The customer service and the workmanship at Kingston Collision are top-notch. Everyone is pleasant to talk to, helpful, and knowledgeable.Starting with the front desk, Evelyn guides you through the entire process. I was having difficulty with my claim; she took the baton and ran with it. I did not have to do any work from that point on, because Evelyn made the paperwork a breeze. She also kept in contact to let me know what was going on.Stacy did the estimate for the damage. His estimate was spot on, and he took all the right pictures to submit with the claim.Finally the workmanship. Brad and the rest of the crew have done work for me on a classic car previously, and I liked their workmanship so much I came back. The fit and finish are excellent; you can't tell between new paint and original. And that's the point, it's like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them.

The team at Kingston Collision fixed my car after a tree fell on it. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My car has a unique color but they matched it perfectly first try! I did have to bring it back for a few things here and there but every time the team was great and worked with me to get it right. If you need body work they re the place to go!

Nothing but praise for everyone at Kingston Collision. Being in an accident and losing your primary transportation is stressful enough, but Evelyn, Stacy, and the whole staff helped with the process by being communicative, and efficient. They even helped me navigate insurance and arranging transportation to pick up my vehicle. So grateful for such an amazing team!

I cannot recommend Brad and his team at Kingston Collision enough! After hitting a deer in my 2014 Mazda 3 I got several quotes from shops around North Kitsap and this one was the lowest. They were easy to work with, professional, and understanding of my budget which was very much appreciated. Finished nearly a week early and under the quoted price! Looks better than when I first bought the car last year. If I ever need body work done on a car I know exactly where I will be going. Thank you so much!!

I am well pleased with the quality of the repair work done by Kingston Collision. The office staff and the auto body workers are consistently friendly and helpful. The pros at Kingston Collision fixed a couple pretty significant dings on my car that went all the way to the metal. The car has a very unique paint job for the model, and the color match was perfect. I had them buff out some other scratches and imperfections, and in the end picking it up was like picking up from the lot brand new on the first day. Super happy with the work and will absolutely go back if the need ever arises.

My front bumper was a mess when I brought it in to Kingston Collision. Brad and his assistant Evelyn were comfortable to work with,, professional, and good listeners. Brad got the job done in only 2 days. My front end is now as good as new. The price was reasonable. I had someone back into my car...the worst part of this was that I had to drive this car to my son who is at school in LA a few weeks later. Every bodyshop I called said that they were months out. When I called Kingston Collision and told them my plight they said they were really booked out but they would see what they could do for me. They managed to do my repair in the time they said. Evelyn on front desk was so helpful and the owner - can't say enough good stuff about him. Highly recommend these guys. The crew at kingston collision have done a fantastic job on multiple occasions. Recently my truck needed some extensive body work and paint done... the end result was amazing! Flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail, the communication was on point and the time it took to get my rig back on the road was faster than I had expected. Friendly, prompt, personal attention. The owner exudes a sense of trustworthiness. Parts were sourced unbelievably quick. Had my truck repaired and returned to me eight days after first contact, six days before the competitor could start the work. Final cost was $800 and 45% under the closest estimate. My advice: Give careful consideration when selecting an auto body shop with >500 - >600 shops nationwide. Five stars and two thumbs up for Kingston Collision.Service: Body & Trim

My truck looks amazing! Brad and his team did a flawless job restoring my truck to look like new where it had been backed into. It's like the damage never happened. Brad and his team were fantastic! I have a single racing shell and my boat makers suggested I go to an auto repair place for painting my hull. I bought it used but it had a lot of damage. They made numerous carbon fiber repairs and amazingly were able to perfectly match my bright yellow paint. It's a classic boat that looks brand new now! Brad and his team did an extraordinary job repairing the dent and scratch on my new car. They got the job done before the deadline and even cleaned the front interior and exterior of the car before returning it to me.This was the second company I got a quote from. The first one wanted to repaint my whole door and charge me double the price. Brad took a look at it and made sure to keep as much original paint as possible to maintain the integrity of the car.I highly recommend Kingston Collision & Glass to anyone looking to work with an honest high quality company.

Kingston Collision is the best, I work in the automotive industry at a local repair shop and have sent so many vehicle's to Brad and his team that I can't even guess how many.Kingston collision has also repaired multiple vehicle's that I own and every job has been extraordinary and the employees are wonderful.So far, everyone I have sent there has called or stopped by to show/tell me how happy they are with the completed work.Great Job Kingston Collision, your outstanding reviews speak for themselves. After the great job they did on my truck I asked them if they could take care of some scratches in our new horse trailer. They had it done that same day and did an excellent job!!! This is the most professional shop in the area, the prices are very reasonable and the technicans very competent. I highly recommend them for all your auto body needs.

Very professional, work was very quality. Excellent job on my 1986 Toyota 4Runner tailgate, and bed. Tailgate and trim components were installed better than original condition. They made sure the job was done right. I will return for any further work!

I have had two separate vehicles worked on here within the last year and both came out beautifully. The more straight-forward of the two was having the front hood and cap top on my 2500 Ram redone. The hood was peeling clear coat like mad and it looked terrible. The cap top was starting to rust. Both sections came out great and match rest of truck perfectly.Other job was on a 1982 Mercedes 300 that got sideswiped in winter snow. This job concerned me more because of both the difference in paint products/materials (Germany 1982 vs US 2019) and the fact that the damage was right in the middle of the car. Brad was able to match up paint perfectly and I can't even tell it was repaired. He also set me up with touch up kit that i could use in future for rock nicks or other dings that happen in everyday driving.Bottom line is i couldn't have asked for more. I got very professional repairs done at what i consider to be a fair price.

Kudos to the owner (Brad) of Kingston Collision for his kind assistance in helping us close the tailgate latch on our pickup a few days ago. We had just loaded some heavy items at a nearby business, and couldn't hit the road with the tailgate down. Many thanks for the impromptu, professional help!

Just finished my second visit. No one looks forward to needing work on their vehicle due to a mishap but I'm glad Kingston Collision is there when needed. Professional atmosphere, clean shop and good communication. The work was done when promised and both times I was please with the results.They work on nearly anything on wheels. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Kingston Collision to anyone.

Not only did they fix the body work, they took the time to fix some interior trim that was not part of the job. While it was very minor, their professionalism did not let them ignore it.
