Have had great success with them in the past through AAA claims. They're fast and courteous. Roger spent 5 minutes taking pictures of my vehicle, said three words and spent two months to get me a quote. Only to tell me they dont have a painter and cannot help. I guess that's on me for not trying other shops while I waited. Staffing issues aside Aimee was amazing. I hope they get it sorted.

Shout out to Mike for being the greatest and best tow truck operator in the world! He has come to my rescue several times, and is always friendly and efficient, despite working pretty much 24/7. Mike, you rock!

These guys towed my Jag from Brinnon to the Autoworks in Port Townsend. The transmission was locked up and electric parking brake engaged. They got it sorted out so they could roll it onto a tilt bed trailer with damaging the transmission. They took really good care of the car and made sure it was correctly unloaded in PTThanks guys

Called and got a quote. 10 minutes later he was there loading me up. Nice guy. 10 minutes later he was putting my rig right where I needed it. Filled out the bill, and it was less than what I got quoted! When does that happen? Rarely. Hopefully I don't need them again. But if I do that's alright.

Went for an estimate for a fender bender. The guy was knowledgeable and polite, prices were reasonable. Sold the car, so work was not done so I can't give 5 stars.

Got stuck in a ditch needed a quick pull out called and asked to send someone out, was told I would be called back with a time. I called them back after 1 hour of hearing nothing. They still couldn't give me a time told me hopefully in 40 min. Another hour goes buy and they still cant give me any indication that someone will be out but if they had told me at the beginning that hey maybe it'll be over 2 hours I would have gone with a different company and I'd be out of this ditch. I will never call these people again.

Had emergency, not only did the driver show up in a decent amount of time but he also changed trucks so he could give us a ride back to our motorhome. Went way above and beyond. He had to go a good distance and was very friendly.

I recently purchased a Toyota Prius and allowed my bumper to get to close to the curb (twice!), causing it to crack and begin to pull away from the body. Roger came to the rescue and repaired it so that the damage is barely visible and my bumper is intact enough to brave the car wash! Very affordable and excellent work. These guys were very helpful in getting my truck repaired. They didn't do the work, but pointed me to a local guy who did. All in all I highly recommend, as I value a business who is honest and looks out for what will best serve the customer. Highly recommend.

Picking up a car that was sold and never switched over. It was trashed and battery dead out of gas. Needless to say we needed a little help and patience. They were very friendly and did all they could to help us out. They were also very quick and professional

We took the ferry to Port Townsend to save the hassle of traffic on I five and our car broke down at a nursery called far reaches. Thanks to the efforts of Sam and Geno they got us on the road again saving us untold amounts of money. They were patient, kind, and extremely helpful.

So we slam down the back hatch and one of the straps from our bags gets caught in the door latch. Now the hatch won't open and as soon as you start to drive there is a beeping alarm sound. It is a nonstop drive you nuts sound. I call the enterprise hotline and they tell us to go to Polson thirty miles away and they will switch out the car. I suggest going to the Toyota place in town . They say fine they will reimburse us. No Toyota dealer in town . Somebody suggests Don's Auto. We go there and he points us up the street to City auto body. The guy is really busy but after twenty minutes he comes out starts yanking on things . Finally he leans back and heaves with both feet against the hatch back as I try to open the door. Voila it works and the guy would not take any payment. My faith in America is revived.BorisWhitehorse, Yukon

They fixed a nasty scrape on my car. In the middle of Covid19, they handled the entire process, from estimate, repair, to payment, with no face to face contact. The work exceeded my expectations.
