Best car buying experience ever. Found the exact used vehicle I was seeking (2011 Tacoma) with exceptionally low mileage in pristine condition at such a fair price that I didn't bother to negotiate. Had a minor concern a few days later and service checked it out and was nothing to worry about, no charge for that. Great sales and service staff. Highly recommended!

I have an older Toyota Tundra that I ve always loved and enjoyed driving and taking care of. The last couple years however, I ve been neglectful and allowed the truck to get a bit soiled and overall just dirty. After asking around and having several recommendations to liberty bay and their detailing shop I scheduled a cleaning. After dropping the truck off I headed out on a 10 day spring break trip with plans of picking it up the day after getting back my son purchased a truck from them a couple months prior so I new they did good work. Well I was more than impressed! From top to bottom, inside and out, the truck looks brand new and smells clean and fresh! I ll be back regularly! Highly recommend

From the initial phone call to the moment I drove my new car home, my experience with Liberty Bay Auto was nothing short of exceptional. Brandon and Zack were phenomenal throughout the entire process. Brandon provided me with incredibly practical information that greatly assisted me in choosing the perfect car. The level of treatment we received was outstanding, making us feel valued and well taken care of. I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Without a doubt, I will be returning to Liberty Bay Auto for any future car purchases. A huge thank you to Brandon, Zack, and the team for making my car buying experience so positive. Decided to go with Liberty Bay Auto for my car detailing service based off the good reviews from Google. Customer service was great. Ranay, especially, is friendly, and quick to respond. As for the car detailing service, they did a great job. Very satisfied. Car looked brand new again, and without any perfume scents. And although I just signed up for an interior service, the exterior was cleaned. They even cleaned the wheels too! That really impressed me. They went above and beyond! It's hard to find excellent customer service these days. Will definitely be coming back to Liberty Bay Auto and recommending them to all.

I came across a stunning BMW i3 on their website listed at a price that was $2k below the market value. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to make arrangements to visit the dealership, the car had already been sold. However, my positive experience didn't end there. Kevin from the sales team went above and beyond to assist me. He tirelessly searched for other options, keeping me regularly updated on potential buys that matched my criteria and promptly addressing any questions I had. He tailored their search to our specific needs. Eventually, I found another car elsewhere, and Kevin graciously supported my decision. Working with Kevin and the team was a delight and a pleasure. I will definitely keep them in mind for our next purchase.

I've been considering a new vehicle for some time, but I didn't think I'd be buying one when I took my faithful CR-V in for routine service. As usual, Service was amazing! Then Sal saw me peeking through the windows of a 4Runner and placed me in the care of Kevin Hogan. A test drive later, Kevin and I sat down to do a deal. I was given a very good offer for the CR-V and went smoothly through the finance process. CJ Berg was helpful and considerate. While we were breezing through all the paperwork, Jason Ross was giving my new 4Runner a final cleaning. Everyone helped out with getting my stuff out of the CR-V and getting me on my way.The whole process was free of stress, well explained, and the best car buying experience I've had since buying my first car in the 80s.

We had sunroof leak and water had soaked for months all the way through our car s carpeting. The detailing service completely removed the water, dried everything and detailed the interior. I honestly can say the car looks brand new inside. They even got rid of deep stains in the upholstery. Very friendly, communicative and knowledgeable service. Will definitely return in the future and highly recommend to anyonefor detailing. So happy!

While I have not yet had a chance to pick up my vehicle to review it in the latest and greatest condition (due to travel out-of-state), I have so far been impressed by the apparent honesty, quality of service, and healthy communication with Liberty Bay Auto Center's personnel. I have every confidence that my vehicle and I have received the proper care and attention we deserve, and I am looking forward to driving off with my newly repaired vehicle as soon as I'm back in Poulsbo. My son s car has been sitting outside in the weather and started growing mold. We took it to Liberty Bay for the premium detail, and when I got it back, it was like a brand new car! They did an excellent job. If I need my other cars detailed this is where I m going and 100% recommend if you need to get your vehicle detailed!

Liberty Bay auto has been my auto service center for years now. They are by far the friendliest and most service-oriented auto place I've ever encountered. They are also the most up front and least expensive BTW.They still provide prompt shuttle service including pick up if needed. And they provide on site hand washing of the car included with the service. All the guys in the service department and actually everyone in the place are friendly and helpful always. It's a pleasure to get vehicles serviced there.

After a rewarding late night purchase there was no question where we would get our next car from. Kurtis went above and beyond to get us in the right car, he even came in on his day off fresh of paternity leave to help us in a pinch. He is super good at finding the right vehicle to fit your needs. Highly recommend liberty bay auto.

Very pleased with their service! Turn around time is fantastic and worth every penny. They were able to diagnose and complete the job in one day (earlier than what was projected)! And they did a great job. My 2000 Toyota 4Runner drives like new! Thank you Liberty Bay Auto!!!

Liberty Bay's staff has always been good to me. They've consistently done a great job repairing and maintaining my vehicles, be it company owned or personal. Thank you so much for repairing my wife's "Mama Missle" at a reasonable and competitive price. Just had my new to me 2009 VW Jetta interior detailed and they did a phenomenal job had mold on inside from previous owner and they made it looks almost like a new car! Carpets were dark black and leather was nice and clean! Will definitely be back for work in the future.

The team at Liberty Bay is outstanding. They are always welcoming and treat me with courtesy and respect. Everytime I ve needed service on the car I bought from them they are able to schedule me promptly, communicate and explain what s going on, and have a courtesy shuttle service which is very valuable to me. Recently, I entrusted Liberty Bay Auto Center with detailing my Audi after an unfortunate incident involving an open sunroof and a sudden downpour.From the moment I reached out, their team was empathetic, knowledgeable, and ready to tackle the challenge head-on, promptly scheduling me in.The results were nothing short of miraculous. My car now looks and feels brand new, boasting a freshness that's hard to describe imagine the pristine cleanliness that comes without the heavy scents of perfumes, just pure, welcoming cleanliness.Liberty Bay Auto Center has not only earned my return business but also my highest recommendations to others. Bought a certified used car from you last summer. 30k ish miles. Salesman couldn't say enough about how great the car was and in fact "it was built in Japan, so it's even better." Fast forward to now, go in for an oil change and most of the front lower control arm bushings are shredded, the vertical support arms for the sway bar (also lowers) are shredded as well as the (you guessed it) lower steering link bushing.So there are 3 options as to what happened.1. The car was in rally race and scrubbed a stell grater jump, or crashed over a curb.No other damage to the underside of car supports this option.2. The car came like this to the dealership and they missed it during their inspection.This would also need to have some magical crash cause or it came like this from Japan.3. The service department screwed up the lift and caused it while lifting the vehicle.What is not a likely option; all lower front bushings disintegrated after 30k miles.This has cost me 460 dollars.

The guys at Liberty Bay were wonderful and really treated me well! Got a heck of a deal on a very nice car, and I've never been happier taking advice from the Wife and her whole side of the family, they were all loyal customers and now I am too! The folks at LB know when they can make a buck, but they also know to work with you after you've been watching a shiny new toy sit on their lot for a few weeks too 12/10

I brought my 2000 Ford F-150 to get three parts replaced. I gave the service department a list of parts. Several days later I received a call saying that the parts were not available even in the after market. So I picked up my truck and had to pay over $350 for the diagnostic they ran. I am not very computer savvy, but within 45 minutes, I had gone online and found that all the necessary parts were easily available, so I have ordered them and will have them in 3 days. Needless to say, I will not be bringing it back to you to get them installed and I will no longer do business with you. The only reason I gave you 3 stars is because your staff was quite pleasant to deal with.

Liberty Bay Auto Center did an excellent job diagnosing, repairing and servicing my vehicle. The service department staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The complimentary shuttle service is a life saver. I couldn t be more satisfied and will continue to service my vehicle at Liberty Bay.

They did a really great job detailing my car and I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was just that I think the communication about the shuttle could have been a bit clearer ie. wait times, pickup instructions etc. but I m very grateful they had a shuttle to begin with!

I recently had the interior of my car detailed by Liberty Bay Auto Center in Poulsbo Washington. The experience was excellent. The car was ready exactly when they told me it would be, and the quality of the work is superlative. The interior of my car looks pristine and brand new. I m a very satisfied customer.
