I spoke with Jim both on the phone and in person when I brought my car in to be looked at as it had died recently. I was aware it could be battery related or something more concerning and costly like the alternator. Jim got me in quickly, gave me an estimate for what services could cost and followed up with electronic estimates. Turns out it was battery related and costs were very low and reasonable. I was very pleased.

Very knowledgeable workers that treat you like family and making sure your repairs are done right the first time. Great deals on tires. Many locations around country so if ever needed warranty work usually pretty simple to get it done. This is the only shop I'll deal with outside of dealership warranty shops. Cheap inspections to find out what's good, bad or recommend. Of your credit is good then apply for Firestone card which comes in very handy especially when on long road trips. Hourly rate is competitive and they'll beat any quotes from competitors by ten percent. Military discounts as well as friends and family discounts available. Plenty of things to do in area while vehicle is being worked on as well.

Customer service was wonderful even though they were down a tech. They kept in contact with me the whole step & when I wasn't able to make it to get my truck same day, they were more than willing to accommodate. & when I didn't have my firestone card with me, they were able to help me look it up & get on my way quickly. Absolutely wonderful service & will keep going back.

I had my tires slashed and needed to get new tires ASAP. I gave Firestone a call and was able to get them ordered and installed within two days for a really good price. Very clean shop and professional staff, super friendly and overall a great place to get some new tires!!

I was in a pinch. My battery was dying and I needed my car to work. They took care of me short notice in under an hour. A new battery, disposal of the old, and the labor to swap it out came to almost $300, but I'll blame the current Government for the high cost of labor and materials. It seems everything has to be expensive these days.

Very happy with my new tires! Edited to add. I just got new tires a little over a week ago and the same day my tire light came on, I came in and they blew up the tire and a few days later same thing! Now my tire is super low and its super frustrating because I spent 1200 on new tires just to have to drive to poulsbo from port ludlow every couple days and now I can't do what I need to do today because I have wait untell my tire gets fixed.

After finishing up a weekend DIY brake job marked by stuck bolts and rotors, I went to bleed my brakes and the bleed screws were totally stuck. After 8 hours of trying penetrating oil and vice grips I gave up. I had no brakes and the car would need to be towed to a shop.Monday morning I called every shop in Kitsap and Firestone was the only one that could see me that day. They said they would try their best but I would likely need new calipers.24 hours later they called me up to say they broke the bleeders free and the total bill was about 1/4 of what I was expecting had new calipers been required!Massive kudos to the team at Firestone Poulsbo for helping me out and saving me money. I'll definitely be back!

Nope. Improper tire pressure adjustment and extremely overpriced! I recently went here for the first time for a quick oil change because it s close to my house and new to the area. I had a long travel day coming up. The guys at the front desk are nice btw, but $100 dollars for an oil change? No thank you. I could have looked the other way about that price but my tire pressure light came on the next morning, warning me that my pressure was low. I used my pressure gauge and they incorrectly adjusted my tire pressure by -10 psi! If I didn t fill it up in the morning I would have had a rupture or even an accident as I was driving 4+ hours. I took a picture of the odometer and low pressure light in case they refute this claim in a reply. Carelessness is not ok in my book.

Pressed for a new tire after the ice storm, Firestone offered the first & best solution. I trusted them to evaluate all my tires. I have two new rear tires & an oil change. The service was performed in half a day, the same day I dropped it off. I am driving confidently now!Big kudos to Raymond for his service. He went above & beyond helping me find the best tires. I will go back for more automotive needs! It s wonderful to have a full service auto shop nearby!

It's always a great experience. They're honest, have good prices and know what they're doing. (If you open a Firestone credit card you save money on services, like 5% off an oil change, etc. If you book your service appointment on their app, you save 5% on that service.) My recent oil change came to $36, which is much cheaper than any other place I've been.

So I gave them them a one star review due to horrible customer service and really bad quote for a simple oil change. 2 days later, THEY FOUND MY PHONE NUMBER somehow and called it asking what happened and why I gave them 1 star. You guys should NOT be doing that. Very inappropriate and uncalled for. Then they tried to ask me to take it down. You guys are not allowed to do that.

I m a new customer to Firestone, I experienced great customer service that will keep me coming back. I had a flat in one of my tires and they went above and beyond to ensure my safety by not only replacing the value core and tightening the TPMS stem to secure a better seal, but additionally doing the same to all my other tires. Unfortunately, I ran into the issue again a couple of weeks later where I had low air in the same tire. This time, they found a small piece of metal and completed my walk-in within 30mins and free of charge.

I got an alignment done today, after I did some suspension work and I've never had such a horrible alignment in my life. I could've done a better job! I had way more negative camber on the drivers rear than the passenger side very visibly bad. Sadly, I was in a rush to get to Seattle. I was just hoping it would work to get me to my destination, but it was probably one of the sketchiest drives I've ever done. It was a good thing I took it to a different shop, when I got there, they were in shock by what firestone did to my alignment. I definitely will not be back and will make sure everybody that I know will not be going there.

Took my car in to get a front end alignment, and that got done. But in the process they said that the tie rod wasn't put in correctly. And that they had to reinstall it. That should have taken them no more than 10 to 15 minutes to torque it back down.. but I got charged for almost an hour of Labor which was $130 an hour. They called and left me a message but never had my permission or even talked to me about it. They just did the work, which didn't take them anywhere near an hour and then held my car for ransom. So you better hope you don't have anything else wrong with your vehicle if you take it to them because they won't confirm that you want the work done(like Les Schwab does) and then extort you for the money... Will never go there again...

Since opening 3 of our 4 cars have needed tires and all have had oil changes. Jim and his staff have been GREAT! Not only did he remember me, my wife and our kids cars, but just yesterday he remembered an issue with my truck on the last oil change and checked it to make sure it was still good. Our tires have been a mix of Firestone and Bridgestone and all have been superb. It's nice to have a local shop you can trust. Jim was honest about what they could not do, and gave options for what they can repair. As to a previous review, oil changes are expensive. You can go to one of the quickies, but you get what you pay for. I trust that if I had an issue, Jim would take care of it.

Had 4 new tires installed which I purchased there. They took my Jeep back right at appointment time and told me it would be roughly an hour and half for mount and balance. They were done in 50 mins with no issues (they were not busy). Price for tires was same as online retailers. Have zero complaints and would absolutely go here again.

Received really good service and fair prices when compared to other shops in Poulsbo. These guys were great! I called on my way home from work to see if they could squeeze me in at the end of the day because my windshield wipers suddenly stopped working. They fit me in and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were very polite, courteous, and honest. I plan to come here for any future car service needs!

My Truck broke down on a Saturday Morning! Alternator went out, and they got a new one installed same day by 5pm! What an incredible Crew! The manager Jim and his mechanic Howard are the best! Where else are you going to go in a pinch four under 700.00! Thanks guys for keeping Olympic Roof Cleaning moving!

Would not recommend. Coming here is the biggest waste of time, took 3 hours to mount 2 tires. When the appointment was made they were notified that tires were being brought to be mounted, and told at the appointment the tires were inside the car ( one was in the passenger seat) they somehow had put on overly sized tires that made the car physically un drivable, then had to wait around another hour for them to fix this simple mistake that was very obvious.
