Satch has a new shop in Port Townsend, the service work was completed and my car ran much better after. The mechanic did a great job. A popular spot already. They were booked out almost a month. Well worth the wait, I walked home after dropping the car off. Much nicer than waiting in a sales lobby at a dealers showroom.

Capable, friendly, and helpful. To help a friend, I brought her car in for routine service. Satch Works quickly found her info, then later worked with me to get my friend on the phone for her payment info. Work was done quickly and professionally.
