I dropped off my SUV on Tuesday at 10am and didn t get it back until Wednesday at 3:30.The new caliper they ordered was faulty, and ordering another one took quite some time. I didn t know that until after they said it was ready and I got a ride in to pick up my car. When I arrived, my car was still in the bay with both rear wheels completely off. Clearly, that was a miscommunication. I didn t get any updates the following day unless I called to check in.I got what I came for but would have taken my business elsewhere if I d known it would take that long with such poor communication. I was also disappointed to see how filthy my wheels were. I m sure that cleaning isn t their M.O. but I wonder how much effort it would have taken to give the wheels a spray and wipe down after placing brand new tires; especially for $1900 and 29 hours without a vehicle.

Great experience today with Juan, Brianna, and Curtis taking good care of my tires and safety they were all friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. Thanks Les Schwab for hiring great people and training them well!

Stopped by on 4-Oct-2023 to drop off a flat tire for repair, or replacement if necessary. Was very pleasantly surprised that the tire only needed repair and was simply astounded that the repair was complimentary! Will always bring my family's vehicles here from now on for tire repair and replacement. Very satisfied customer. Big thanks to my service advisor Juan for getting me in and out so quickly.

Fantastic service! I rolled in on a flat, no appointment, needing a new tire. They got me in and out quickly, despite being busy. More importantly - the customer service was amazing. The man at the front, I think his name is Juan, was very personable and friendly.

Always the problem solvers. They have been there for me so many times over the years as I ve gone through an interesting run of high mileage cars. Not to mention they even repaired the tire on my wheel barrel for free. This is a great place to go for locals or out of town travelers. They will do their best to get you going.

The staff was very friendly but told me me my camper Shell was squeaking and it is very Cleary my rearend after they said it was my shell I went home and tightened it. Knowing that was not it I brought it back where the tech manager told me it was my u joint said he greased it still made the same noise and when I checked their is no no grease points on my u joint so he pretended to grease something under my truck. And yes the person said it was my camper shell making all the noise before I left the 1st time. The guy was very nice but if u don't know what the problem is tell me that and don't make stuff up.i have had them do alot of work on my suspension I will no longer go their other than tires

Wait times are excessive. Spent half of my day off waiting for a simple tire repair. Take appointments if you like, but you should have some dedicated bays for walkins. I was told hour wait, 4th car in line, 2 hours in and haven't pulled my car in yet. Should I leave without the repair? Come back and waste another 2+ hours? Finally Switching to Costco after 30+ years of loyalty.

Not good customer service.The woman, Shawnee, was waiting on me. I needed my phone to make an appt, it was 10 feet away. It took me all of 15 seconds to get it. But she couldnt wait! She went ahead and waited on the guy who came in the door. Nevermind I had already waited 10 minutes in line. She then said she would be right back w me!?! But she lied. What happened to completing with one customer before moving on to the next??Totally BAD Customer service. If I could give no stars, I would.

Great job! Being the only tire shop in the immediate area means they're usually busy, but they were professional and fixed my broken valve stem for free! Thank you!

Took my car to one of the shops for the annual safety check. Main an appointment and everything and still had to wait. When my car was finally done a girl called my name handed me a three-page report and then scurried away because she needed to go to lunch. And I questioned her about the price of installing a car battery which would probably take 10 steps from getting the battery off of a shelf and putting in my car and charging me $25 seemed quite steep. But she really didn't care about answering questions as she needed to go to lunch. When I had my mechanic review the report that I received, and he checked what they said I needed to have done he said don't get any of that then you are wasting your money. And he could have said yes you do need those things done and I'll do it for you maybe for $400 less. But $1,200 $1,500 is a lot of money and I would have paid that if I had not the sense to go to my longtime mechanic who has worked on my car for a number of years and is honest and trustworthy. I don't know why they wanted to charge me all that money as a handful of certified mechanics said you don't need to have all that work done and I would believe my mechanic versus anyone that work at this particular Les Schwab store. Four tires I would certainly go there and have them done I get the rotated and I'm happy. But any work I would not have done there I would definitely go to my own mechanic. They used to be good but only four tires now at least for me.

I cannot rave about this location more. We had a low tire getting on the ferry. Called ahead and they were great to put us in the list. The friendliest staff I've ever encountered at an auto place. They replaced all four RV tires and gave us a heads up on why they were running abnormally. We came back to have the bearing seals adjusted / replaced because we liked them so much. Professional service from all the staff and manager is superb.

Our rental was losing pressure in 1 tire. After refilling it 3 times in the first day we knew we had a major problem. Took it into Les Schwab, they patched it within 1 hour and didn t charge us (I believe they charged the rental company). My husband raved about the service he received from very friendly staff members. Thanks much!

Multiple positive experiences here. Knowledgeable staff who on more than one occasion have found less expensive solutions to what I thought I wanted. Just bought another set of tires today.

As always very efficient and great work.. We had a flat tire that had damage that could not be repaired.. So they replaced the tire.. It was in the 80k mile warranty so it cost us nothing.. They did a full inspection and a tire rotation too... Again at no cost... Recommend this guys any day of the week :-)

Les Schwab Port Townsend helped me fix a leak in my car's tire at no charge. They were very friendly and competent! I recommend this facility for tire services or any other relevant services they provide: They are honest, straight shooters with know-how.

I honestly would give this place 10 stars if I could. We were from out of town (Sequim) and had a flat a few miles from them and they sent a truck out and made an attempt to repair on site. They were not able to do it and so they helped us get a tow truck and get it to their shop and fixed our flat for FREE!!! They were so so nice! We may have to drive back their to buy tires from them someday! They really saved our butts! Exceptionally kind and helpful Place! Thank you!

Always very helpful and friendly. Have been getting Less Schwab tires for years and they never disappoint. Our last 70,000 mile tires were good for over 100,000. And the set we had on our last truck drove from Portland to the Arctic Circle and back with no problem, not even 1 flat tire.

Got new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. They got the parts and installed them in just 4 days (Jaguar parts are not so easy to find)They did a great job and kept me posted on delivery time and a minor change in cost. The car was returned clean and ready to go. My only disappointment was that I had to take the car elsewhere to get the oil changed.Highly recommend these guys in a town where many auto shops are booked out 2 weeks ahead

I no longer trust them with any of my cars, trucks, or even my lawnmower. In the last 3 years I've had an issue every time I've visited.The first was damaging one of my tires beyond repair, which they tried to "fix" by giving me a totally different brand of tire despite me having a matching set before visiting.The next time was when I took a car in for an alignment, the same make and model that I've taken them before without issue. I informed the person at the counter that the vehicle had aftermarket parts installed that would allow extra camber adjustment. After about an hour they said it was done and ready to go, yet, when I walked to car, it was obvious that the rear camber was way out of spec. I looked at the printout and found that they'd adjusted it to about 3�, three times more than it should have been. When I asked about the issue I was told that it was as good as they could do and that the adjustment was "maxed out". That didn't make any sense to me, considering I had just installed the parts that would allow the extra adjustment necessary to get it in spec. I had to argue that there was more adjustment, show the guy pictures, and then go out to car and point to the parts that needed to be moved. That got me nothing but dirty looks and not a single apology or admittance that they did it wrong.The last thing, and the last time I will go there, was when I needed to have two tires installed. I dropped them off and ran some errands. When I stopped in to pick them up nothing was mentioned about any issues, just that the bill was $70. One of the workers went to my car and put the wheels in the trunk and I was on my way. When I got home I found that they had dropped one wheel on its face, badly damaging the finish. On top of that the other wheel was heavily chipped around the outside lip. This was a brand new wheel, with no damage before visiting.At this point I have given them enough chances. I will never visit this location again and will instead make the trip to Sequim.

Wanted you all to know that Austin immediately ordered our car parts, got them delivered the same day, and would not leave work until the job was done. His friendliness, efficiency, and work ethic are very rare these days. But he s got it all! Thank you Austin! Good for Les Schwab for hiring him!

The staff at this location were friendly, charming, and helpful. In fact, they went above and beyond my expectations. I was saddened and stressed about getting a big metal pin in my tire just as I was preparing to drive across the country. They squeezed me right into their busy day to make sure my tire was patched. They even inspected my car to make sure I was ready for a safe and happy trip. All of this for free, when they totally could have convinced me I needed to buy new tires.

I was really impressed with the enthusiasm and customer service I received this evening 20 minutes to closing. My car was telling me I had low tire pressure. The gentleman checked ,filled my tires, and made the recommendation that I keep an eye on one of my tires; all in about 10 minutes. I felt much safer driving the hour it takes to get home.

*** Destroyed my vehicle - Would not stand by warranty and repair it - Banned me for complaining ***A long while back I was restoring my 1994 Mitsubishi Galant. I had Les Schwab install new tires, new suspensions, bushing and all for nearly $4,000. A short while after this the back right suspension collapsed. I would go on to find out that Les Schwab replaced the struts, but I am guessing to save money did not install the new springs but installed the old springs which had over 400,000 miles on them. I tried to get them to fix this but they refused to (I had another issue with them at their Port Angeles Dealership where they picked my Minivan up by the seat stowage boxes crushing them) and they banned me from their dealerships, and said they would just pay me $500 to get it fixed elsewhere if I more or less signed my life away which I refused. I could not find anywhere which would remotely come close to replacing the springs for $500, so now years on that vehicle has never been used, has been costing me insurance, and my teen son should have been able to use this as a first vehicle cannot thanks to their lies. So would you want Les Schwab to fix your vehicle, knowing they may lie in the process to save a few dollars. Note that Les Schwab is a self insured company, so they do not care about fixing issues as they know it will cost you more to sue them. In my opinion they are a disgraceful company. Oh and after this and damaging my Grand Caravan at their Port Angeles store, they banned me from all Les Schwab stores, not caring about warranty I paid for, or anything. I am sure they broke a lot of laws, but they do not care.As you can see their discrimination, they replied to everyone else just not me. Wonder if they discriminate against color, religious beliefs, sexual orientation too,

Waited nearly 3 hours after told it would be 2. No work done and still 2 cars ahead of me. Would been nice of them to mention they were busy and wait time could be longer.

Amazing customer service!! I was having trouble filling the air in my tires at the air pump at the gas station. I thought the valve in my tire was broken because the air wouldn't go in. I called Les Schwab and got Wes on the phone. Even though it was almost time for the shop to close, he told me to head right over. When I got there he remembered my name and got all my tires back in order. Turns out the air pump at the gas station was completely broken. 3 of the tires were overfilled and one was under. Wes totally saved my day. He is a wonderful asset to the company and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance.

Excellent all around. Both the receptionist and the mechanic who patched my flat were friendly, professional, and authentic. As others have mentioned, there was no charge for fixing the flat, and I got an update on my tire condition. Will be back again.

These guys always rock for me, I've probably brought 7 different vehicles to them over the years. They are always very personable, and professional. Also a very consistent staff, and lots of familiar faces every trip. 10/10 best place in the area for tires.
