I appreciate there honestly, and there help with my car. I thought that my Alternator was bad, but it was in great shape. Just my belt needed fixed. I was surprised and happy that I didn't need a new alternator.I have been getting things fixed with them for several years now, and they have never done me wrong. I also appreciate their communication when something needs changed or there's any changes.They have saved me money more than once now.I would get tired from them or get something fixed, and I know that they are doing the job right.

Point S has great prices and service. I move a lot, and it is difficult to find reliable / fair priced auto shops .. after going to Point S twice in the past few months, I will not go anywhere else in Pt Orchard for car service .. I recommend Point S to anyone needing car service . Dan

They were extremely helpful! I went in for a transmission issue and they found the issue quickly, explained what it was and what the fix was. I was on a limited time schedule, and they were able to fix it right away. Super thankful for their accurate and timely service!

Yet another excellent experience. Competitive price, same day service. Couldn't be happier. They have a customer for life. This is the 3rd time I've taken a vehicle to them. They've done great work, and even done many services for free that they should have charged me for, simply because I'm a returning customer.

I have always used another establishment for my tires in the past however my experience with the guys at Point S was amazing. My next tires will be purchased from Point S from now on! Kevin and the nice guy that rung me out were seriously the best!Thanks again for helping me with my tire situation!

Had a fantastic experience TWICE now with this place. Worked specifically with Dave and Matt and they were nothing but a step above any other shop. I own a few vehicles and I m very protective over them and I feel comfortable bringing my jeep in here. They do great over the phone, pricing and upfront and honest. I ll be bringing my jeep back for sure. Shout out to the team at port orchard Point S.

These guys were AWSOME. I work for the competition but Dave and the gentleman who pulled the screw out of my tire and got it fixed quick and had myself and kiddos back on the road .. Dave was also VERY Informative about tires for my Honda I was asking about Honcoocks but he showed me a better quality Tire for half the price I well absolutely becoming back to get the ones he suggested .. Then at the end of service they told me not to worry about paying tofixing the small hole in the tire .. I was so relieved because budget was tight already this week thank you guys at the Point S . you'll rock

Best service and best prices. Matt is super friendly and is very helpful. I had three quotes for tires for a Chevy truck and they beat Les Schwab, Discount Tire, and Costco with prices and they included an alignment. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for tires.

Took my car to a few places because of a squealing sound from my breaks. One place found a pebble stuck in there but after the pebble was out the squeal was still there. David from Kitsap Auto Outlet happened to hear the squeal and sent me to Dave at Point S. Dave and the staff were very friendly, service was quick and at a great price! Thank you KAO and Point S for making a very long and frustrating day so much better!

Patrick Frazier gave me very poor service!!! I paid 127.09 for diagnostic then part that I needed cost 120.00 plus change and the installation fee which is fine and i get but I've been to places where they would say i will apply half of your diagnostic fee to the remaining balance. he did not at all offer me that. if he had I would of done it. so I went to orielys and purchased the part. called back point s tires and wanted to express my experience and I believe his name was Matt who offered to take 50% of my diagnostic fee and apply to my balance. I already asked my nephew to help me install. I will never go back to that place ever. I'm in retail and I have excellent customer service skills and that experience was more than poor.... I miss big o tires they had way better service then new owners.... good luck to all customers....

The service from the staff members make it feel like your a part of the family. They've got excellent mechanics whom we have the upmost respect for and trust completely!! We've been taking our vehicles here for years and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. We are always taken care of and always 100% satisfied with their work and the cost is FAIR! ALWAYS! Thanks GUYS!

I will recommend this place 100%!! They are such kind and sweet people! I came in for an alignment and they did it perfectly! They gave me such nice complements on my jeep, and made my day 10x better!!

I've been a customer of Point S Tires in Port Orchard for years. I'm very selective who works on my vehicles. During the summer I travel throughout the United States in a restored Volkswagen BUS. Each year I bring this vehicle, as well as my other vehicles, to Point S for service.Particular to the BUS is an annual front end alignment. These are finicky vehicles and it takes someone like Jon, the shop technician, to make this automobile track correctly. He has always been my go-to guy when it comes to aligning the steering on this 30+ year old automobile, and he's done this successfully for nearly 20 years; he is an expert with these older vehicles. When he's completed I feel confident I can go on an extended trip knowing that the tires will wear correctly, and the car will track accurately on the road. It is very difficult to find automotive technicians that have enough knowledge to work on these unusual automobiles, Jon is one of those.Additionally, Dave and Matt in the office get me in and out on time, and provide great conversation while I'm waiting. During my last tire purchase, Dave spent a good deal of time walking me through brands that would work well on this unusual vehicle, and after two years on the road, with the tire selection he recommended, I can honestly say it was a good buying decision. Matt is equally a superb detail guy. He checks on the progress of my car, gets my bills and quotes in order, and spends the time needed to review each line item. Finally, they send me on my way with a handshake, a thank you, and a smile.So, why is it important to write a review on a company? When I'm teaching a Sociology class at the local high school, I always make it a point to inculcate the students in the value of developing a personal business relationship with providers in their community.Even young students get frustrated with internet behaviors; long wait times on the phone, poor customer service, incorrect parts or supplies delivered. Developing a solid customer/provider relationship within your own community, pays huge dividends as it strengthens and builds that community and provides an enjoyable repeat purchasing experience for the customer.Point S does this effectively and consistently.Thanks to all of you guys at the Port Orchard Point S location who have kept me motoring along happily for all these years.Joseph SarkisPort Orchard, Washington

Patrick has some great mechanics. They diagnosed and repaired my wife's car in one day. I will take all my cars here from now on. They were 25% below dealership and the dealership didn't even understand the problem. Two thumbs up.

We went there and Kevin took excellent care of us. We enjoyed fast service. They were eager to help us and made us feel like they wanted to serve our needs. We will purchase tires from them in the future when the need arises.

It's fair to let potential customer know they charge 4% fee for credit card transactions. Wish I had known before I drove there to get my car and only had my card and was left with little choice but to pay the fee, which, once you add tax adds a fair amount to the bill.

Five star service for the gentleman at Points Tire excellent excellent fast service by Patrick (front desk man) and John (the mechanic). Instead of just telling me what was wrong with the car they showed and explain what was needing to be done. Told me an hour to fix and that was absolutely what was done!!!! Thank you Patrick and John!?!!

I live in Bremerton, but decided to try Point S tires in Port Orchard for finance reasons. I'm really happy I chose them - the staff was so incredibly friendly, the turn around time was quick, and I was able to put new tires on my daughter's car for a very reasonable price! I'll be a return customer for sure! Thank you Point S team!

The name is different but is still the same con-artist shop with the same crook manager. I've been doped into taking my vehicle here twice and both times I've regretted it. I had the first vehicle completely die on me after going to that shop and the second needed massive repairs after this shop. They lied and tried to create problems to up sale. This shop is not to be trusted.

These guys are amazing. You don't have to be there too long to realize they actually care about you as a human. Dave is always on point with advice and squeezing me in when I need it.

Point S has customer service. Plain and simple. Patrick and Matt in the front office and the techs know cars. They fix your car or truck quickly and right the first time. Questions are answered, options for repairs or new tires are given professionally. My husband has had his clutch replaced in his Kia, and some electrical work on our nissan hatchback. And for last 3 years all our tire needs have been met by Point S
