Caliber Collision took excellent care of my car. It looks as if nothing had happened to it. I was glad since I had only had the car for not quite 3 months and it only had 13k miles on it (had 9100 when I bought it so was still under factory warranty). They kept me updated on the status of the car and Victoria answered any questions I had throughout the process very thoroughly and reassured me all would be taken care of. We were sure they would do well as they restored my husband's 2006 Denali when he had someone hit it head on and we thought it was totalled. That car is still running strong for him. I totally recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

I had a horrible experience here at the poulsbo location. After getting my car back I had nothing but problems. Inspite of there life time guarantee. As soon as I said there were problems with my engine and frame being out of alignment. They spoke to me as if I was stupid for even questioning there work, and wouldn't even inspect my frame or engine. I took it to gmc and paid my own money to find out, Yes it was out alignment by 3/4 of an inch. They did nothing but give me the run around and spoke to me poorly. I'm having the inspection and repairs done by another shop. As I don't trust them with my suv anymore! Go somewhere else!

Took the car in, the estimator reviewed the car and then said the car would be ready in about 3 weeks. It was ready in 2 weeks. Victoria was fabulous. All of the gaps were perfect and the paint was a perfect match. They did a great job

Took my car here to get repaired after getting into an accident. Insurance wouldn't cover it, so I went to take it back. They had completely dismantled my back seat and my trunk, and just gave it back to me like that. I called to tell them, and no apology. They actually gave me a specific TIME to take it back in, rather than fixing it right away. Don't go here.

I dropped my 2006 Chevy Silverado off at caliber collision for damaged rear tailgate and bumper. It was promptly and properly repaired now I have my truck back better than it was when it went in.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I called over a month ago because I started having issues with the paint on the they fixed so supposedly some was going to call me back on Monday,now I totally understand they are busy or whatever but they never call me back.I used to recommend this place but now I don't know what to say about it

After an unfortunate collision with a deer, we couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship if Caliber Collision. They informed us by text twice a week of the progress.of ithe fix and it was done earlier than they had promised.

The technician did an excellent job matching the paint to the original color. The passenger door had to be replaced and the dents in the passenger door behind it had dents to pop out and refinish. The repair looks as though the accident never happened. I m very satisfied.There was a slight delay past the time they had quoted it would be completed but they explained the reasons for this and I was very happy to wait .I would use this company again.Update: my vehicle was a 2020 Chevy Traverse and I had taken it in under an insurance claim through GEICO. I was able to get an appointment within days after the incident. They were able to repair it within two weeks. I am aware that had I of attempted to call the business and make an appointment the timing would not have been so fast.I m adding this information after reading other reviews.It s important to know that if your vehicle needs repair regardless of cash or insurance claims, companies have customers and other projects so you will need to call multiple places to find someone who can give you a timely return. This isn t the only business in this county and there are options. Please review your options and ask for proper turn around expectations prior to dropping your vehicle off anywhere.I feel fortunate to have been able to have my vehicle repaired and to have had the car rental paid for through insurance. Well worth the rates I pay and the reaction I experienced.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a fix that was so small no other body shop would help. Even the dealership wouldn't get back to me for a quote because they were too busy. All I needed was to get my driver's side mirror replaced, but just the reflective part, not the whole thing. Caliber Collision made it so easy! I did the free online quote. The online system walks you through it step by step and diagrams the parts of the car and where to take pictures. I even bought the part myself earlier before I found out I didn't have the tools to do it myself. Caliber fit me in quickly and even took my own part. It was a 10 minute job, but turns out the part in the box didn't match the part number. So I had them source the correct part and again, they fit me in within 2 weeks. They got the part and the repair took less than 10 minutes. They even charged me slightly less for the part than the factory part from the dealership! Service was great. Staff and knowledgeable and friendly. In definitely coming back here for anything else I need done.

Really pleasant experience. My car was damaged in a minor accident and they got me in and had it fixed in what I think is a very reasonable time frame. Work was beautifully done. We received excellent customer service from Victoria. We were informed along the way as to the progress of our vehicle being fixed. We picked up our vehicle before the estimated time it was to be completed and it looks beautiful. I had an estimate done back in April with Caliber Collision and had an appointment scheduled for the repairs in June. A few days before my scheduled appointment for repairs I received a call saying that they were down a mechanic and would need to reschedule, but that they did not have a date set yet and that they would get back to me. They have never reached out to me to tell me when I can have my car repaired, and even after multiple times that I have reached out to them, I receive the same response and excuse, that they are down a mechanic and that they will call me back when they have rescheduled it. Well now it is over 4 MONTHS later, I still don't have an appointment and no one has yet to reach out to me. Meanwhile, I checked this google review page and see people posting that they are being "fit in" for minor repairs and such. Horribly run business and I definitely do not recommend.

I had a collision Dec of 2022...they were booked out a month...my car was still drivable....LoLSo they had my car for almost a month!!!Victoria was the best!! She kept me updated twice a week . LOVE HER PERSONALITY she loves her job I can tell!!! LoLThe best part was my car looks brand new again They had reorder a few parts as they came in damaged ....I was very patient,An the rental from Enterprise was Great!Together they worked out so I didn't miss a beat with my crazy Life

So far, the quality of the repairs and repainting appear to be very good. Staff were friendly and kept me informed as time went by. It took six months from accident to final repairs to get my car back to original condition. They cancelled 1st appointment and didn t want to reschedule but I told them to give me next available appointment and I d call to confirm they were ready for it prior to bring it in - which I did and they said they err ready for it however it sat for 3 weeks (in which I could have been driving it) before they got to it. 5 times I called for updates and Breesna promised she would get back to me but did not once ever call me. Finally spoke with Victoria who was great and saw to it that my car got worked on.

Customer service is terrible. I had two vehicles for repair. My truck was returned to me inoperable with a displaced manual transmission. Whoever moved the truck from the bay to the parking lot should have known and taken care of it. One of the bolts for the truck bed was not tightened down - up almost three inches. Yes, the work looks great, but there was a cost.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The facility here seems to be extremely short staffed. My paperwork "fell through the cracks" and when I called 2 weeks after having my car evaluated and pictures were taken, no parts had been ordered and another employee who looked at my file made it seem like that was my fault because my car was a Mitsubishi and those parts are notoriously hard to find. If the manufacturer of my car was an issue then that should have been brought up the same day I arrived. I received an email the next day with a repair estimate of 99 days because of vague supply chain issues. I had to call weekly to get an update on the status of the first round of parts being ordered, scheduling the dropping off of my car for those repairs, a second round of parts being ordered because not all the required parts were ordered. more calls about the insurance covering the additional parts. I did receive a call that my car was completed and ready for pick up and I informed that person that I would not be able to come by until the next week because I needed to coordinate being dropped off so that I could get my car. When I arrived to get my car I needed to get a mask out of my car before coming inside and found my car was unlocked in the parking lot. On my back seats were 2 empty Marlboro cigarette boxes. I do not smoke so either the people who fixed my car left their trash on my back seats or while my car was sitting in their parking lot, unlocked, ready for my pickup, someone else entered my car for unknown reasons. I am not an unreasonable person and recognize that many businesses are short staffed, that there is an existing supply chain problem, and that people make mistakes but in the case of this business it seems like the standards were already very low and the problems I just mentioned were just used as an excuse to act like some shady craigslist garage that charges full price. This shop seemed to look for problems so that they would have plenty of excuses instead of trying to find solutions. If you have options, I would recommend rolling the dice on your car somewhere else. The woman who ran the front desk was extremely courteous and was the only positive thing about my dealings with Caliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

This business is amazing i ve never been in a car accident before so for my first one i was really scared of what the outcome of my car would have been after they were done, but i ve got to say they are the best! 5 star experience all the way. Great customer service, which is super important to me. Thats mostly what I base almost all of my reviews off from. Nice people, from the point where I scheduled, them calling back to reschedule me 3 different times, answering all of the questions I had, and to the point of getting my car back. It looks good. Military friendly and extremely efficient! "Austin" found a time that worked out for me and my families busy schedule. They assisted with my claim, gave suggestions for parts, and provided guidance for the best possible financial outcome for us. The location was clean, the staff was awesome, and the price was great. I am not a mechanic or have the time to fix things like my repair--if your looking to get it done, fast, and with a great price, this place is good to go!Service: Body & Trim
