Most the time I go in there I get one or two guys that help me out. The new guy is not helpful and is more interested in the account of the football game. Prices are ok.

My attitude about this store has changed, for a while they weren't very female friendly, like girls don't work on cars or motorcycles. But I gave them another chance and their attitudes changed so I changed mine.

The young man that helped us this evening fix flat bed trailer and helping us get the right parts so my husband could fix the wheel bearing... we are back on the road and heading home. We really appreciate the great customer service and support.

The man who helped me was great. Installed a new battery for me which took care of my problem. Will definitely go back if I ever need to and will recommend them as needed.

There was this man named Bobby he helped me tremendously with his extended knowledge he helped me save money and gave me the best advice I have ever received. If you guys lose this man you guys will lose the business I m telling you he s the best in the business. I honestly think he should get promoted to manager or at least a significant pay raise !

With 5 employees in the store 4 of them talking with each other, 1 other customer besides myself and I stood there for 10 minutes without a single person acknowledging me. After I put my items back on shelf and started to walk towards the door the employee helping the other customer asks "are you paying with cash or card?" Didn't bother to ask if I needed parts, which I did. Thanks for all your nonexistent help!

About 2 months ago, we broke down at the nearby Love's truck stop. We needed a part to repair the vehicle so we phoned Auto Zone. We were worried we would have to walk a mile and a half in 100 degree weather to pick it up. But, these guys went over and above and delivered the part and stayed the extra minutes to ensure it was the correct part. We were back on the road in no time and thankful that there are still people who will genuinely help.

Went in to get oil for my car, was only greeted with no help whatsoever. And to top it off I stood there for at least 10 mins waiting to pay and nobody came up. So I left the oil on the counter and exited the store. NEVER GOING BACK

Wow! I've never been more impressed with a Auto Parts store. I've been to the store on many occasions and each time has been a great experience. Raul is fantastic at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and thus extremely helpful. I do reccomend Auto Zone in Prosser Wa to anybody who needs expert advice. They are professional and courteous and get the job done!

The male manager at this location is pretty rude, also doesn t know right parts to vehicles. Overall I wasn t happy with his service I was trying to get in and out and this turned into a 40 minute issue so annoying won t be going back to this location even though I live in Prosser. I ll just drive to Grandview next time.

My experience was horrible to deal with the un professional rude people that work at this store isn't worth your time going in, first off I ordered spark plugs on 4/30/15 being guaranteed they would be in on 5/2/15 at 11:45. 11:45 rolls around and I call to see what's up had to explain my order and my car to the employee 4 times before he gets it right then he treats me like im the dumb one and im wasting his time then he laughs we wont get your parts tell 3:30 pm, so 3:45 comes up I call and once again had to explain it all over again then I was told it wasn't in yet and that he would call me as soon as fed ex shows up. he said in a half hour he would call me back, so 5:00 pm rolls around and I went down there had to explain it all over again and he tells me that fed ex came and there was no part. just wouldn't trust Prosser Autozone for a guarantee or to be treated with common courtousy no matter how much business you do with them, I for one will never go in that place after this

The employees at the prosser location are completely incompetent, and can not even type given information into the computer correctly. They give my husband the wrong part every single time he has gone in, 6 times to be exact. When he returns to get the right part or his money back they treat him with such disrespect I can t believe they have jobs. The two employees I m talking about are Zendaida Perales and Eddie Dalindo at the prosser location. They both need to learn how to use the computer correctly and be taught some manners. We will NEVER use auto zone again.

I recently had 2 new batteries, alternator, hood struts & transmission fluid power flush done at my dealership and thought I had asked for battery terminal corrosion protectors put on both batteries. Well, they only put them on the secondary battery, so I went to the local AutoZone & purchased 2 sets of felt protectors and dielectric grease for the primary battery (the side that has the corrosion problem). Sometimes if you want something done correctly, you have to do it yourself, c'mon! After replacement of the 12' starter wire that corroded to destruction ($140.00 + $120.00 labor), I wanted to prevent the situation from happening again!
