I m very impressed! First visit was to fix a flat tire: no charge! Second visit to have my tires rotated: expecting an advertised $30, but they charged me nothing, even including visual checks on alignment and brakes. Five stars!

Disappointed. We brought a tire in for flat repair. We were told it was not repairable, but was under warranty for replacement. At pickup, we were charged $186 for labor! When we showed the salesperson the receipt with a 0$ labor charge, the sales person said a mistake had been made and it was not under warranty, despite us having purchased it at this very store! They then offered to take the tire off the wheel and give it to us at no charge. Not really a solution. We will purchase tires somewhere else in the future.

Got here at 10 for a courtesy check, it is now 11:30, so many people, not alot of encouragement as they usually say something at least once in a hour see my car in parking lot since 11, no word on anythingNext time I wont do itI need to eat I told her I need to be back at work by 12:30,

Surprised and disappointed at my experience with the team today. I had an appointment for free rotation and alignment check. Was surprised to have a bill of $140. There was no discussion of charges or any authorization of work that would require payment. Tone of staff was very condescending. Their resolution was to offer to undo the work they did, taking who knows how long. I felt taken advantage of and pressured to pay for work I did not agree to.

I am always impressed by the exceptional customer service at Les Schwab. They've fixed a couple of flats for me for free on cars. Recently I came in 45 minutes before close on Saturday with a flat on a rental car and they had it fixed in 30. Same service quality at their other locations I've been to. Love these guys.

Great job on what they do just slow with changing two tiers for me had to waite two in a half hours and pay 307.00 witch is okay in price but lost my center wheel bearing cap on my drivers side but at least i still got all three of my center caps for my rims , just don't understand how or why it came off my lugnutts are not covered by any caps so my cap should of never came off the vehicles tier to begin with.

I was in WASHINGTON visting my sister, drove from AL. My tire went, went in on a Saturday. They patched the tire said it looked like a razer blade. Put the tire back on my car at no charge. Very kind service. Recommend highly. Caring service staff and great customer services.

Slow i sat for almost 2 hrs and still did not get my tire fix i worked fro. 5am to 1 then sat at leswabs for 2 hrs just to have to drive home on a low tire to get my husband to go back and wait more so i can have tire fixed for work

Miss the old manager and staff won't be coming back after 10 years of buying from them. Manager was rude and dismissive talked over me and because I bought tires outside of them had to wait all day to get them back. I was charged 189 to mount and balance 4 tires sad turn in a great store.

The Quality of service that Phil Lemon received was absolutely ABSURD and UNPROFESSIONAL in so many ways! Avoid them, we dropped his truck off at 11am Friday Morning, truck still hadn't been touched by 530pm (because his vehicle wasn't a priority since he didn't buy his tires from them) they were to just swap 2 tires on rims!Well the lady at the counter told Phil at 530pm that they'd stay working until all orders were completed, at 730pm still NO WORD from anyone so I drove Phil out to get his truck... They had closed up SHOP WITHOUT notifying him!After Phil got home from work today, with still no call from them allllll day - we come out here - Only to be argued with by the clerk who says she knows Darrel tried to call lastnight (absolutely NOT) and that they hadn't reached out today because no work could be done on the vehicle!!!Few things! Since when is it professional to tell a customer they're not a priority just because they didn't purchase from you (yet they're hear now to give you business)?!Since when is it okay to hold a customer's vehicle hostage without consent?!Since when is it professional to place blame on someone else (who isn't there to defend themselves)?!And why is it okay to treat customers with such disrespect! Will not be taking any of our vehicles here again (have had multiple vehicles in, not all "quotes" were even accurate)Take your business to locally owned, small businesses or at least some place that actually cares about their customers! Absolutely unacceptable Les Schwab!

My tire caught a flat in the snow this location was the closest. So i really needed it my tire fixed before the snow froze over and got worse. Staff were superb the 2 ladies at the front desk were very attentive. The crew stayed over past their normal working hours tirelessly to ensure everyone could get on the road safely. The person who worked on my car I had to give a him his recogniztion thank you [Gage] and to you're crew, definitely you guy's work ethic is a dying breed.

Anout a year ago, the staff at the store changed and the experience changed at the same time.The old experience was "We are here to help you get the most out of your tires and keep your car on the road ".The new experience is "you are driving on junk. You need to buy new stuff from us right away".Today, the sales associate warned me that my tires were nearly worn out at 4/32 inch. The new tires looked like there was about 8/32 of tread. I declined to spend $1800 on a new set of tires today.The old experience would have been "see you in September to get some fresh tires installed for winter."I prefer the old experience over the new experience.

Visited 12/08/22. Everybody who came in was immediately helped by a very pleasant employee at the front desk. In fact the entire staff was that way. All very nice, very helpful. Their exceptional level of customer service is truly appreciated. It's one of the reasons I am a Les Schwab returning customer.

I don't leave Google reviews unless something REALLY impresses me (or irks me). Thankfully, Les Schwab impresses me. I have three points, two of them positive.(1) The young ladies behind the desk are delightful. They are so chipper, positive, helpful, you name it. They make me feel appreciated. The dudes in the back of the shop seem like stand-up guys, too. Sometimes you're just glad to give someone your business because it puts money in their pocket, win/win.(2) When I had an E M E R G E N C Y several months ago, needing a flat repaired, they took me in as a walk-in, plugged a hole left by a piece of metal, and sent me on my way, free of charge, even though I was not already a customer of theirs. That is some old-fashioned (in a good way!) customer service, and today I just made an appointment to replace some tires because this shop earned my business back then.(3) My only reason for leaving 4 stars rather than 5 is that Schwab's prices are more than 20% higher than I found elsewhere. There is no discount policy, I was told, not even for veterans (a little weird in Kitsap). If that's the price I have to pay for excellent service, well, I'm okay with it, I guess. Great service is hard to find.

I'm disappointed with two recent family experiences at this Les Schwab location. My family and I have been loyal customers of Les Schwab over the last two decades in Eastern Washington and at this location. Both my Aunt and Mother visited this location (separate occasions) and were pressured to replace almost all of their brake systems components vs. just their brake pads. I completely understand the safety & warranty issues related to servicing brakes and how that impacts what Les Schwab can or should offer their customers. What's not ok is the high amount of pressure used to elicit a sale. If someone says they don't want to purchase everything you (Les Schwab) are recommending, it's not ok to imply that you won't let them leave if they don't replace everything. Regardless of intent, this is how both of them felt, as if they didn't have any other option but to agree to the service and associated cost.I won't be letting any of the ladies in my family go to Les Schwab by themselves any more as both my Aunt and Mom were pretty uncomfortable with how they were treated. Hopefully this feedback might influence how you go about your recommendations and sales tactics.Other than this, I will still support this location as a customer. I've been treated fairly with tire and snow chain related sales and the applicable warranties offered are fair and appreciated.

Today I was cheerfully greeted by Haley in the front office and discussed my problem with the recent flat tire I got over the Christmas weekend... She stated that because I had purchased my tires six years ago the mileage was not too great and that she would assign my car to the next tech for examination. I was expecting at least an hour wait becuase this was only the second day after being off for the holiday weekend. Literally within minutes the tech, Tanner, was actually sprinting towards my car and I met up with him. Described what had happened and he stated there was 'a chance' he could patch the large nail hole and get me back on the road. In short order he made the repair and both he and Haley were pleased to announce there was NO CHARGE for the repair, as I had purchsed the tires from Les Schwab!... Boy oh boy, I was very happy for this news.. Thank You Les Schwab of Poulsbo WA from Haley to Tanner and the entire L-S team! A truly great experience!!

Very very pleased with my experience here!!! I got the middle priced tires on my Mazda and was unhappy with how they handled and when I brought my car back they were more than happy to exchange them for the difference in price! Josh and the team were very fast and helpful. I ended up with the Reputation tires and love them! This company has consistently provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen anywhere! Will be going back in the future... THANK YOU!!!

Double booked allignement with one stall for 8am last week. They intentionally do this. Told them i dodnt have time to wait for other customers, thats what the 8am first appt was for. Went back today for my reschedule at 8am. They said i see your name, it would be a little over an hour. At three hours i asked what the issue was. They said they had me down for yesterday and they were fitting me in on the allignment machine. Got out after 4 hours for two tires and an allignment. Theres more but the point is made. Never again.

Great customer service! I've taken a couple of vehicles here for leaking tires. When they can fix it they do, but even if they can't the prices are competitive and they get the work done quickly. They are super helpful even with questions or to do a quick check and make sure everything is working properly.

2 consecutive times in a row i have received poor customer service. The "experts" informed me that they were unable to dismount/mount my tractor tire which is not for road use because they would destroy the tire.. I told them that if it was damaged during removal, i would need a new tire anyway, so continue with removal. One bead (one side of the tire) was dismounted successfully without major damage that would render it useless. they refused to change the tube and attempt to put the bead on which they removed. I told them that i would air the tire up myself off of les schwabs property but they still refused. So i took it home, put it together without destroying anything and i have a functional tire.. But the "experts" said it couldn't be done. They are far from tire experts and i highly suggest you look elsewhere for tire service.
