Fast professional service at a price less then the competition. No need to go to the national chain, when they deliver better service at a very competitive price. Made an order for the windshield for our Jeep Cherokee with a next day installation appointment, dropped the Cherokee off. Surprised when they called and were done in less then a couple hours.

Great service! Broke my rear window right at closing time. Left a voice message, as soon as they opened the next day, the order was placed an full repair done by early afternoon. Pleasant, professional, and prompt. The service you hope to get...but better. Thanks!

BRING YOUR OWN TARP!Restoring a 98 XJ and took it in for a windshield replacment last month. Noticed excessive wiind noise on the lower passenger side; you actually couldn't hear anything but wind in excess of 50mph.Called Autoglass Plus and brought the vehicle in (9/15) for inspection. Very unprofessional staff; installation tech made a number of passive agressie and disparaging comments about vehicle and company culture during a ridealong in addition to, initially, refusing to 'hear' the wind noise.Eventually, after heading onto the highway, the tech conceded the windshield had not bonded correctly, that the bead was too low, and the windshield would need to be reinstalled.Today (9/18), I opened my door to find water all over my dash, rearview mirror, center console, floor mat, and soaking the upper passenger edge of my headliner.After calling the company owner I was advised to throw a tarp over it for the weekened until I can spend more of my time, money, and energy to drive the car to the Bremerton location this time in order to have the windshield reinstalled.If you'd like water damage, wind noise, a trip to your local hardware store for a tarp and the privilege of spending your time, money, and energy trying to avoid a mold-covered, windy interior this is the business for you.Fingers crossed the headliner adhesive doesn't fail.Review Edited to provide updates.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Amazing customer service! Got my windshield replaced, with turned out great. When I drove away, the dash showed errors, so I turned around and brought it back. Turns out the calibration didn t take, so they had to redo it. They jumped right on it. I waited for it as I was in no rush. When done, the technician rode with me for the test drive to confirm everything worked, which it did. He apologized repeatedly, and even though I told him it was not a problem at all, for my inconvenience threw in a free rock chip repair at any time on any of my cars. A small gesture, yes, but he clearly wanted to keep me as a customer, which he will! The reception was also very friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience!! Wish I would have schedule here first instead of wasting my time with Safelite and the multiple errors. Auto Glass Plus was very professional, got right in, windshield replaced perfectly and in the exact amount of time they promised. We have all had it happen, small rock hits the windshield and we have a damaged windshield. I did some research and found Auto Glass Plus and gave them a call. They were very helpful working with me and the insurance company to get OEM glass. This was for a Mercedes M Class.Insurance approved the OEM and Glass Plus made it happen.Scheduled me promptly and I had a new windshield in no time.Installation was perfect. Absolutely loved my experience working with RJ and team. This was the first time that I had ever needed auto glass work done and he helped me work with my insurance company to make sure that I didn't have to pay the maximum out of pocket. In addition, they went above and beyond by organizing and scheduling out an interior detailing at the shop next door and turning it all into one quick and easy payment for me after everything was done. I used this service twice now in the past 18 months (1 windshield replacement 18 months ago and one windshield chip repair November 2020). Both great experiences dealing with the actual repair (deciding between aftermarket or original windshield replacement) and dealing with insurance. Fast, friendly and quality service and would recommend them based on my experience (listed as "preferred provider" for my car insurance policy, which is also reassuring...).Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

This repair shop is awesome! I needed my windshield replaced & was paying out of pocket. They were $110.00 cheaper than Safelite! Very courteous & prompt service. I will never go through a big chain again! I will support the local businesses! They have two locations also! Great service & product!

The car sat in the bay for almost 30 minutes before the technician touched it, technician placed molding parts and other tools on top of my vehicle with no protective covering, technician was rude and standoffish, the front desk clerk had to assist the technician in placing the new windshield on the car, she is not an autoglass technician. After completing job I noticed my rear view mirror was loose, the technician huffed about and replaced the mirror as if it was my fault his craftsmanship was poor. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

I've used Auto Glass Plus replace windshields on 4 of my vehicles and they always been promt and done a great job .This last time my Fleet vehicle needed a windshield a they wanted me to go to Safelite and after waiting 2 weeks for a call and then Safelite scheduled my service for October 16 more than a month out . I had Fleet services call Auto Glas Plus and they took care of it in 3 days. Fast and professional with friendly service. Won't go anywhere else !

Original estimate through Safelite was $475, then second estimate from Novus for $380. These guys replaced my windshield (2014 Subaru Legacy) for $330 out the door in less than 2 hours. Super quick and definitely the best price!

This establishment is the perfect example of taking care of their customers and going above and beyond. Went to have my windshield replaced and when I picked it up I was informed that it had been replaced before. They then went on to tell me the previous time the surfacewas not prepared and sealed correctly and rust had started to develop, and had creeped up the A-frame of my car. Well, not only did they let me know of this and the best way to handle removing the rust completely. They removed all they could with a wire brush and then placed a rust inhibitive primer over whatever remained so as to slow or stop it as much as they could until I get it fixed; and did NOT charge me for it. About $100-$200 worth of work extra, for free. Thank you to the whole crew, a return customer through and through.

It was about a year ago I contacted them and told them what I wanted. They quoted me an amount for replacing my front windshield (including installation) for less than what I could have only ordered the OEM winshield for. I dropped off my car after they closed and picked it up the next day after they closed. I never got to meet them in person and their location isn't the prettiest but they got the job done. The original windshield always had a problem leak somewhere that I could never find. During a heavy rain I would feel an occasional rain drop but the replacement has never had this problem. They even transferred the oil change reminder sticker to the new windshield.
