How can I rate today's service 5 stars when it DESERVES TEN STARS. I called in the morning with a cry for help because an alternator failed on my boat which was sold... and had to be delivered in a few days. Colin, the owner returned my call within a few minutes, made time this morning to diagnose and repair it, sending me on my way by 3:00. WOW! And it works as well as it did 30 years ago when new. This is a professional shop run with knowledge, experience and ethics. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! I recently acquired an EGO brand electric scooter that needed repair. Very knowledgeable, fairly priced and my scooter was fixed in less than an hour! Thank you!

Honest friendly knowledgeable and interesting!Took the time to check and fix my tile saw the same day I dropped it offHe could have rebuilt the brushes or other items but instead cleaned it tested it and charged just for his labor=fixed.

I own an EGO bike. This guy loves EGO bikes and is good at repairing them. He knows where to get parts. Like the previous reviewer said, I agree he is honest and reliable. He is fair on pricing. Trustworthy.

Great service. I brought in a Subaru window motor and was helped on the spot. It was a little project, but that didn't seem to matter. The window motor works like a charm and saved the cost of a new one. Thank you Townsend Electric.
