I was looking to finance my first car from the dealership, trying out several cars from different places. Nick & Dan at Hudson Auto had the absolute best and positively genuine customer service, and made browsing, test driving, and the numbers work with ease and patience. Nick has never hesitated to reach out, or give me advice on my vehicle when needed & my new, (to me,) car is, and was well-serviced upon purchasing, in great condition! Thank you for making my experience buying & financing my first car a good one!

My husband and I really were impressed with our salesman, Nick. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. We commented to each other on how "unsharklike" he was!He also has continued to check on us periodically to ensure things are going well with our car!

bought a 2017 Ford escape. low miles nice looking vehicle. not even 30 days in find out it has a blown head gasket , get that fixed through my extra extended warranty that I pay for monthly so it's not free. they put the new motor in .they had all my back seats down and destroyed the two out of three back seat belts . all in all I'm not a happy camper the owner said it's all pre-existing. mind you this was his employee he sold this car too. thanks for the unreliable vehicle. And it has a safety recall . not them making it right on their own. they then tell me I NEED a transmission and new battery . um what ??!! My auto start stop still doesn't work and they are just guessing at this point..

I was recommended this garage from other locals. I brought a truck in, had routine maintenance done, and leaving they said I needed my brakes done and gave me a quote for it. I bought the calipers and pulled a couple tires off but found I had plenty of pad left. I inquired and they said the mechanic thought it needed brakes. No apologies. I have driven it another few thousands of miles and another oil change since then. I just reached out again figuring its about time I get the pads changed now. Ray insisted the quote was the same. I argued I was sure of the price they last quoted. They've increased their price 50% from what they last quoted me. He then gives the reason pieces cost more now. I'm not sure. I'll bring my truck somewhere I can trust. Too bad cause I know they're a staple in the area.

I've been a client for many years; they have consistently provided top of the line service. Above and beyond. I recently financed a vehicle with them, best customer service experience. Hands down. 10/10, would recommend. These guys know their stuff 100%.

Ray was absolutely amazing, he even picked me up in the car I knew I wanted to buy and I test drove it back to their Poulsbo location. Dan was on the ball with the paperwork and the whole process was wonderful. I highly suggest Hudson Auto Center!

Rick the service manager is great to work with. They do what is needed to take care of your car and do not pad the bill with unnecessary extra's. They will keep at an issue until it is resolved. Should you need a new car, Dan in sales has been there since day 2 and will do his best to help you. Kevin the buyer is really helpful as are Nick and Ray. I keep going to see them and recommend them.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Rick the service manager and his guys did service on our 5th wheel. They caught a brake wire that had been cut and the brakes on that axel weren't working. Safety first and fair prices for all they did. Definitely would use them again.

I am now a proud owner of a gorgeous metallic blue Camaro, thanks to the guys at Hudson Auto. This was a great experience from the moment they picked up the phone and talk to me to answering all my questions, when I arrived I met everyone there was no pressure tactics very laid-back had a great experience special shout-out to Ray the initial salesman I spoke to, answered all my questions and everything he promised me that vehicle was going to be, when I arrived it was exactly what he said gorgeous, runs fabulous, if anyone is looking for a good used vehicle would highly recommend going and checking this place out and I will be back there again in the future, Thanks Again

I just bought the most awesome vehicle from Hudson Auto Center. I am in love with my new truck (Ford F150). Ray, Jerry and all the other guys were so awesome, helpful, and friendly. I even got to meet Felix the cat, she liked me, but all animals do.

Great price on parts and service!Quick, and on the ball estimate.I will no longer go to my dealership, as a female I got tired of being talked down by their service department. Hudson on the other hand treated me with the most respect which I greatly appreciated.As said, I am very impressed with Hudson's customer service (Rick), their flexible schedule and competitive price.Definitely a thumbs up for their service department

This place is a scam!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would! This place takes advantage of younger people. My son was buying his first car, I was there and I looked over the paperwork he was signing. The next day they had him resign the paperwork without me, and doubled the price of the car. The car blue book valued this car less then $5,000. Ended up paying $12,000, a 5 year loan tell 2026. The sales person Pocketed my $4,500 down payment. The dealership sold my son a car with no air bag. Never fixed this issue. The next week the car broke down, wouldn t start. Had to pay to tow the car to the dealership in Poulsbo from Tacoma. I bought a warranty, it took them two months to get it started. And it was a fight to use the warranty. The service department took out the plugs for the codes of the car. So that the engine light or other issues with the car wouldn t come up on a reading or on the dash of the car. Still have payments for a broke down car that will cost more to fix then what the car is Worth. Don t trust this place. I wouldn t ever go here again.

The salesman was very engaging over the phone, but when I arrived on site, I discovered that the company had purchased 63 RVs from the manufacture, and loaded them all on the lot. When I asked about the large number of RVs, the salesman said look, I m not a museum. Either you come here to buy or move onto the next dealership.

I recently bought a car from Hudson Auto with salesperson Jane Pagac. She was extremely helpful with my selection of a Ford Edge. The car is in excellent condition and very well kept. I was not pressured by her. She took her time explaining the car to me (it helped that she also had a Ford Edge). She also followed up with me to see how i liked the car. I would definitely recommend the center to people looking for a car.

Stopped in last weekend and was not disappointed. Nick Robinson was our salesman and I was very happy to find a salesmen with such a wide variation of knowledge pertaining to the vehicles on his lot. Was really friendly and patient with the decision to buy. Needs less to say your guys have earned a life long customer and will be back because of Nick Robinson!!! Highly recommend this dealership for great deals, friendly staff and honest people.

I came in looking to buy my first car, and was immediately greeted with immense hospitality from all staff! They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Took my wife in to get a car Shawn worked with her and got her in a car she loved and could afford. Looked at my truck gave me a great trade in offer and i also drove off in a vehicle. Dan processed the paper work and got us both a great rate and payment. This kinda a service is greatly appreciated . Thank you Richard

Worst experience of my life. My stupid car has been at this shop since March it is now the end of August. They couldn't find the part they needed to fix it, so I went out got the part for them and hand delivered it to them. Supposedly they installed it, but them apparently there are more issues that they found that they can't figure out or fix. They nevwr call me to give me updates, I am always having to call them or call my dealership to get ANY info. The info I gwt feom them sounds sketchy so I call the shop again just to be told something completwly different. Feels like the dealership is lying to me, the shop is lying to me and I am just D.O.N.E. I have had it. I will never again use this shop or my car dealer ever again.

I purchased a Range Rover from these con artists who assured me it was the owners wife s car and was a well maintained and after purchasing this wonderful lemon from them within 2 months it was broke down and towed to the shop and the CHEPEST quote was $14,000 in repairs, once I contacted Hudson they promised to help, long story short after NO HELP I was stuck paying off a worthless car to simply take to the junk yard! Worst place around!!

My mom and I LOVED a car they had on the lot. Thanks to Jane Pagac. she was so helpful and kept us informed. My mom was working out the financing (cause we were buying a house and trying to figure out how not to lose out on the car) Jane was the best, most people would have ignored us for a "for sure sale" but not Jane! The car sold, but mom will be back to see Jane when we are able to for sure.

My husband took me to look at a couple of vehicles I was interested in purchasing. Shon worked with us and got me into the 2014 Chevy Cruze one of the cars I interested in, and that I could easily afford. Dan processed my paper work and got me a great interest rate and low payment. Just bought a 7.3L f250 from them and absolutely love it. My buddy Nick works there he was the one who sold me the truck but before they sold it to me, they made sure everything was working properly and all the maintenance was all good. Highly recommend Hudson Auto Center if your looking to buy another vehicle.

I should keep this my own secret...... But the Hudson service department not only services services cars and trucks..... But they have a fantastic RV Tech.... Rick has got years of experience and hes a great guy to work with. He got me in diagnosed the problem and got me back run in my travel trailer in no time. Next time I have an RV issue I will call him 1st.
