They have serviced my vehicles for years and I have been happy with all repairs, major to preventative maintenance. If you plan ahead they have a humble fleet of mature Subaru loaner cars.

Bought a used 2013 ford escape and she is my spaceship baby! Bought is april of 2019 so far the only thing I've needed to fix is the low beams. Jane Pagac was an awesome sales person highly suggest her!

Never EVER buy a car from these people. They will sell vehicles that have known safety issues, or jerry rig it to a point that won't be found out for some time. The cars they sell are twice the price that they should be. If you want a safe reliable car, I urge people to never buy from them. The idea that they care about their customers is all an act, nothing more. The owner doesn't care about anything but steeling your money.

I ve purchased two used cars from Hudson and now I tell anyone looking for a used car to go here first! I d been to other dealerships and felt pressured to buy cars I wasn t comfortable with. A friend referred me to Hudson where I was helped by Ben C. He was was so knowledgeable about the inventory and financing options. He really took the time to find the right car and payments for me. When I needed to buy a car for my daughter, I went straight to Hudson and Ben came through again!

I will NEVER but another car from Hudsen again. I just purchased my 3rd car in 2 years from them. I came back to them because they treated me right on the first 2. This last car was purchased less than 45 days ago and I've had nothing but problems out of and they were only willing to fix the minor issues. Now I have to come up with $2000 more dollars to fix a vehicle that I just played $11,000 for. I couldn't even get them to discount the parts or labor. I can say with certainty that they knew of the preexixting issues before the they sold the car to me... They don't mind selling someone they know is broken

Brought a 2015 dodge challenger drove the car fell in love with it. Asked about car fax and sales people seemed to keep changing subject. Bought car and noticed tail light not linings up. Notice trunk bolts had paint scrapped off. Just did car fax on my nickel and saw it was wrecked in rear. When purchased they said bring in extra key for car trading in and pick up extra key for challenger. Once they got my key they came back and said there was no 2nd key for challenger but I could buy one at dodge dealership , not happy

While on holiday visiting my brother I accompanied him to look for a car. It was Something I was reluctant to do because of the way sales people are when you go to buy a car. But you guys have a one of a kind Jewel the young lady that helped us was Jane pagac , wow Talk about a talented lady she knew her her stuff there wasn t a question we asked that she didn t have an answer to and we felt comfortable we didn t feel pressured I ve never said those words when buying a car again thank you for having such great foresight in hiring Jane .M. One of the most crooked dealerships in Kitsap County. Shaun their sales manager will lie cheat and steal to get you to sign contract and then when you catch them in a lie holds contract over your head. We went with a perfect good 06 Dakota got $7000 for it and three days later when we still had not gotten anything straightened out and just asked for our truck back they said no we had to take deal deal offered or lose truck and all. Not sure still how that was legal to hold title and truck of customer and then put them in something older and worth less

Used Volkswagen... they tried to sell me a car with the check engine light on ... they said it was a glow plug, it was a 150 dollar fix, I made a fair offer based on KBB, and they were upset that I asked them to completely fix the check engine light issue. They walked away from a fair offer. Be aware. They came across as a dishonest dealership. Buyer beware.

These people sell cars that they know have pre-existing problems. You take the car back for them to repair, and it's WORSE than when you bought it!! The car I bought lasted less than a year, in between the multiple times I had to take it back. Ended up buying a car from Car Pros. Excellent service from them. Never buy a car from these people.

I have only been to Hudson twice but I have called them a few times and each time I was lent the most amazing customer service!!I know very little about cars sounds but I am always interested in knowing the why things are happening to my car and without them making me feel like an im inferior to them they put me at ease for my check engine light and that my breaks would need to be replaced but not at this time instead of taking advantage of me being unaware of what it is that I even needed my self.I even called once and told them I needed a tune up and they asked me a series of questions that led them to the conclusion that I probably didn't need it now either instead of saying yeah bring on in and we will charge you x amount of dollars and I only needed an oil top off.I have seen a lot of people get ripped off in this way and it was exactly what I needed to hear to keep my business coming back ONLY to Hudson.Thank You again guys and gals you have a loyal customer in me and I will be recommending you to anyone who has any needs.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Tried calling them just now. Online says they are open but phone rings untell it just hangs up. No messages or voice mail. I'll look somewhere else that cares. "Should have known bye there lazy voiced commercial that noone would be running to answer there phone in the mornings"

They sold me a car with warranty and it wouldn't start 6 months later. Then dodged me every time I showed up and never returned phone calls.
