I had a pulley break at the worst time. I needed it fixed quick. I chose this place because the lead Hiroshi seemed very competent, knowledgeable and genuine. The work was done promptly and professionally and it cost less than what I expected. This was especially nice because I thought their original quote was very fair already. They will definitely have my business in the future. Thanks guys!

Professional Auto repair. Knowledgeable on diagnosing maintenance codes, brakes , custom changes in car etc They have done work on 2 plus cars in our family, pleased with their service.

Demuner Auto Repair. Was once Hiros Auto Repair. This place has carried an awesome reputation after them. As an ex tow truck driver, I know all the good shops!They were up front on all the steps on ny repair. Asked me all the questions about my vehicle. Made my minor repairs and charged me a reasonable price!It seems to be hard to trust a shop in any situation.These guys have gained mine.Thanks Demuner for job well done!

Having a Toyota/Lexus specialist on this side of the peninsula is a massive relief, and I m reminded of it every time I come here for basic oil changes or major service. There are fewer satisfying feelings than knowing you have an honest mechanic to rely on when you need it.

My car runs great & their price was much more affordable than any other shop. They do need a sign outside & a little cosmetic touches to the outside of the business. I do wish I had met the mechanic though...Maybe next time.

I used Hiro for all my vehicle repairs until unfortunately I no longer had a Japanese car. He probably won't get to your car that day because he's so busy - because he's so trustworthy. Always tells you exactly what needs to be done, is willing to work with you if you can't afford it and need to buy your own parts and will always come out at the end of service with a box of parts that he replaced. Straight up the most honest mechanic I've used in 30+ years in King and Kitsap counties. He deserves every one of those five stars.

I've taken my last two Subaru's to Hiro, and there's simply no one who I trust more to work on my cars. For over ten years I've experienced Hiro to be impeccably consistent in quickly identifying the issue, communicating with me about repair options, and fixing it. I've had my car towed from far distances because I trust Hiro so much, and would rather have him do the work than another shop.

We took an older model Honda Civic to Hiro many, many years ago to get a second opinion. We had been told the car was not worth fixing because it supposedly needed a couple thousand dollars worth of work. Hiro found the problem. It was a simple ignition coil problem and was fixed for 50 bucks!!! We have brought our cars to him ever since and will only buy Japanese cars because of his service! Honest, reasonable and so helpful.

First time customer here. Extremely impressed. There is a long wait time, but definitely worth it, if you value your Japanese vehicle. I will definitely be returning. Extremely fast service and the price was extremely reasonable. It feels good to know that I have finally found mechanics that I trust. Well done fella's!

Hiro takes wonderful care of our Toyota and Honda. We can trust his advice on what needs maintenance or repair. When we went to him because the automatic door opener wasn't working (worried about the big bill that would result) he found that we had inadvertently activated the kid-proof feature. No charge!

Absolutely can not recommend Hiro enough. If I had more stars this is where I would use it. I only buy Japanese cars because of his amazing service, culture, and work.My whole family goes to him for this same reason. How can you not love Hiro's?

Hiro does great work, always helpful and very knowledgeable. I find none else better or more trustworthy! I also buy only Japanese cars because I do not want anyone else but Hiro to work on them!

Hiro is without a doubt, the best japanese auto repair shop in the Northwest, including dealerships. Honest as the summer days are long and fair pricing. If there were 10 star rating, he would get a 10.

I was going to West Hill until they tried to sell me a $800 brake job, went to Hiro's and they told my brakes were at 80% and just had a tune up for less than $400. I would recommend it to anyone who has a Japanese automobile.

Hiro has taken care of all of my Japanese cars for 25 years. He's honest and if you can understand him ;) he's knows his stuff.

They were really fast, inexpensive, and honest about what the car really needed. We saved a lot of money because the service that the dealership tried to sell us wasn't really needed. Great find!
