From start to finish the car buying process was a breeze. Everyone I worked with did an outstanding job helping me get into the exact car I wanted. Michael Allen my sales associate provided me with excellent customer service and was very detailed with all the information he provided me, by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. Monty went above and beyond to get me an out the door price price I was comfortable with. I had been car shopping for over 3 weeks and was in contact with over 8 dealerships and ultimately decided to work with Port orchard ford due to their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for me. Not only would I recommend working with Port orchard ford, I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Recently traded in my Kia for a 2023 Bronco sport and am absolutely in love with it. The team was welcoming, fast and proficient. Didn t take long at all like most places do. Vlad was great and made the purchasing a lot less painful and more enjoyable! Would highly recommend!

I bought a lil' red 2016 very clean & tight Mazda Miata from Ty at Port Orchard Ford. VERY friendly, funny staff there. Great experience with entire purchase from them. Highly recommend! Got a very good price on this vehicle and I'm totally in love!

Gerardo is an absolute class act. On his own time he drove to another dealership 45 minutes away just to set us up with a vehicle that met our wickets. This guy did everything he could to match us with a great vehicle. Very happy with our experience!! Highly recommend Gerardo for everyone s needs!!

Fabulous place to buy a vehicle. Took a friend there 3 weeks ago and they were able to put her in a very nice car that fit her budget. We were so impressed with their entire staff that we ask Ty to look for a newer car for us. Ty said give me a week to locate the one you are looking for.In less than a week he called and has 3 for us to look at. There was zero pressure from sales to finance. Very friendly, very helpful.We've already recommended one of our neighbor who are looking to upgrade to get in touch with Ty when they come back from their trip. Thanks again Ty

The people at this dealership are kind and not too pushy. The vehicle I had made an appointment to see and test drive, we discovered when I got there, wasn't ready. Later on, when I decided I wanted to purchase it, it wasn't ready to take home that night. Hence my four stars: some mix-ups with expectations. But allin all a good place to buy a car with kind and friendly people.

I feel impelled to mention the outstanding experience we have had at Titus Will Ford in Port Orchard during this process. We started out with an awesome young salesman, Gerardo. But he wasn't working the day we made the decision. We were blessed with salesman Ruben who spent 10 hours with us yesterday to find the perfect fit and test drive 2 vehicles, 5 times total. All of the staff at Titus Will PO have been utterly respectful, amazingly patient and wonderful with us. At various points during the experience all of the management team joined us for different aspects of our journey and every one of them were outstanding. They each added an important element to the decision making process that we appreciated. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Not so at some other dealerships

We had a great experience purchasing a mustang Mach E from Port Orchard Ford. Sabrina, their Internet, sales person, responded quickly with the information I asked for, but did not pester me. Both Ty and Ruben, their on site sales people, were very helpful and friendly. Ruben is a great teacher. I m sure I will be calling him periodically for advice on using the car s sophisticated control system. I highly recommend Port Orchard Ford for their friendly, well informed sales people.

Everyone was great! We looked at the Dodge Avenger the night before and came back the next day! The whole process was super quick and I felt like they laid everything out on the table and were super helpful. I was able to get the best rates and my payment down to what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new car!

My experience with having the mobile service come to my house is hands down a 5 out of 5 stars. I suffer from severe anxiety and having to go places is a real struggle for me. Being able to be at my home while the service was performed allowed me to keep my anxiety under control. Baer and the other tech, I don't remember his name, were great. Baer provided me with the same great service and follow up information that I would have received had I been at the service desk at the dealership. Thank you Bruce Titus for offering this mobile service it helps so many people with so many different reasons why it is an important service that should be offered indefinitely. It was totally worth the reasonable fee to use it.

Was looking for a new family car for over a year and have struck out. Came to Port Orchard Ford just to look was not expecting AT ALL to walk out with a car. But after the experience could not walk away without the car I've been looking what felt like ages for. Andrew Maddy was a breath of fresh air when it comes to car salesman, the conversation was like a friend and we felt no pressure to walk out with anything. Which in my experience in the past it was just so pushy and felt like you were a waste time if you weren't buying. Also Erin in finance was sooo nice and made the finance part that I don't understand whatsoever easy and straightforward. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. Cant recommend Andrew and Erin enough. Thank you for such an easy fun buying experience!

I just bought a truck from there yesterday. Ruben, a sales person, was extremely helpful during this entire process. I can't thank him enough! My situation was kind of a tough one because of the amount of negative equity I was getting from a trade in, but they worked it all out to get me my dream truck at a price I could afford. Not a huge fan of this dealership. I have dealt with them multiple times concerning potential vehicle trade-ins, and looked at purchasing a couple of vehicles on their lot a few years ago. Not super friendly in my opinion, and really don t seem to care whether they get your business or not. Go to West Hills Ford or Titus in Tacoma. Much nicer people, and better experience from the couple times i have been there looking at vehicles.

I highly recommend buying your car from Vlad, I had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. Can t say enough for the folks at Port Orchard Ford dealership. We were up in Poulsbo camping for a few days and slowly making our way back home to California when our truck broke down. Had it towed to the dealer and got a hotel next door. Brenda, in service, was fantastic in getting our truck looked at and chasing down the necessary parts so we could move on. Unfortunately there was more than met the eyes, and our quick turn around went south. We went with plan B, and she hooked us up with Gerardo in sales. Gerardo was super patient and flexible with us, knowing our situation. He spent a couple of hours trying to get the right vehicle for us, especially when there was 3 of us, 2 dogs, and a 30 travel trailer. They took in a truck the night before and quickly got it serviced and ready for our 15 hour tour home. Major kudos to the Port Orchard Ford Team, they bent over backwards and was super accommodating to our needs and dilemma. Being from out of town and not knowing anyone, they could have still gotten the job done on their schedule, but they rose to the occasion and took care of us. We made it home safely, and enjoying a new truck. Thank you very much!

I worked with Ty to get my 2021 Toyota Corolla xse. Zero pressure, an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn't make it happen my first visit but he kept in touch and made the process super easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend him as your car guy!
