Most disgusting restroom ever. Pair of dirty boxers. Trash overflowing including a filthy towel. Smells horrible. No toilet paper or soap. A porta potty would be much better. Keep driving past this one!!

This bathroom was so disgusting and like the previous person said, a port-a-potty would have been cleaner than this place! I would have skipped it but I needed to go bad enough to use it in that condition.

One of, if not the worst restroom I've been in which services the Shell conglomerate worth billions and Subway. They should not be rewarded with anyone's business as they clearly don't care about their customers. Disgusting.

Do not come here if you have a vehicle larger than a car. Employee was incredibly rude and refused service because they were unhappy with the size of our RV (even though it was parked out of the way of any traffic).

Nice and small family owned business by the look of things. Been stopping by here almost every other day since the start of the pandemic. Friendly staff and they remember regulars, even ask how I'm doing which in my experience is rare. Quick and easy in n out spot for sure. Only thing I don't like is the shared bathroom for the entire complex, being in a commercial cleaning company I'd recommend finding a better cleaner. Other than that I'm gonna keep coming here

The bathroom was disgusting. The coffee machine has a sign "do not use!" Don't stop here unless you're running out of gas.

Avoid this gas station! The bathrooms stink, and you are more likely to catch a disease than be able relieve yourself and take a break. Take a different exit!

We stopped in for gas and to use the restrooms. The cost of gas was way too high but we paid it 'cause we didn't know of any others close by. I asked the guy behind the counter where the restrooms were and he stared blankly straight ahead and said absolutely nothing. Seriously. The restroom was located at the back and was other worldly dirty. It takes next level apathy to maintain a place like that. It's on my "best to avoid" list. Nice location tho.

Have been going there off and most of my life. They have also owned it as far as I have ever known. With all the money that has come to for any gas stations along I-90, that is the only one that has never changed a thing to better itself for the owners or the customers. Every bad experience that has been stated in the comments, happens to myself or friends on a regular basis after all these years. They're stingy, greedy, and yes, they charge whatever they feel on any product, especially beverages. I've dumped my coffee out instead of pay whatever comes to mind for them. Have also been kicked out many times, which usually is a result of their ignorance to any problems you bring to they're attention. Final thing, there's actually two bathrooms in the back, but one, or both are broken or clogged up, so for years the nice shaded tree's, where you could walk the paths, and have a little rest, or eat, are being used as an outdoor bathroom and they still refuse to acknowledge that there are serious health concerns among other failures that need addressed. When money is rolling in like it is there, why answer to anybody.

I've been to this particular shell station probably 100 times in my life. They have 2 bathrooms in the back, of which one is always out of order. The other one is either backed up or so disgusting, no one will use it. I could go on along with the other reviews about the high cost of EVERYTHING and they're unwillingness to EVER lower any prices. Recently, I was there preparing to fuel up. I was about to go in to pre-pay, but started zoning out on my phone( it was super important... ). After a tiny bit the cashier came out, and very rudely told me I had been there too long. Maybe one other car had come through with four pumps, so I wasn't exactly holding anyone up. I apologized and went in the store. I asked (begrudgingly) to use the filthy bathroom before I shopped for all I was getting. He told me to buy first, like it was all a ruse just to use the restroom. Of course, I said some choice words, and left. I went down the road about a block and went potty. There are a lot of horror stories worse than this from my own experience and from many others. It's been that way for a long time.

High prices. Bought some 'hot food' and it was the most disgusting I've ever had. Threw it out the window after 1 bite. Bought a packaged muffin another time that had mold on it. The bathroom looks like it's from a movie. Graffiti everywhere, broken mirrors, things like "Call ### for a good c**k suck" written on the walls.

DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM!!!If you are looking for a room covered in feaces, graffiti, and god know what kind of bacteria, then go ahead and stop. Otherwise, just releive yourself on the side of the road it would be far more hygienic.

Stopped in to get something to eat. Wanted a coen dog, they had a cheese burger. And then a bacon egg and cheese wrap. I asked the guy behind the counter how old the "hot food" was. He said "everything is fresh.So spent 10 bucks for a old dried up corn dog. The bacon egg and cheese wrap was so old it hurt my teeth to bite into. Then opened up the cheese burger, to find that it was so old the cheese was now a dark brown color and the bun was almost black. Absolutely disgusting. Wasted 10 bucks and had no food for my 2 hour drive home.

Cashier was not very friendly, she seemed mad. I asked a simple question about pre paying since I wanted to fill up and was using cash. She was definitely annoyed that I asked. I recommend using a card only, you can avoid the tude.

This particular Shell station has a problem with soda refills. They wanted to charge me for two large drinks instead of refill price which usually 79 cents to about 1.79 on average across the nation. I'm commercial driver. The extortion price for my 100 oz cup was $5.50. I was polite and asked them if they could verify refill policy. They were to lazy to do this. Bad customer service.

Zero enforcement of mask mandate. I walked in and walked out - 6 people unmasked including the clerk. Won't be back even after Covid is controlled. While I pumped gas, 4 more un-masked people went in, shopped, and came back out. "I don't know how to explain to you why you should care about other people."

What a dump! Toilets out of order or not stocked with soap or paper towels, so there's nothing to protect you as you leave the room. Plus it's in the back off the 'alley' with unsavory characters hanging around. Do NOT use after dark. Or in daytime for that matter.

They never fill the window washer trays or the water is diry. Never any hand towels in the dispensers. The trash stinks and is anyways full. I guess if u need gas you need it.

WATER IN FUEL!!! Within miles after getting fuel from this station a warning appeared on my dash saying water in fuel. The state followed up by testing the tanks and concluded water and contaminants were found in the tanks. The dealership estimates almost 15k in damages that over a month later the station still has not paid. YOU MAY BE A VICTIM TOO AND NOT KNOW IT

$4.50 a gallon for premium get the F$&! Outta here with that. Trying to take advantage of location when other stations are not seen but only five minutes away.

This was my first time coming to this Shell gas station it's way too expensive things they charge you $0.49cents to use your debit card one gallon of water cost me $3.00 I am not coming back over here if you want to save your money don't come and Shop over here.
