Bear is always pleasant and friendly. He is a great guy. It s super helpful to have the mobile service able to come to you. I have used this service many times for oil changes and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks.

Service was very fast and friendly. I did notice though that one of my lug nuts is missing and I had all of them when I brought my car in. Can I get this replaced?

Had a couple recalls on my car but struggled to coordinate a day/time that worked with my schedule. Ford Mobile Service was offered and made the process incredibly simple and convenient. They came to my house, did the work in my driveway and had things done in less than an hour. Really impressive. Also, after talking with Baer, the Technician, I realized they offer a whole host of other services including Breaks, Tire Rotations, Battery & Bulb replacements, Software updates, fluid changes and more. Great customer service. I ll be shocked if this doesn t become the norm. Definitely recommend it.

I really appreciate how welcoming Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford is. I legit drive over an hour because of how everyone makes me feel. I never feel like an inconvenience. And I know that Josh is going to be straight with me about my truck. Thank you for always being professional but friendly. Customer service is a lost art. So job well done everyone!!!!

Baer was an excellent service technician. I am glad that we chose to go this route . His knowledge and understanding was exceptional. He understood the needs of the vehicle, made sure everything was taken care and any future repairs would be addressed in a timely manner. We will definitely be using his mobile service again.Thank you Bear.

Mobile service was amazing. Baer came to the house to do an oil change, cabin air filter change, and back up can recall for me all from the comfort of my home. No waiting in a room of a dealership or service department, was able to sit on my couch and enjoy some tea until they were done. They were kind and personable. Definitely recommend!

I d give them 6 or 7 stars if I could. Baer and Hunter came out to service my Escape and my mother s C-max. As always, they did a fantastic and thorough job. Bruce Titus Ford has always been my go-to for servicing our Fords. And now with mobile service; it s fantastic! And a huge time saver! I highly recommend it! They will even maintenance other makes as well.

I had the mobile service van handle my annual service, plus a few odds and ends that needed to be looked at. Both techs (Baer and ... I forget ) we're professional and fast, and it was more convenient that I expected to have them come to service my vehicle rather than having to take it in myself.I'll definitely use the mobile service again.

The Service Department provided good advice and service to maintain the value of my F150. Later, this lead to a great value trading in for a newer F150 which was also dealer serviced. Photo shows the older, silver F150 and the newer, red F150.

Just had a airbag recall and was delighted to find out that Port Orchard ford would come to my house and do the check. The young man who came out was knowledgeable and nice. Took a liittle time and checked over my truck. Brakes belts tires and fluids. Was a great experience

Mobile service is super convenient for routine maintenance and recalls. No need to drive somewhere and be stuck for a few hours anymore. Baer and his assistant were on time, communicated well and very efficient. Can t recommend them enough!

Spent 24k on used truck and first 10 days of owning it was in shop 7 of those days.Communication could have been a lot better.Not serviced before buying. The third day that I had it in my possession the oil change light came on so had to spend $100+ to get oil change. The service personnel who drove truck back and forth to me had to have noticed light on dash.

I bought a truck with a warranty, so for the first time in my life I took a vehicle to the dealership when it started having an issue. They set me up with a mobile mechanic who came to my house and took care of diagnosing my truck. The process couldn't have been easier. Fair price for services as well.

Exceptional service center support when my vehicle developed a seal leak with the oil filter. The team had the parts on hand and fixed the issue immediately. I am deeply appreciative of the service manager and his outstanding team of professional mechanics.

Ford Mobile arrived at the house early and was very courteous, kind-hearted and professional. They efficiently carried out my 10000 mile check, oil change and even did some troubleshooting on my side mirror. Baer McCord is an amazing mobile service technician worthy of awards. Heavily recommend mobile service for those of you busy at home and having trouble scheduling time around your little ones or family for maintenance.

Mobile Services are operated by Baer who is professional and very good at his job. Highly recommend this Service!!The Service department at the dealership is a different story. The Service advisor Josh could care less about being good at his job or what may need to be done to actually repair your vehicle, and Jacob would rather just pass you off to someone else instead of stepping up and handling the situation. Then they get offended when you mention if prices are going up the expectation of quality work being performed goes up as well. Then you become the problem customer no one wants to deal with just because you expect them to do their job. I have been going to this dealership since 2017 and things seem to just be getting worse. Maybe it's Time to find a new dealership who actually wants to be good at their job and take some pride in their work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So far I haven't had a bad experience. The people there are pretty friendly and helpful. I didn't buy a Ford there, I bought a jeep 7 years ago from them, and they are the ones I still take my jeep to for my oil changes and tire rotation.

I had my usual mid-winter service today. Transmission flush, coolant system flush/recharge & oil change. The service was prompt and efficient ~ just as I have come to expect from Josh & the crew. They take great care of my car maintenance. I won t use anyone else ~ even for oil changes.

I ve been having Port Orchard Ford service my pickup for two years now and they have consistently done a solid job. Prices are reasonable and they ve been very transparent about the necessity of certain services and which ones can wait a while. I like the location right on the waterfront and the mid century building. I feel like I m just paying for service and not a bunch of amenities. The people who ve helped me have been consistently friendly and genuine. It s kind of an old school place. In a good way.

Baer and his coworker did a great job. They were friendly as well as professional. Before leaving the area was cleaned up and he went over everything that was done and the results of the inspection. I highly recommend and will use his services again. Thank you!

Mobile service at Port Orchard Ford is worth every penny and the technicians are fantastic. I have used them multiple times (oil change, brake replacement, etc) and cannot express how nice it is to be able to continue my work at home while they service my car in my garage.

Today, I arrived about 20 minutes early for my 12:30 PM appointment. Josh checked me in and the team started right away on my The Works routine Maintenance. The work was completed in 30 minutes & the results explained to me. Excellent!

I had an oil/filter, rotate tires and car inspection done today at Titus Ford located on Betel Street in Port Orchard, WA. The young lady in service who's desk sits the farthest to the right was extremely polite and nice from the moment I stepped in the door. She kept me informed on the status of my car and was such a pleasant young woman. Highly recommend her service, just down right outstanding service.

Typically all of my maintenance for my Ford flex is done at BR ce Titus Ford in Port Orchard.This last trip was an emergency and Jacob made sure I was taken care of in the most expeditious manner.They have my business forever!

Using Titus Port Orchard Ford has been amazing. The service is prompt and concise. On Tuesday, they even had an employee come to my workplace and pick up my vehicle and take it for service and return it when they were finished. The employees are so kind and professional. I can't recommended a dealership more than I recommend Port Orchard Ford! In addition one of my employees just bought her car from Port Orchard Ford and she is thrilled. I am a customer for life! It is the "Nordstrom" of car dealerships all in little Port Orchard!

The service individuals arrived on time, actually a little early. Baer and Hunter were very professional and serviced my Ford truck with in an hour. The work that was completed was reviewed with me throughly and I was given an opportunity to ask any questions.I would highly recommend this service.I am sold on the mobile service and will continue to use it. Especially if these individuals are in charge of taking care of my vehicle. I will use this service for my RV and other vehicles.
