Pat is THE MAN. Honest, incredibly helpful, and just goes above and beyond.We were broke down trying to get back to Seattle and couldn t figure out what to do. Everywhere was closed and we were trying to troubleshoot but nothing worked. Pat helped us and charged us an incredibly reasonable rate. He stayed with us in the rain and got us sent on our way. Absolutely 100% recommend him. Great service and an even better person. Thanks so much!!

If you need a mechanic that you can trust, look no further!Our car broke down on Bainbridge Island over the weekend and we were desperate to get it back up and running, but the only places that were open didn t have a tow or call-out service. Pat drove all the way out to us with basically no notice and sat with us in the rain for hours until he figured out what was wrong with the car. Even when it looked like we might be stumped about what was broken, he never gave up, and after he did figure it out, we drove home with no issues! He was honest, knowledgeable, and overall just a nice guy- I will absolutely use his services if I m ever out that way again.Thanks again!!

I have been using Pat s for a couple of years for every service required for my 2009 Ford F-250. His rates are very reasonable and the work is always excellent. Pat and his team are awesome. Friendly, accommodating and they go the extra mile without squeezing your wallet dry. Pat has always communicated well and done everything I have asked for or needed on my cars - and then some. Pat is very knowledgeable and charges more than fair prices for his services. Pat came highly recommended and with good reason! I had just purchased a used car knowing it needed tie rod ends. Pat was able to get me in a week before any of the other shops that had been recommended by various friends and family. The price for the repair was just as I expected and it was completed as promised. Pat's knowledge is readily apparent and his crew is right there with him! Great experience, would recommend to anyone and everyone. Our car broke down in Poulsbo on the way back to Seattle from a camping trip. It was a Sunday evening so of course just about everyone we called was closed. We finally called Pat's and I'm super glad we did. Pat and his wife drove down to where we had pulled over on the side of the road and did a quick evaluation for free. We had the car towed to their shop, and they gave us a ride to the ferry so we could get back to Seattle that night. Pat texted us updates and pictures once they had confirmed the problem, and he rushed to fix the for us that week so we could pick it up the next weekend since that was the only time we could get back over there. Very reasonably priced and just all around nice people. Pat is definitely our new go-to mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

BEST mechanic Ever! I have spent so much money repairing vehicles and was always disappointed with the performance after the fact. Not at Pat s!This guy really knows his stuff and I m always satisfied with the work. If I have questions, Pat is always available to answer them and if he s not sure he invites me to stop by so he can take a look. The prices are competitive but you can t put a price on the integrity behind this business. I completely trust that my vehicles are in good hands, my safety is ensured, and my wallet doesn t explode. If I could rate this place higher than a 5 I would. He helped us out when no other shop in the area would because they were closing and didn't charge us hardly anything. We're from out of town and were just passing through and had an issue with our right brake sticking on. He was more than happy to look at it for us and when he didn't have the parts to fix it in shop, he cleared everything to the point that we would be able drive safely, and texted us a few days later to make sure we made it to our destination. Pat is an absolutely amazing guy and runs a great shop. Thank you for everything! We really wish you were closer to us!Service: Brakes

I had an exhaust manifold leak in my 2017 Ram 3500. Pat s fixed me right up. I needed my truck back by a specific day and they stayed late on a Friday to make sure I had my truck for a hay run the next morning. When a new warning light came on as I drove my truck home, they had me haul in Saturday morning on my way to get hay (5:30 am) and fixed me right up! Amazing service. We were passing through the area on a road trip when the injectors started to fail on our Dodge Cummins truck. Pat managed to work us into his busy schedule and got our truck back on the road as fast as he could. He also found a few smaller issues that he fixed for us. Pat and his team was amazing! I brought in my car with some issues and he was able to diagnose and have it done in a short period of time. Another thing, as I only have some knowledge about cars, he was Understanding and supportive in using demonstrative laymen s terms rather than demeaning talk downs as I have experienced at prior mechanics. If I could give a 10 star rating, it still wouldn't be enough. Pat went so far above and beyond to help out my husband and I during an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon. He came to us (even though he doesn't really do that) with tools and everything and spent the whole afternoon working on our Toyota where it was stranded. He was so kind, professional, and an absolute expert mechanic, we were just blown away at the level of service he provided to us on his own time, and then sent us happily on our way. We are forever grateful and will recommend you to everyone we know in the area, thank you so very much, Pat.

Excellent service for our diesel dually with short notice. Called Saturday and he asked if I could come in on Sunday before we left on a trip towing our fifth wheel. Also took care of a recurring problem we were having with our engine coolant light. We will definately be going back. Highly recommend anyone in the Poulsbo or Kingston area for service on your vehicle. Wish I could give 10 stars.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Pat managed to fit my 2002 duramax in for a fuel injector replacement. They are very though. It s an extremely labor intensive job and I would have to say they nailed it. Working long hours way past closing and on the weekends. Above and beyond my expectations.!! My truck has never run better than it does now.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Was willing to take a look on short notice to make sure my issue wasn't a safety issue. Other places wouldn't give me the time for even an inspection. Fixed the problem and noted other non-safety issues in a helpful and informative way instead of being pushy like some places can be.
