I'm very happy. After being turned down by 2 local shops I stumbled upon Ken's automotive. They treated me with respect and cared about my project. Which didn't happen elsewhere. It took longer for me to pay than the actual work. I will be bringing all my vehicles and projects there from now on

Great service, quick honest. Had a engine light on which I took to the dealer a week before at West hills Jeep waited 3 hours there and just left ..all the wanted was me to upgrade to a newer model. Ken's NW Auto had the issue solved in a hour.... Jennifer was super friendly and Tony was just awesome... I'll be taking my pride and joy here for now on.

I had a rock stuck between my rotor and brake pad. I took my car in to Ken s not knowing that. Ken s could of taken advantage of me but didn t. They were fast and honest and I will be eternally grateful for that!

honest mechanic. my engine light was on and took my car in to another shop and they gave me a massive list of work I needed to do on the car for over 2 grand.Took my car to Kens Northwest and after taking a look at my car, they only replaced two things and said it was a wiring issue, totaling around 800. They also bought another component (because I had requested it) and decided, my car actually didn't need it. so they didn't replace it nor did they charge me for it.Oh and that list of "work" i needed to do on my car, from my previous mechanic...well none of it needed to be replaced. Go figure. I will gladly come back here again. So thankful I found this mechanic!

My dad gave me a glowing recommendation for this place so I scheduled an appointment with them to replace my entire AC unit in my mitsubishi lancer. They were super fast, communicated clearly and concisely, did exactly what they said they would, and there were no surprise fees or suspicious BS on the bill. I waited several weeks to post this review in case anything went wonky. I highly recommend them, i ll be going back for all of my automotive needs in the future.Service: Air conditioning

Our family have been going to Ken's for years, also my in laws who have since passed!!! Their fair priced, don't milk you for your money (honest), fast, professional, and solves the problem!!! When my transmission needed replaced, I was referred to a business that operates in the same way as Ken's Auto!!! I give Ken's Auto and his family who has always (worked side by side w/Ken) and who's continued on to run their family business as their father!!!10 plus stars!!!

I have been to several automotive places in kitsap. Trust me and all my friends when we say, this place is the most honest, easy, great priced place ever. Quotes to fix things from other places were around $1200. I was certain it was just an 02 sensor but I wanted a pro to do it. When I sought them for a second opinion, bam, they confirmed it was the o2, and I was fixed and back on the road same day for $200 (that was parts, labor and diagnostic). My gas mileage doubled the same day thanks to them. Just when I thought I had to buy another car because of the high cost to "fix" that the wrench and firestone quoted. Ken's Northwest Automotive not only earned my business, they saved me the money I needed to get this engagement ring for my future wife. !!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair
