke to was very welcoming and polite. This gentleman then referred me to Sales Associate Tod Krider who was just incredible. This man was one of the most outstanding, soft spoken, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and patient man I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in regards to a sales purchase of a vehicle. Tod spent multiple hours, on and off the clock to ensure my needs were met and questions were answered. Tod even went as far as making sure I was happy with the purchase, and included great discounts and rates that worked in my financial budget. Tod showed me all of the gadgets and gizmos on my 2023 BMW F750GS bike and even helped me strap it in my trailer. When dealing with the Financial side of the purchase, Jordan Bogart was just a pleasure to work with. Jordan was able to ensure I was taken care of and happy with the financial decision. Neither Tod or Jordan were pushy like most vehicle sales establishments are. I would give DVP more stars if I could. I recently worked with Nick in their sales department to purchase a new motorcycle. I live several hours away from the dealership and they worked with me to get everything figured out. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely be coming back here in the future to purchase other toys.

Here I had a great experience all around. Great customer service and very helpful. Took the time to walk me through the entire bike and also through the manual for maintenance details. Would definitely recommend you buy from here.

Very Family oriented place. Tom our salesman exceeded our expectations and was great in helping us find the perfect Christmas gifts for our two little knucklehead boys. KAYO 70 four wheeler and a KAYO 90 dirt bike. The buying process was very easy from start to finish and honestly kind of fun with Toms help! Thanks guys! You are making two little guys Christmas! You guys will continue to be our location for anything powersports!Thanks, Steve

Set up an appointment to view a bike. Received a prompt call that the bike was still in a crate and would need to be assembled. They said they would try to get it done in time for our visit. We get there and the bike is is front and center. My wife is estatic! This is the bike. Until she sits on it. Then it's not the bike anymore... . Staff was excellent. The didn't complain once about the extra time spent trying to find a different bike than the one they hurriedly assembled.We ended up taking a different bike home. Everyone was happy. The staff and such here are great!

Took my enduro in to get new tires put on when I come to pick up my bike they said 320 for install. 2hours to do a simple mount and balance? I was told they had there best guy doing it and he is good! That is outrageous! 160 an hour? A car dealership is only 80 and hour and Tricities powersports only charged 80.00 to change 2 tires and balance 4 months ago. Will never recommend going to this place for ANYTHING! I will steer all customers away from here!

Where do I start,? Go somewhere else!!! From the sales manager to the owner of Desert Valley Power sports this is the worst possible place to buy your toys!they are only interested in selling their products and getting your money, nothing else matters to them. We had more than a few problems with them buying are product and it took over two months to get our product home from them with that being said not once did we ever hear from the sales manager not once! again stay clear from Desert Valley Power Sports in Prosser Wa they are not interested in making long lasting customers only money.

We had a great experience from the very beginning up until the very end with Nick and the Desert Valley Powersports team in purchasing a motorcycle. Everything went smooth, they assisted in us in every way possible, answered all our questions in detail and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you for the great experience!I would like to mention that I have over 19 years of experience in the Luxury Automotive Industry . I sold personally and trained sales representative for many luxury brand's Lamborghini, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes and BMW.My experience started with several phone calls all over the West Coast, I was looking for a particular model of BMW a R1250GS or GSA 2022. I can definitively say that I was totally disappointed by the response I had or did not have by most of the BMW Motorrad dealers . 4 out of 7 did not even call back or respond to my mail and phone calls. What was amazing is that already purchases two previous years and sent at list 6 friends to buy from them. Another disappointing experience with another dealer that just with a brief email they let me know that the bike I reserved verbally and even after offering a deposit was just sold under me (keep in mind, I just purchased a BMW R18 from them 4 months ago) . Shameful. Well now to the positive !!Tom at Desert Valley Powersports was the only one that promptly answer the phone and follow up immediately with an offer. just a phone call and all was done. I am from another State, Central Oregon about 4 and 1/2 hours away. He was very personable , knowledgeable, patient and low pressure and when I offer a deposit to hold the bike the answer was " We are people here that always keep their word" and they did. (rare quality these days!!).I could have bought my BMW several hundreds of miles closer to home, but Tom absolutely sealed the deal for me. The entire team including the Owner and Tony in finance made the entire experience totally amazing. I ended up leaving with a new BMW R1250GS 40th Anniversary that I absolutely love and a wonderful experience that I am sharing with all of you. I will be returning to them for my future purchases and even service. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Tom and the entire crew are hands down the best sales team I had the pleasure of dealing with. Communication was great, no misunderstanding, pressure or surprises , my new bike was outside the Dealership accessories just verbally discussed already installed even put tabs in my owners manual about important information ,gave me a run down on the bike and even single handed loaded and secured the bike on my trailer, respectful of my time and my long journey back home. That shows, commitment, professionalism and genuine care in providing great service. Other Dealers in the BMW Motorrad dealership network should learn from Desert Valley Powersports and I am proud and confident to suggest any potential buyer to at list give them a call, you will not regret it.Thank you guys I will make sure to come and visit you again...

I can't say enough about my buying experience at Desert Valley Powersports. Every person I worked with was very knowledgeable, and helpful from my salesman Tom, to the sales manager Dale, and Tony in finance. I never felt pressured and Tom went out of his way to help me decide on the right BMW for me.The drive from Wenatchee to prosser was well worth the excellent customer service I received from everyone at Desert Valley Powersports.

My experience started with a phone call from the other side of the state, right from the first call to the final pickup, I had a great experience. I primarily dealt with Tom in sales. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was also patient and low pressure (rare quality these days!!). I could have bought my BMW 3 hours closer to home, but Tom sealed the deal for me. Tony in finance was also great and patient. I ended up leaving with a new motorcycle and a new favorite dealership. I will be returning to them for my future motorbikes.

Stopped by to look at small bike for grandkids. Chose Yamaha over other brand, because Yamaha has great product dependency. I then bought a new YZ450FX to replace my wrecked bike. Tom was very helpful and not pushy. Ranks Tom!! Loving both bikes!

We brought our Yamaha boat to Desert Valley Powersports in Prosser to get winterized, after taking our cover back off to clean the boat out, I saw that the interior had a grease handprint on our seat, right where someone would reach to help put the cover on. I don t think they realized their hands were dirty. I reached out to a manager there, Chris, told him the situation, and he immediately told me that was not acceptable and asked what he could do to make it right! To not put us out, he CAME TO OUR HOUSE and picked the boat up, brought it to the shop and had it detailed. Not only did they get the grease mark out, but buffed, waxed and cleaned the entire boat like new. He also dropped it back off at our house. Chris went out of his way to make it right, and we really appreciated it!

Tom and the desert valley team were all fantastic - excellent purchasing experience! Tom quickly answered all my questions and his insight and feedback were more detailed than the three other dealers I had talked to. Because of this I decided to not buy from my local dealer and traveled from out of state for purchase. The honesty and integrity of this dealership (Tom & Tony) have won over a new customer for all my future motorcycle adventures!

I just bought a brand new 2020 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R from Desert Valley Powersports. I drove for nine hours, all the way from Salt Lake City to buy this bike because they had the bike I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. This was a great experience! Tommy N. is the best salesman I have very worked with, he was extremely honest, straight forward and easy to deal with. There were no surprises! This entire dealership, from the F & I guy to the mechanics, to the other salesman, was very friendly and professional. This dealership is obviously well-run, everybody there seems happy and wanting to help out in any way. I will not hesitate to buy my next bike from Tommy N. and this fine dealership.

I just bought a new CFMOTO 600 from desert valley Motorsport and I have to say it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership the salesman nick was great the owner even made me fill like I belonged there the parts people and service was all great to work with I ll be a permanent customer there I really had fun with all of them on a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 12 they were that good thanks to all that work there you guys are great

Tom in the Client Advisor -Sales department was great to work with. Very responsive via their text/mobile communicators. He helped me get a great deal on a new CFMoto four wheeler. Tony, the finance manager, was very friendly and thorough with the paperwork and took the time to explain all the warranty options available. I feel like I walked out of their store well informed and taken care of. I appreciate their customer service.

Came from Spokane to get a new MT-07 from them. We haven't had any in town for months, so I was rather excited to see they actually had one. Set up a deposit over the phone, and then waited for the day they had it assembled and ready to go. Had a little mishap with shipping, and it had like 2 little knicks on it, they fixed everything before they would sell it to me.Tom was awesome, he was texting and calling throughout the whole process keeping me informed of what was going on. If they get a Tenere 700 in stock, I'll buy another motorcycle from him. Was a joy to deal with. Actual purchase was reasonable and the dealer fees were pretty standard, non-gougey.Get me an Intensity White Tenere so I've got an excuse to come back!

I wouldn t use their service department for anything. Been quoted two different Time different prices on a full service on our Yamaha Wolverine 850. We also need a shock replaced under warranty. Took seven months to get it in and installed. Communication in the service Department is nonexistent. We had to call to follow up with services being done. So frustrating. We will not go back to use the Service Department what so ever. Tom our sales person was awesome he knowledge and pleasant to help found the ride ride you need. I would recommend him.

Issues such as age/arthritis have caused us to make a difficult decision. It's time to sell or trade our beloved Harley-Davidson touring bagger motorcycle, sooo, we strolled into Desert Valley Powerspots to look at side by side machines. We've known the owner since highschool, but he wasn't on site. We were greeted by Dale, a pleasant gentleman in a Hawaiian-themed shirt. Dale took the time to explain several different models.We're interested in something that can be used year-round, including doors, glass, heat, wipers, etc. Most of the models are already equipped with tow receiver, winch and gnarly off-road tires! There is a particular model that the store built that ticked every box on our wishlist...then the price was revealed. Whew! A bit out of our reach, but, gosh, what a magnificent machine. Equipped with tire chains and a snow plow, this would be an awesome thing to play with. Perhaps even make money with during the winter months... still thinking about it... y'all stay tunedGiddy up.

Always treated like family when I am there. You will not find another company that is as enthusiastic about the powersport industry as you will at Desert Valley Powersports. Dan, Chris, Nick, Tony, and Dale are all very knowledgeable about their equipment. It's always fun to stop by. I have purchased four rides from them over the years and it is never a disappointment.
