I recently got into a collision and needed repair on my vehicle that was not drivable. These guys immediately told me to bring my car in and they were happy to fix it and work with my insurance. They did an amazing job and kept me in the loop on what was happening each week! Thank you to Gary and the team for being awesome. My wrangler looks beautiful and drives beautiful. I definitely recommend these guys and I will be back if I ever need any services in the future!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

These guys did an amazing job! My car suffered some heavy damage on the front right bumper that even damaged my washer fluid reservoir and front right headlight housing. I searched and compared three different Port Orchard auto body shops, and these guys gave me the best rates! Gary and the guys there are super friendly and made the process really easy! This was an out of pocket job, and getting the best rate was really important for me. When I got the car back, it was like brand new! The paint matching was seamless, and you wouldn't even know that the front bumper was damaged before! They were also quick to service the job. I got the car back in less than a week. They also replaced the broken headlight and installed a new washer fluid reservoir. If you're looking for a place to fix up your car, these are the guys to go to!

Never go here!! They have been very unproffesional, disrespectful and have made mistakes in almost every way possible. I originally go an estimate toward the end of april right before i was leaving the state for three weeks. I let them know and was told I would be contacted at that time. Over the next few months after I was back in town I attempted to contact the office over five times and was never responded too. Because of this I didn t not get a response until mid September. Once I was finally able to get my car in around the 10th of October I was very disappointed in the work that was done. When I initially went to pick up my vehicle the doors were not aligned flush and there were scratches all along the rear door that was supposedly a completely new door due to the damage caused by a deer running into the side of my vehicle. After which I contacted the owner and let them know it still needed work done. Mind you this was after already a month of them having my car when i was quoted 15 days. From which my car was then taken back to the dealership to be fixed according to my specifications of what they had not completely finished. It was then that they still were not accepting of the fact that they had failed to perform an acceptable job and in turn said I had rushed them when it had already been 49 days that they had my vehicle when i had ben quoted 15. At this point i was very frustrated and the owner proceeded to treat me as if I knew nothing about the process of repairing damage to a vehicle which I have years of experience with between my previous car as well as working two year at a personal injury law firm directly dealing with vehicle damage. In my mind this was very unacceptable and I sent my car back to be properly fixed. When i went to pick up my car for the final time I had told them to lock the car with the keys inside. Not only was my vehicle not locked but it was not even put in park which was very dangerous as their lot is on a hill and my vehicle could have easily rolled into a busy 40mph speed limit road.To sum things up not only was I treated like a child but the work that was done was not up to par and in my opinion not even done properly until i made an issue about it. I would not recomend Port Orchard Auto Body to anyone because of the terrible experience that I had. This is unacceptable business practice and I believe people deserve to know what they are getting into especially when it comes to a vehicle that most people spend a good amount of money on.

John Latham (owner) personally went beyond to make sure my car was running like new and safe to drive. He guarantees his work which many other repair shops won't do. He stands behind his work and has the most experienced technicians in the business. The fact that he is a Military Veteran brings an even higher regard for his shop, as we are a military family as well. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I highly recommend Port Orchard Auto Body, and will go out of my way to use them again if needed.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

This has been the biggest disaster in history. It took almost a year for my car to get finished and i had to fork out an xtra 2k out of pocket to get my car back when i thought the insurance had everything covered. Good thing i had some xtra money or else i would of been f'd and stranded without a car. To me they should of covered the 2k for inconvenience than have an unhappy customer. U must obsess over your customers in this day and age of reviews. U don't want customers to think twice about your company. The owner shouldn't get anything less than a 5.0 rating or everyone should get fired. I should of just bought a new car with the insurance money.

Great customer service. Gary was able to quickly give me an estimate and get the parts ordered to shorten the time for the repair. When a mistake was inadvertently made Gary quickly fixed the issue and got is back on the road.

These guys are PHENOMENAL. Have had 2 repairs done by them. 1. A 1968 Airstream bumper that was ripped off our trailer while flying down the freeway. They put it back in its original 54 year old shape and painted it. Beautiful. And then I hit a fence with our truck - back into rather slowly but the damage was stupid big. As we use this truck on our farm being without it was going to be a bummer. These guys ordered the parts and got everything going with insurance and when the parts came in, they called us. Gary called said it was ready and then immediately called back and said it wasn't perfect and he wanted it perfect. Let's just say when I picked it up... IT WAS PERFECT. Top shelf customer service and my car looked better than when I drove it off the lot after I bought it. Gary and the entire team was very helpful, did a beautiful job, and the price was extremely competitive. It's locally owned and they take a lot of pride the in work that they do. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and if needed will not hesitate to go back again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gary, Josh and the gang did an amazing job on my mustang. They had to replace much of the front end (bumper, lower grill, etc.) and match the stripes. They treated it like it was their car. Okay, wasn't good enough. It looks beautiful!And, they did all the coordination with my insurance. An amazingly stress free experience. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I dropped my car off with them for a repair, they gave me a ride home at no cost and fixed my car in a timely matter. I was super worried about matching the paint and they were able to get an exact match mixed up. They even washed my car for me before I picked it up. Super affordable, I thought it would cost so much more and it was much less than I had expected. They are really nice and friendly , I felt very comfortable like I was talking to old friends. Love the shop too, it is way cool with old school shop decor. Thank you Port Orchard Auto Body, I will be back if I ever ding my car again. You made this fiasco a breeze to fix.

After reading the great reviews about this shop, I brought our damaged 2008 Prius in here for insurance repairs after my wife got rear-ended, and Gary and crew did a fantastic job making it look like new again. Gary uses only quality parts and works really well with all parties concerned, including the rental car agency should you require one. They also do a very thorough check of all systems so that damages beyond the obvious are identified, estimated, and repaired as well. It didn't hurt that his shop is less than 2 miles from our home, either, but that was just icing on the cake. I highly recommend Port Orchard Auto Body for honest, dependable, and quality service. This group did an amazing job after my teenager ran into a fire hydrant with the front end of my van. They went above and beyond to get it fully repaired and actually looking better than it did before! Communication with Gary was excellent, they worked directly with Geico and they had it done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this shop!

I was rear ended and had to have some work done on my 2017 Chevy Colorado. This shop made everything extremely easy. They were quick, professional and flexible. Gary was extremely responsive and provided great customer service as well. Definitely would recommend this shop!

Entire staff is great to work with. Excellent customer service and finished product. Worth every mile you drive to get there. I highly recommend this team from major repair to chips in your paint. Quick 2 day turn around. I was ready to get back in my truck and give back the rental lol.

John Latham and Port Orchard Auto Body just completed a very nice repair on my Daughters X3 BMW, that she unfortunately had a mishap in. So glad we trusted John and his Port Orchard Auto Body crew. It was not an easy fix on a European vehicle, but John was in constant communication with us and I was so glad that he was taking care of us, he was on our side, directing and working with our Allstate insurance folks making sure that every part was right. Awesome service, from someone that truly cared about his customer. What a great feeling, being treated so well & knowing he had our best interest in mind. We are just completing our first road trip from the repair and it drives like new!, I can't say enough about John Latham and his wonderful company & crew! Yes it was personal service!

I brought my car in hearing they were a good shop. They gave me an estimate of what it d be to do some body alignment and I was okay with the said cost. When I went and picked it up it was about $500 more than the original cost and found out it was because of parts. The main issue is that they bought an impact bar for like $300 and the first one I found when I googled it that night was $60. I try returning it and they tell me they will find out if they can return it without the packaging, now I feel like they re just trying to avoid it or something. Besides that they did get everything straight so I am happy about that.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome job on my "91 Chevrolet Silverado! Someone pulled out in front of me and smashed my whole front end. They had it repaired and matched the paint perfectly! Gary kept me up to date the whole time with how it was coming along. I would highly recommend them for any body or paint work.

John always does a great job. I have took a semi truck here and had worked done and he was able to do it. His pricing is reasonable and fair. I would trust him with any vehicle. You walk in he remembers your face and youre always met with a smile! Keep up the great work

Came in with the mirrors for my car and they got the paint matched perfectly and did a great job... will be taking all my crazy idea paint jobs there. Staff was helpful and helped me understand how the paint shop works. Great guys here.

My 2013 Cadillac CTS and my girlfriend I were T-Boned by a driver that was way to old to be driving in the first place. I took my car to Port Orchard Auto Body because I was told by both my uncle and my father that they were the best as they have both had body work done there. Upon arrival, the owner greeted us and helped me through the whole initial insurance process. Although the other driver was deemed at fault, his insurance was trying to tell me where to go to get my car fixed, and it wasn t here. I quickly learned that it s illegal for them to not allow you to choose your shop. Luckily for the owner of Port Orchard Auto Body I didn t fall for their trick to go to a shop that provided mediocre work because they were contracted with this particular insurance company and it would have saved them a few bucks. Once this song and dance was over the manager to the shop (Gary) helped me to get a rental car arranged for me to go pick up right away. Gary was my point of contact throughout the process and always kept me up to date on progress with my car. His customer service exceeded anything I expected and he treats everyone that I saw him speak to with the upmost respect. I was given a timeline for when my car would be done but this timeline was exceeded, but at no fault of their own. Apparently my car being a Cadillac has some interesting stuff underneath the body that required some special parts (hard to find parts) to be located and ordered. Not only that but it requires someone with special skills to get through this job and they have them. I was told by one of the employees who was welding on the car that in the 30 years he s been doing this work, my car was one of the most difficult to do. They had to get very creative to get past the soundproof foam that Cadillac used on my car because this stuff is so flammable that they couldn t weld on the car with this stuff. Once all of the parts came in they were able to knock it out pretty fast as promised. When I went to go get my car when it was finished I guess I wasn t expecting it to be perfect due to the fact that I was hit pretty hard and a lot of damage had been done to the car. I figured since I know where the damage was, I would be able to notice some sort of flaws. Well, I was wrong. When I got there I was very surprised to see that it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. They nailed it!! Amazing work to what was a difficult fix. I can t say enough good things about Port Orchard Auto Body and their professionalism. Nothing but highly skilled employees they have working there and I can now say that I will definitely be a life long customer there.Thanks,James Harris

I brought in a recently purchased $400 car that had an encounter with a deer. The state wanted to tax full fmv ($5000) on the vehicle and I needed an estimate for repairs. I needed help, and I worried that wherever autobody outfit I went I would be treated with disdain, but I found that these guys quick to rise to my need. They Understood my position, got me quote, waived fees (that they should have charged) and sent me away wanting to do future business them. My dignity remained. Very professional at customer SERVICE.

These guys are fantastic. Gary is very easy to work with and was able to find a very hard to locate part on my 95 Jeep Wrangler. Very friendly and willing to help however possible. Even offered a ride from the ferry. THANK YOU!

I had an excellent experience with the people at Port Orchard Auto Body. My Durango was repaired with excellent care and it looks great! I definitely recommend this place!
