I have to say the crew at the Sequim service center was the best I have experienced.. I had my head lights resurfacing done there well worth it! They also did fuel injection cleaning and of course oil change.. I have to say, took a bit of time to get it done, but worth every minute and dollar spent!

Two bad experiences with this shop. Brought in truck for oil change. Got it home and noticed a puddle of oil under truck. Brought truck back and they found that the drain plug was loose. Had oil dripping on my driveway for a week due to oil that got on frame while driving.Brought in motorhome for oil change. Drove about 300 miles and went to check oil level. Where is the oil cap? Oh, there it is, sitting on the coolant overflow tank. Luckily, it sat there the whole trip. That s the last time I go to this Walmart for an oil change.

Absolute incompetence. I needed both batteries replaced in my diesel truck. After 3 hours, and multiple conflicting texts from them only one battery was replaced, and they said to come back for the other one. I went to chev dealer, who changed battery in 30 minutes. Another customer needed new wiper blades. They removed his old ones, then couldn't figure out how to get the new ones on.

I have had multiple high performance sports cars over the years and I've brought them all to the poulsbo wa Walmart for servicing. The staff is professional, friendly and they do a great job. They are far better than the dealership in professialism and price. Highly recommended.

I had my right low beam go out so I went in to have it replaced. I drove up, told the kind employee the make/model/year info they needed, selected the type of bulb from the list they said would fit my car, then gave the keys and was told I would receive a text when it was ready.I went into the store to grab something and received a text quickly so hurried and bought my item then went back to the auto center to pay and leave. When I returned, I was told that they did not replace the headlight because they had to move stuff . My partner and I were a bit confused. So we asked for clarification and the employee said there was stuff in the way. No further clarification was given and it kind of seemed like that was the end of the conversation. This seemed very odd as we drive one of the nation s most commonly used sedans and the first employee didn t tell us this from when we came in originally but this employee also didn t specify when we asked further. Confused and not wanting to put up a fight assuming the employees likely knew more about headlight replacement than we did, this employee said we could buy the headlight that they were going to put in and then either go somewhere else to have it replaced or put it in ourselves. So, we bought the headlight. When we got in the car, we looked up how to do it ourselves and were taken aback. All the employee doing the replacement had to do was go through the wheel well and replace the light. Nothing had to be moved , unless they are referring to a small part of the wheel well - which I believe an auto center would be well-equipped to handle. My partner and I figured this out from a few videos and searches so the employees who work here should know how to do this and should have done it or if were hesitant to move that small part of the wheel well, should have asked us if we were comfortable with it. Either way, they didn t.So, we go home and try to do it ourselves with the light they recommended to us. After 1.5 hours of trying to put it in and much frustration, we realize they provided us with a light that did not fit our car. We were both covered in dirt, frustrated, and annoyed at this point. Not only could they not replace it, but they also did not provide the correct headlight! Luckily, we had an O Reilly s close and went there to get a new headlight that was correct for our car. We replaced the old light within a matter of minutes.I will be requesting a refund for the one that they incorrectly recommended to me for my vehicle.I understand it is also on the owner to know what belongs on their car, but as a customer, I went to this auto center for help and guidance. I was not provided with either. I will not be returning to this auto center for any business and will not be recommending to friends or family.

When no other tire store could help us when we needed help the most, Carlos told us to come in and he would take care of us. Boy did he, 90 minutes later we were back on the road with four brand new trailer tires.Thank you Carlos, you showed us exactly what customer service should look like today..

They were a bit slow to greet me, but once they signed me in they were ahead of schedule. I received several text letting me know my vehicles status and the gentleman that checked my car in and the cashier were very kind and friendly! O yes, best oil change prices around!

For the 3rd time of trying to get an oil change, I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours before Walmart Auto could service my car. This time, I had to wait. I asked why they couldn't open the 2nd bay. The reason they gavw; They couldn't find people that want to work for Wallmart Auto. Walmart pays $3.00 less an hour than Costco and Target.I say that, to say this:Pay your Walmart employees appropriately! It makes workers frustrated to work without breaks and lunch. NOT FAIR.With that I say. Workers did a good job.

Went for oil change. I requested 10/30 instead of 5/30 because I have a small, annoying leak and thicker oil will slow it dow some. I was told the manager would have to approve that, as it wasn t factory guidelines. It s my car, I can use whatever weight I want I explained. I still had to sign a waiver since I was deviating from factory specs. 45 minutes later I got a page to return to service, was told they couldn t service my vehicle because the factory cap was missing from the coolant reservoir and the one I had wasn t factory issue. Been like that for 5 years of oil changes, never a second look or comment. I m usually easy going, but this nit-picking sent me into a minor tirade. I will go back, though, because vehicle is too old to warrant a $50 premium oil change.Service: Oil change

Absolutely terrible customer service, called 20 minutes prior to coming in and was told by worker Candi that there was no wait for oil changes and to come on in. Arrived and sat and waited and asked another employee where to check in, went to check in and service worked came from back throwing his hands up and said I wasn t getting my oil done because he was the only one and walked away before I could ask or comment. i said i didn t mind waiting, Candi shrugged her shoulders and blew me off after telling me 20 minutes prior to come in. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Will NEVER go to poulsbo walmart for another oil change. Service worker attitude was so terrible.

We own 4 vehicles (Toyota, Ford truck, Mazda SUV, and GMC SUV). Out of 4 the only oil filter they carry for an oil change is the Toyota. So when arriving to check in and being told I have to go get an oil filter from an auto parts store that will take 15 min's + $20 more, YOU'D THINK THEY'D HOLD MY PLACE IN LINE (first come, first serve, right? WRONG).Let's also mention the English guy that checks you in and loves to hit on women telling a big, long sob story. When my husband goes in he gets an earful from this same guy about far right wing conservative politics. Please teach your employees some professional demeanor.Might be considerably easier to go to the places that specialize in oil changes, even though a bit more. Online coupons are easily found.

I've been going here almost exclusively for my oil changes for the past few years and I've always been happy. Once they get started they are quick, don't pressure you to buy anything, are knowledgeable, and are usually friendly. I only dropped a star because sometimes you pull up and they say it'll be a 3 hour wait. Fair enough when they've got a big workload, but it is a bummer being stuck up there away from town while you wait.

Tried to get an oil change here, called ahead of time to make sure they could work on my car and they said yes. Brought my car in & they said it would take 2-3 hours which was fine, so I waited at Walmart for over 3 hours. Finally they called my name just to tell me they couldn't even work on my vehicle because they didn't have the oil filter. They had all my vehicle information ahead of time, I drove over an hour and waited for 3 hours just to turn around and go home. The trip alone cost $25 in gas.Don't go to Walmart Auto Care, they make you wait for hours, spread misinformation to customers & falsely advertise their services. Waste of gas and time.

Service was okay. I had to wait around an hour, which was not unexpected, but then when they called me up, I had to go to the end of the line, which also, was not entirely unexpected. But if you are sitting there waiting then get called up to stand in line, sounds a little crazy. But that's life sometimes. Also, they replaced the windshield wiper fluids, but just enough to clean the windshield once before it ran out. Not a terrible experience, but also not the best.

Wasted my gas to come here with for a flat tire repair. They can't squeeze me into their schedule today. Wouldn't recommend coming to Walmart for anything vehicle related, as they have zero customer service skills here.

Which oil change. Nice guys. Professionally done. Reset the electronics on my hybrid which many service centers struggle with. No wait when 3 other shots good me they were booked for 2 days.

Lucky on a Sunday, no wait time. Always call ahead it will definitely help you schedule yourself better and don't give the techs hell!

I want to say i really like the people who work here. They seem like genuinely good people and handle themselves well. Their performance is terrible, which i'm guessing has to do with being under staffed. I regularly wait 60-90 minutes for an oil change, and I bring several cars here every month so it's not a fluke, could be any day at any time. Once they didn't apply enough torque on the bolt they drained the oil so that vehicle lost a quart or so before it was noticed. So if you've got time to spend at Walmart for shopping it's not so bad but also don't trust the workmanship much because it is spotty.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLES HEREWaited half an hour for an oil change, only to be told they didn't have my air filter in stock. I would have to provide the filter myself, for a "discount" of two dollars and nine cents. (Roughly one-fifth the actual price of my filter)I declined, and the tech disappeared, without returning my key. Ended up having to chase someone else down to get my key back. He dropped my fob in the process, and it was returned to me damaged.I left without the oil change I came for, and my key fob damaged. If I could give zero stars i would.

On a recent Sunday afternoon, the wrench on my Honda CRV showed up on my dash, noting that I needed a service. I had a busy week coming up and stopped by the Poulsbo Walmart Auto Center to get a check up.Everyone from the greeter, that filled out my information to the mechanic that serviced my car were courteous and professional. The service and entire check up, with the best oil I could buy, came to under $50. Also the wrench on my dash disappeared. This is the second time I have used this WalMart Auto Center. No high school kids here. Just good people that you can trust. Jerry

Reasonably priced. I liked the British man who did my oil service. They were a little slow due to low staffing, but that isn't the staff's fault. I'd go back again for other basic car service.

Extremely slow. You could get there before they even open, and it would still take them at least two hours. However, they are nice people and I believe a lot of the issues have to do with staffing and lack authority and low pay. Overall they still get three stars because the oil was successfully changed.

They did a great job. I showed up at noon on a Saturday, they quoted me 2 and a half hours for an oil change. To my surprise they were done in exactly 1 hour!! Very happy.

Always friendly staff greets you and gets you quickly through the induction process. the only hit is I have Toyota make, which apparently has a special lube audit. This has always added significant time waiting for the auditor to become available. meanwhile the car and you, sit not so quietly, while other people pick up there vehicle.

Bought tires on line. Arrived in store on time. They have a2 to 3 days wait for installation. Tires were manufactured over 2 years ago. Had tires installed within 1 hour at Les Schwab. Walmart quality was poor as was customer service.
