Super fantastic experience. I wish I had never been to another body shop, as all of them pale compared to how Fix Auto North Kitsap treated me and my car. Top notch work on my vehicle, which looks great! But more than that, the communication was perfect start to finish. Scheduling, keeping appointments, and giving clear estimates on cost and timelines were fully on point. Then I received twice weekly text updates that I very much appreciated.I hope to not need this great team again, but if I do, there is zero chance that I'm calling anyone but Fix Auto North Kitsap. Thank you very much!

One word, maybe two, SIMPLY AMAZING!! I can t say enough good things about the folks at fix auto North Kitsap. I had struggled for many many months to find a good reputable place to fix my car. I struggled with USAA and had all sorts of issues. Once I found Cris at FX auto everything fell into place. He took care of absolutely everything and the folks there did an absolutely awesome. Amazing job on my car. I could not be any happier. Look nowhere else go to fix auto North Kitsap. all the people there are absolutely amazing.

As an ex tow truck driver, I have a list of great body shops in my head with high expectations. Even after what looks like new ownership, these folks still have it goin on! All aspects of this visit to there body shop was great! I cant thank you enough. I will continue to send people your way. And I will try myself, to better dodge those late night varmints!

The work we had done by Fix Auto was a painless experience. The customer service was great. They did great work. We were informed every step of the way of their progress. It was perfect. We couldn t be more happy.

We have two cars fixed here. The work on the first car is just ok. The paint is not shining like the old paint. On the second car, they painted it nicely. However, they broke some of the Windshield trim molding clips but they didn't say anything about it. We only found out a week later when the trim molding fell off the car. When we took the car back and told them about it, the manager started to be mad. So I guess everything is great until you bring the car back!

Fix Auto did a beautiful job repairing my bumper. Paid the price that was quoted from estimate and my car was ready for pick up also within the time frame that was suggested at drop off. Appreciate the communication through the whole process.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Auto Fix North Kitsap! The people working there are incredibly kind and easy to talk to especially when the reason they end up at an auto body shop is awful. I recommend this to anyone needing auto body repair. 10/10

This was my go to auto body shop but this last job had some lack of attention to details in many parts. Communication was almost non existent and I had to bring it back a few times to fix some issues with their work. And even after all the wait and rework there was still one last paint issue that was off.

My 2016 Honda Civic was scheduled for repair for a crunched rear bumper. It was repaired/restored to look like new in 5 days. During that time, I was kept informed of the progress daily. They are a service-oriented company .a rare find!They worked seamlessly with the insurance company and assisted with a reasonable rental car. I picked up my car last night and was really shocked. When other reviewers said their car looked like new, they weren't kidding! My car is absolutely beautiful! I can not tell it was ever damaged. It did take longer to get back than originally quoted but that was a parts/shipping issue and no fault of theirs. The manager was even willing to drive to Tacoma to pick up what was needed just to try to get my car back to me. Hopefully I'll never need autobody work again but if I do, I know right where to go!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an insurance referral to Fix Auto, and the whole process from the estimate to the repair has been top notch. The staff were professional and courteous amid my concerns over the insurance & deductible amount communication. After waiting 3 months for an appointment, what was supposed to be an 11 business-day fix turned into a 19 business-day fix. I had to initiate every single update to see what was going on. Both passenger side doors needed to be replaced in my daughter s car. Parts were delayed, so it took some time to get it in the shop, but it was ok because the car was drivable. The shop communicated well and helped me schedule and reschedule the rental, as well as communicated with my insurance when this change had to be made.The car looks great. You can t tell anything ever happened. And they went above and beyond by cleaning out my daughter s dirty car inside and out before returning it.We had a small issue with the back door handle popping off. I called, they were very attentive and had me come in at my earliest convenience to fix it on the spot.I rarely write reviews, but I am honestly pleased to have had a good experience during a normally stressful situation. I took my little old beater/work truck in here for and estimate for repairs following an incident in which I was rear ended. The shop gave me an estimate and said that I could move forward with my insurance company. After the shop failed to submit paperwork to Geico, I called but got no call-back. Geico finally got ahold of them and they said they didn t fix cars older than 20 years. Thanks for wasting my time, maybe you should start estimates with informing people you won t be able to fix it.

My appt was set in the books about 3 months prior, there was no appt reminder and I had just remembered the day after. I called and they did confirm my appt and let me bring it the next day. Easy drop off, frequent updates about my car and service was complete when they said it would be. Picked up my car and it was clean on the outside and inside! Wow!! Looked like I just got it from the dealership! Thank you for an amazing end result, the beginning started off a tad bit bumpy.

Had my car for a week when it was unfortunately backed into by another car. Fix auto not only made my car as good as new in a relatively short amount of time, but they were also very friendly and helpful. The two people who greeted me at the front desk were both very knowledgable on cars as well as on the process that I would have to go through with the insurance company. We sent here by our insurance company after someone backed into us in a parking lot. They were so friendly and made the process of getting our car fixed so easy. We loved the text updates. Our car looks good as new. You would never know it was in a wreck. We will be using and recommending them for all our auto needs!!!!
