I just want to say people from the local store in Port Orchard WA. They looks angry, bad customer service!!! if you go and don't know about what you are looking for, don't ask them, they don't want to help customers this was my experience, hoping not come back anymore

This place is a joke lately. Every time I've bought parts from them the last 2 years, they don't work right and I end up having to waste my time taking them back! Also they don't honor thier guarantee policies either. My family and I won't shop here anymore.

Some of the parts are made a bit cheaply. So far had to return the alternator I purchased from them 2 times but they did honor the warranty so they were free. I just had to install it 3 times now.

Great Service, and Helpful Employees. (Realistically, 4.75 Stars) My Only Issue With The Service, Is When Requesting A "Preferred-" Product, Brand, Type, Etc. - Their Software/System Doesn't List Your Product For Your Selected Vehicle... - Lacking The Knowledge, Refusing, Or Lying About That Product, Not Existing or Even An Option.... (No Offence To Anyone Specific. Actually Pertains to Most Auto-Parts Stores...) -- <IE: 83' Subaru Doesn't List Bosch Platinum Spark Plugs In Their System, I Am Refused My Bosch Platinum Spark Plugs�!?>

Better than other auto parts stores in town for electrical replacement parts, in fact the only place that even listed many of the parts I was looking for. Although their website has a bias against entering your cars specifics:model, engine size...when using a cell phone-screen won't scroll fully or show all the info.

It's a pretty decent auto parts store. Like most generally are.......HOWEVER.....smart money uses it's head and intelligently shops the internet, and (Rock Auto), and gets as good a Quality, (At The Worst) for half or less.......of the parts store price. Absolutely the only drawback being that you will have to wait a day or two to fix your ride. But the truth is that I have never paid WAY too much on the internet, and (knock on WOOD). Have never gotten the wrong parts after waiting. BUT, almost without fail, have gotten at least one, if not several or all the wrong parts at auto parts store, and paid ALOT more. So it's a win lose toss-up! Order pay less, but wait a day or two. Pay ATTENTION, to what YOU order. Pay more, pay attention, still have wrong parts issues, but closer and lower quality, for ALOT more $. Yeah just saying, be patient and Rock Auto It! Or PAY THROUGH THE NOSE, NEVER GET A WRONG PART, DEAL WITH SEMI-JERKS, WHO KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT (and know it) AND GO TO WEST BAY! OR save ALOT and risk less online. There that's my review of this maps location! TRUTH. BE FREE......

They helped a person on the phone when I was at the counter first what the heck.I tried to explain what happened to another employee and they didn't care or help me ???!!!

I needed a feul pump, omg, these guys ordered my part had it within 24 hours, not ONLY that. They saved me $100 less than Auto Zone, and had the entire feul pump package, not just the pump alone. For $100 less, that's right!!! THIS AM I CHOOSE O REILY'S TO DO MY ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS TEST. Ty O Reily

I didn't find exactly what I wanted, but I did get excellent customer service and did end up buying a suitable substitute for a reasonable price. Unless you go online, you're not going to always get exactly what you want. Buy locally and help out those who are close in proximity.

One of the employees was outside talking to another customer and when I was headed for the door he opened it for me so that was awesome. Then I found my favorite air freshener that I haven't been able to find in a dozen other retail stores so that was awesome.

Bought an alternator here a few years ago, had it go out on me the other day and called O'Reilly's to see about a replacement. Talked to someone named Ben, who assured me that my original was bought on a lifetime warranty, come on over to the store and he'd have it out and waiting for me. Sure enough, there it was...easy as that, and I couldn't have been any happier with the exchange. Probably my third trip to this Oreilly's in the last couple years and it seems like each time, the service outdoes the service I received the time before. Can't thank this place enough, would have been in a real bind without this kind of attentiveness.

We were helped by a manager named Sam and he was entirely polite and knowledgeable. The store wasn't busy at all and they knew exactly what we were looking for when we described it. Will definitely be back.

I came in today with a million and one questions about my car. The associate who helped me today was Scott and he was more than patient in helping me diagnose the issues with my vehicle and walking me through the various price options within my budget. My car is now running in tip top shape thanks to you Scott!

I am from Florida and my family has always used Oreily's to get anything auto related. I had a crack in my radiator while working in PO. So I googled the nearest Oreily's and (un)luckily there was an Oreily's not too far away! I had my boyfriend come pick me up and away we went. I was glad the staff was friendly on my first visit (that is the only reason they get two stars.) After speaking with the tech about my needs I was able to get radiator. But oops! It was the wrong size. So I went in (way too late to return the radiator) and purchased what I hope is the correct one. They had to bring it into the store so I could pick it up at 1:30. So I show up around 2:40ish and the tech that helped me was beyond rude! He tried to make me pay for the radiator twice! And when I told him I had already purchased the radiator (that they had to special order) he told me that I had to bring in my receipt. I was totally shocked because I live no where near this particularly Oreily's. I just wanted to go to a store already familiar with me. He had already looked me up by phone number, I had my id and credit card used to purchase the item. The rude tech made paying ahead totally inconvenient and he put a damper on my entire day. I won't be patronizing this Oreily's ever again and probably any other Oreily's.

Very helpful people and if you can't find a product they will show you where to find it and if they have good products they let you know it's a product isn't there they tell you where you can get it all around good attitudes and demeanor

Getting really good at looking up parts and real time locations. One think that needs an upgrade is the tool department. Mechanics tools don t take up much show space, and are usually hard to find special stuff. Fill the gap.

I've come here regularly for parts for the past couple years. I've been impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the employees. They always second check the parts to ensure they're giving you the right one. I can't say the same for the autozone across the street.

I Used to do my oil changes through port orchard O Reilly just went in and tried to turn in 5 gallons of oil got sent back because there was a pine needle in the oil lost my business for good.
